The beach is very rocky, it is not possible to go in. And 400 meters knee-deep. The hotel is already quite old and requires renovation. There is no place to go from the hotel on your own, only excursions. Cleaning isn't really cleaning. A piece of napkin lay on the carpet for 2 days after cleaning. The hotel does not qualify for 4, maximum 3. After arriving home, everyone is hugging the toilet. Their cheeses and sausages are simply disgusting, all soy. The fish is all some kind of boiled fish.

There are a lot of slides and pools. This was important when choosing a hotel. Very nice staff. Beautiful area. There is a lot of food so you can choose something. The rooms are spacious.

Flies by the pool, in the restaurant, in the lobby. Maybe it’s the season, but it’s not acceptable in food places. The rooms are dirty, dark, the furniture is tired. The manager is great, but without him it’s hard what the staff can do. Broken dishes in the restaurant. The beach and the pontoon are separated by the beach of another hotel. Apparently the hotel was not used to booking through booking and therefore there were many difficulties upon check-in. At first we couldn’t find a reservation, then we spent a long time looking for correspondence with the hotel where I agreed on an early check-in for an additional fee. payment (I checked in at 3 am). Then they asked for cash. Then they claimed that I booked with the wrong card at Booking, although it was the right one, etc. In general, upon check-in there was a quest. And room service... the service staff came in without knocking 2 times, and 1 time with a knock, but despite my answer “please wait” they still came in (they brought 2 plates of fruit to the room, on the occasion of a birthday, about which I reminded him several times in a letter when booking and when checking in; they apparently didn’t look at the passport themselves). After 5 minutes they returned, apologized and took away one plate of fruit)) they waited a long time for extra troubles for the child. About 2 hours. They had already made a bed on the sofa, we lost hope of waiting, but they brought it right before bed. On the other hand, there has never been any special service in Egypt. + I asked to check out 2 hours later. To which I received the answer: ok, but only because you are through booking, and you have to give a rating of 10. Well, come on, guys. Look one step ahead! Which 10? I rented the most expensive suite, the hotel was empty on April 24. Was it really impossible to answer normally? Then there would be much more positivity left. Work on yourself first and on serving others, then your grades will be higher. I repeat, overall the hotel is worth the money.

The price/quality ratio is an excellent option. The food is monotonous, but overall ok. Many different pools and slides. The child was happy. It was even more or less warm. My task was to stop for one night to meet my family, swim in the water park and continue the journey. I booked a suite, the room was clean and huge.

And now about the small shortcomings that I want to draw the attention of the hotel owners. I'll start with check-in. We flew in at night and arrived at the hotel at 4 am, we were checked in at 10 am. True, we were allowed to have breakfast. And for some reason they charged us a little more than the price indicated in the booking, plus all taxes and fees and on top, and we didn’t understand why. And the room was cool. We then sorted out the air conditioning and set it to heat up. But in some rooms it did not work for heating and in these rooms, especially those located on the shady side, it was cold and people slept in warm clothes. And some people got sick because of it. And in winter, children's animation can probably start earlier. Dinner started at 6:30 pm and a disco for children at 9:00. And you wait two hours. Then you walk in the dark and in the cold. And they didn’t stay at the show at all, because they were freezing and wanted to sleep.

I have never seen worse animation in Egypt - Arab guys worked, Russian-speaking staff are usually active and lively. At the mini disco, I wanted to go out and dance instead of the animators. For a week, neither paper with printed drawings nor paints for face painting appeared at the kids club. The water park was operating at half capacity - half of the slides were working in the morning, the other in the evening. The pressure is weak - adults were unlucky when it came to skating. There were about 7 skating clubs, so there were queues. Monotonous and monotonous food, especially breakfast - 7 days without changes. Although there was always fresh fruit.

Quick check-in at 10:30, without any additional payments. Very friendly and helpful staff. A water park is the top priority when choosing a hotel. The child was happy.

