5 people flew (my husband, child and parents). All inclusive. I'll start with the positives. Plus only 1 - Nice rooms, spacious two-room ones. All the utensils in the living room were there (kettle, cups, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) That's all +. Now the cons: - Cleaning: The linen was not changed in a week, only a towel. The floors have not been wiped at all for the last 3 days. It was no longer possible to walk without an eyewear. There is no drain plug for the bathtub (1.5€) - Food: The variety of dishes is very modest. In principle, there is no soup for lunch; for dinner there is puree soup, and only one kind, on the first day it was carrot with celery. For lunch, the further you went, the poorer the choice and the less tasty the food was. Dinner is a different story - there is more variety and almost everything is delicious (they cooked the meat really tasty). The only side dishes are rice and pasta. Always pastaThey were either vegetables, or with meat, or in some kind of gravy. There was no puree at all. The children's menu is terrible. The coffee in the samovar is instant. Tea bags are piled on a plate without individual packaging. There was no lemon at all. Milk in a jug without a lid. Overall, the food is quite edible. - Check-in: They brought us to the hotel at 5:30 am. They said no one would be there until 7, so we settled in the hall. Fine. We slept on the sofas until 7. At 7 we went to the reception desk to the administrator, they gave us ALL 5 passports, 2 vouchers, since the rooms with our parents were different. They said we could go to breakfast at 7:30. They didn't give us bracelets. They said they would dress at 12:30 (for lunch). Until 12:30 we had everything paid, so we had to pay to feed the child at the snack bar. All drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, except plain water, are also paid. We thought we would be sent to our numbers at 12:30. There were quite a lot of people checking in; they carefully laid out the keys and bracelets for everyone. At 12:30 they put the bracelets on us, but the keys were not given to us until 14:00. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel policy. When I went to pick up the keys at 2 p.m., they gave my parents and I rooms in buildings 13 and 47 (these buildings are located at opposite ends of the territory), knowing that we all arrived together, the child was always with his grandmother (the administrator spoke good Russian). My only guess is that we change the room for money. Towel for deposit - 10 euros (pcs) Sauna is paid. Swimming pool - paddling pool (in the deep place 1m 50cm) There is animation for children, as it turns out. We found out about this on day 6. Accidentally. A girl came up and said that they (the animator and the children) would draw on T-shirts (5 €). From the first day, the attitude towards the hotel administration was negative and until the end of the vacation it did not change much. It's a 5 minute walk before entering the sea. The price for Akteon is comparatively low. This smooths out his shortcomings. We were interested in the state of affairs at the nearby hotel St. George or whatever it is called... which has sun loungers on the beach. So there is a price difference with our hotel, all other things being equal, 100 thousand! Well where? What is this money for? Because the area is more well-groomed and the sunbeds are close to the sea? Well, it’s nice, of course, but it’s not worth 100 thousand. So we enjoyed our vacation, simply taking into account all the features and disadvantages of our hotel. Having carefully studied the reviews, you can perfectly relax in this hotel if you have already purchased a tour to it. If you haven’t bought it, try to look for something more worthy.
Advice: go all-inclusive. Much more convenient.

The first thing I came across: the all-inclusive system starts working not from the moment you get to the hotel, for example, from 8 am, but from 12:30. (Check-in, of course, is from 14:00). Until 12:30 you won’t even get a glass of water for free. Considering that there is not a single cooler on the hotel premises... This, of course, to put it mildly, is annoying and unworthy of a 4* hotel. There is no room for luggage. They throw their suitcases right there, at the reception, unattended.

Take an empty bottle with you to fill up water at breakfast or buy water outside the hotel. Because Water can only be obtained either in the restaurant or in the lobby bar. More water not anywhere.

