    Length

    The length of your spinning rod must be selected based on the conditions in which the fishing will be carried out. After all, to carry out active manipulations of the tackle when casting and when hooking, you need a certain free space around; the longer the whip, the more space you will need.

    Based on this, it is clear which spinning rod is better for fishing from a boat or from the shore, next to tall trees, and which one will be better for fishing from an open place.

    1. For fishing from a boat or near trees on the shore, take a stick long from 1.8 to 2.2 m. In very rare cases, when fishing in small bodies of water, a whip 1.6 meters long will do.

    Inconsistency between the length of the spinning rod and the fishing conditions can lead to loss or tangling of the equipment, and in other cases, even damage to the rod.

    This parameter indicates the weights of the baits for which this rod is designed. For example, the inscription "8 – 21 g" tells us that this whip was created for decoys from 8 to 21 grams. Depending on the test values, all fishing rods are conditionally divided into certain classes:

    1. "UL" class. These are ultra-light rods, with an upper test value of up to 7 grams.

Innovative models are incomparable even with some representatives of American and Japanese products. Experts joke: “The managers of fishing rod factories themselves sometimes find it difficult to say how many options they have invented and put on sale.” There are not many companies in the country, but almost each of them has already managed to grow into a whole brand!

    Developments are patented. “Koreans” undergo two tests:

    The gear of this brand is well recognized by both predator fishing enthusiasts and professional athletes. Classic series spinning rods are suitable for catching predators under any conditions, both from the shore and from a boat!

    The Koreans managed to create a special series of heavy spinning rods without loss of sensitivity. The innovative material provides the corresponding characteristics, its name: SVF. The weight of the gear does not go beyond 176 and 273 grams. The load test is 4-55 grams, and the lengths are two and a half and three meters.


    Conguestas are suitable for both boats and shore.

    “Monsters” and “Taipans” are made taking into account the possible jerks of large pikes, for example. The manufacture of such fishing rods requires durable, wear-resistant material.

    Especially for anglers who prefer to catch very large fish. The tackle will not break when jerked; it is suitable for fishing from a boat and the shore. Weight is 160-220 grams, length is 250-285 centimeters, and test is 1-56 g.

    One of the representatives of this series made it into the ratings table. Junior 632M/10-35 turned out to be one of the smallest - just over one meter in length (folded state). It can withstand up to 9 kilograms of load. The entire series is distinguished by a design that gives the rods extra sensitivity.


    Russian fishermen are not used to disconnected handles. In their opinion, such a handle deprives the fisherman of freedom of grip.

    BANAX

    The main feature of the manufacturer is affordable prices. They produce high-quality spinning rods; the most popular lines are Ultra, Thunder and Teen Fish. Fishermen note that there is nothing special about Banax fishing rods other than the pricing policy. Model ranges are average.

    The blanks are made of high modulus graphite. Ultra is used for light fishing of perch, pike, ide and chub. All models are fast action rods, they are folded in half, with the upper part being put on the lower leg. Not long ago, the manufacturer updated the series, the name acquired the prefix “new”. Now they are equipped with rings with zirconium inserts, and the handles have become separate and spaced apart.


    Cork handles feel good in the hand, but external factors cause them to wear out faster than synthetic handles.

    There are only 4 modifications: ultra, moderate, light and medium. Each mod includes models that differ in length, tackle weight and test.

    IMPORTANT! Anglers who have extensive experience with Banax Ultra note that the quality of the handle is poor. Cork handles crumble quickly, so you have to use electrical tape or rubber hoses.

    The lineup contains exclusively spinning and casting fishing rods of medium and long length. Spinning rods of the corresponding series are designed for long-distance casting on large bodies of water. The blanks contain reinforcing titanium threads. The series also has “new” versions, which are distinguished by premium fittings. The price of simple models is within 5,000 rubles, and the “new” representatives are one more expensive.