We got to Radisson Park at a very favorable promotional price, so we didn’t pay attention to some of the little things that popped up during our vacation. The hotel is not on the first line, you can get there on foot, or you can take a bus, which goes back and forth all day. The sea, like everywhere else in Egypt, is stunning, clean, warm, but it’s very exciting in this place, there are a lot of ebbs and flows, which is why the water level was always different. You can swim from the pontoon and shore. Plus there are a large number of sun loungers, which were always enough for everyone. The hotel did not like that right from the door they started milking for the opportunity to stay in a good room. We didn't pay extra for anything, they put us in a room on the third floor far from the reception. Old furniture, relative cleaning, but all this was not important to us, because we were by the sea all day long. There is also a bar where you can have a snack. Main meal in the main restaurant. Everything is quite tasty and moderately varied. It was impossible to drink drinks, we walked to the nearest shops and bought there what our hearts desired. If anyone likes to go shopping, it is better to do it closer to the center of Naama Bay, the prices there are divine. The staff is welcoming and friendly for the most part, they create a warm atmosphere of comfort in the hotel. Weighing the pros and cons, we enjoyed our vacation, went on excursions, took a boat ride in the sea, enjoyed the beach and the sun.

I liked Radisson Park for its price and the service provided for the money paid. On the plus side. We vacationed with our 5-year-old daughter. Upon check-in, they gave us an extra bed and always left plenty of towels during cleaning. The bed sheets were changed on time, and the towels too. The cleaners took into account that the child was with us and always made funny figures on the beds. In general, the hotel workers, I noticed, treated children very well, always making fun of them and flirting with them. I would also classify this as on the positive side– friendly and friendly staff. Food. Here it is better to immediately go up to the restaurant on the second floor. There, the serving chefs are friendlier and the waiters are more helpful. In general, the atmosphere was somehow different, clean, and although the dishes were the same, they seemed tastier. There was always something to choose from to eat. The child asked for either oatmeal or cereal with warm milk for breakfast, and chicken, fish, and potato side dishes for lunch and dinner. My wife was delighted with the morning croissants, I liked how the meat was prepared. There is also a fish restaurant by appointment, snacks in bars on the beach and by the pool. The beach is good, the sea is warm, but there was no opportunity to swim enough. Either a red flag hung at the pontoon, or crowds of people from 3 hotels staged a booth at the entrance and exit from the water. You can’t really get in from the shore either, with many low tides the sea is not entirely calm, the current is strong. But our mother managed to have fun with her daughter not far from the shore. Those who weren't happy with the sea could sunbathe by the pools, but the water was cold. The water park is excellent, it was fun for all of us! Animation is a separate topic, neither for children nor for adults. Evening shows are rotten. In general, you won’t have much fun in the evening, so during the day we had as much fun as we could. We took a trip to Israel for one day, just visiting local attractions for one day, and went to Soho twice. If you wish, you can always have a good time, we came home rested and happy.

The first time I went on my own, but I didn’t regret it at all. The staff at Radisson Park is so cheerful that I always found someone to talk to when I was bored)) In the bars, the bartenders are nice and friendly, they prepare any and all incomparable cocktails. I also never got bored at sea; I either sunbathed or swam. By the way, the entrance to the water is from the pontoon and the shore. I'm more on the sand and in the sea, I don't know how to swim very well. In addition, there were a lot of people near the pontoon and often a red flag hung. Sun loungers are available at any time of the day. I met a company from Belarus, cheerful guys, we went with them for walks around the resort, and went to Soho several times. I really liked it there. Simply excellent slides in the hotel for adults, so I rode it to my heart’s content!)) In general, the hotel is very good, it would be even closer to the sea... There are complaints about the rooms - they have been in need of repairs for a long time, but the cleaning in my room personally was done conscientiously. Bed sheets were changed and towels were cleaned daily. The guys didn't seem to complain either. The food was decent, I had enough variety, and I liked the taste of each dish. The breakfasts are hearty. No matter what, I started with scrambled eggs, then sausages, pancakes, croissants, everything was sooo delicious, that’s why I gained extra kilos) As they say, a good rest with all the “following”))) there will be an opportunity, I’ll go again.