NUMBER
There are no complaints about the number. We had One Bedroom: two-room suite with a kitchen and a large balcony. There were a couple of minor issues that were corrected on the same day. I liked the room. The air conditioners worked great. The kitchen had everything, including a working electric kettle. The minibar was thoroughly cooled. There were no insects in the room. Moreover, for some reason I slept on the balcony, and even there, in the open air, insects did not bother me. It was a waste of time to bring fumigators. There are hangers in the closets. The only thing I can complain about is that our front door was tight, and it would also be nice to hang a mirror in the large room.
The area is quiet at night.
There is only soap in the bathroom. We read the reviews and were prepared for this - it didn’t become a problem. We also bought adapters for sockets without any problems; they are sold literally everywhere in Cyprus.
They supervised the cleaning themselves, posting a “do not disturb” or “clean up” sign. Clean towels were provided as required.
In general, I can’t say for all the rooms in the hotel, but our room gets a solid 5.

NUTRITION
Well, you won’t go hungry, in principle the food is good, fresh, some of it is even deliciously prepared. Assorted meat. The beef is really tasty. Delicious French fries. Problem with vegetables. I was extremely surprised by the quality of the tomatoes, and most often their complete absence. Delicious puree soups. If you fill them with salads, they generally make wonderful soups. True, we once made soup from a bag... Unworthy of 4*, of course, but we survived) Delicious bread. There is always some fruit. Watermelons are rare and bad. Black olives appear once a day. Those who are used to Turkish food will be disappointed. But I repeat: everything is not so bad. The assortment is just poor.
Ice cream was given out to everyone in the lobby bar.
In the morning you pour your own drinks in the restaurant, then there is a bottler in the lobby bar. Sometimes small queues form for about 5 minutes.

SEA BEACH.
The specificity of Cyprus is that all beaches are municipal. Some hotels, like the neighboring one, do something clever: they extend their territory almost to the beach and place their sun loungers.
The terrain of the Paphos area is such that there is a problem of beaches and convenient access to the sea.
A 10-minute walk from our hotel this problem was somehow solved. Breakwater, small cove, strip of sand.
All vacationers from all over the area flock to this beach. There are NO sun beds or umbrellas on the beach. Even for money. And there won’t be enough space for them. We remember our native south, prepare our own bedding, towels, and buy an umbrella for those who need it. We didn't buy an umbrella. We’ll just come to the sea, swim, sunbathe a little and leave. We got used to it.
Getting to the sea is not a problem if you are not sick and do not have small children. There is a slide, so there is some discomfort when walking. but it didn’t bother me: along the path along the picturesque sea... everything is fast and you won’t get lost. It's even good to take a walk.
I really liked the sea itself! Beautiful, warm. Yes, of course, there is algae, sometimes suspended matter, but these are minor things. It is clean and overall wonderful. The beach is nice, but very very small and poorly equipped. You can enter barefoot for both adults and children. It's OK. A little inconvenient, nothing more. There are normal stones, and there are slippery ones. There are crabs on the stones. It was a pleasure to catch them.
There is a stele with a sculptural composition “nest”. Funny allegory.
You can walk a little further along the sea, there will be another beach, already with sun loungers and umbrellas (we used it for free), but entering the sea there is problematic. Suitable for intrepid adults only. There is also a nice gazebo for photo sessions.
Sea 5. Beach 4. There is no organization on the beach specifically for our hotel: 2. They could also allocate a piece of territory and put sun loungers for hotel guests. Or at least ensure the availability of paid ones. We were ready to pay. But there was no reason.

TERRITORY
Garden? Well, I don’t know... People haven’t seen the gardens... Yes, green hedges, bushes, trees, grapes are planted along the houses. But this is the bare minimum. This should come naturally. There is no more vegetation on the territory. The lawns are disgusting: the grass is scorched. Apparently they don't water well. By the way, such disgrace is not observed in neighboring hotels. The 2 playgrounds are tiny, miserable in the sun and, of course, no one uses them. There is simply nowhere to walk around the territory. Outside the territory, in fact, too. Along the sea only back and forth. Those who like long walks should leave the hotel.
I found only 1 toilet on site and it was very dirty.
There is a shop on site with all the necessary little things and souvenirs. Comfortable.
The pools are good. Clean. By the evening the water was almost hot) I liked it, but people complained that you couldn’t hide from the heat: The air conditioners outside the room don’t work anywhere (neither in the dining room nor at the reception), it’s far from the sea, but the pool is warm. I agree. It is very easy to get overheated in this hotel due to poor infrastructure.
There weren't usually enough sun loungers around the pool. Or rather, there were enough sun loungers, but there weren’t enough umbrellas and shade.
There are no mattresses, but the sunbeds are quite comfortable even without them. Lizards are running. We saw “terrible” insects several times, but they didn’t bother us.
Territories 3.

SERVICE
This is the biggest minus of the hotel.
I’ll warn you right away that it came as a complete surprise to me. When you take a hairdryer, towels and a key to the safe for a deposit, it’s not enough to just return all these things back: you need to present the receipts issued when you took them! Be careful.

The team in the lobby bar is normal. Drinks are poured according to strict rules, but quite friendly. But in the restaurant there is a complete idiot pouring drinks. Sorry, I can’t find another word. Ignores children. Actually everyone. With any bracelets. Even very polite ones who speak all languages. Ignores boorish. My daughter once again asked for a long time for a glass of water. After my intervention, he first became rude, saying that there was no water. And then, you won’t believe it, he poured rotten water for the child!! Honestly! Then the angry man left.... And only after that the child with the all-inclusive bracelet received a glass of ordinary water at dinner. We had to arrange a showdown, after which this frame poured all the best into our family, even into glass (there is plastic almost everywhere). But that's just for us. He continued to ignore others. He created queues, was rude to guests, sometimes he simply disappeared and it was impossible to get drinks... Only the lazy did not complain about him. He will either be fired or beat up sooner or later. no options.

There is a spa. Usually empty. I tried massage. Nothing special. But the price is reasonable.

There is animation, but it's sluggish. Moreover, this is not the problem of the animators. The team is normal. Probably hotel policy. Don't know...
There is a Russian-speaking blonde Anastasia. A very friendly, simple girl. He will be able to help in any matter, act as a translator if necessary, and provide much better advice than a tour operator representative)
Water polo in the pool, bingo in the evening... Always bingo. This is terrible, of course. No normal programs, nothing. A few times there was only something you could watch, and then so... the level of amateur performance. Discos were arranged for themselves)) French speakers separately, Russian speakers separately) Not a party place.

Miniclub twice a day 10-12 and 5-17. Nice, friendly girls look after a handful of children. Nothing special, no special programs, no holidays, but everything was nice and kind. We liked. The condo almost never worked at the miniclub.

The main disadvantage: the Internet. Or rather, its almost complete absence. For those who don't care, fine. But, business people you need to keep this minus in mind. Yes, the Internet, theoretically, exists. But the network is always overloaded. Come to the reception at about 7 am, then you may be lucky and you will be able to connect for a short time and write something to someone. The first two days I couldn’t connect to the Internet at all, even for 1 minute, just to report that we had arrived. Out of habit, I didn’t turn on roaming for myself, relying on the Internet, and had to use someone else’s phone. We were even ready to pay for the Internet, but as in the case of sun loungers on the beach: pay or pay, it’s impossible to get it.

BIBLIO GLOBUS.
In my opinion, only this tour operator serves Russian speakers. Organization of the trip at a high level. No jambs. In this particular hotel, the representative of the tour operator is an extremely unpleasant person named Elena. She's no use. Unless it’s important for you to buy excursions through her. It is more convenient to resolve all issues either through the reception or through the animators.

I repeat: read the reviews, take into account all the features of the hotel and you can have a pleasant rest. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. Good number+ good sea. Everything else is solvable. I don't share the negative reviews. Have a good holiday everyone!
