Pobeda print your boarding pass. Pobeda Airlines will charge money for check-in for flights from foreign airports. How does registration work?

From the end of October, check-in for Pobeda Airlines flights at foreign airports will be paid. The carrier calls this step forced and explains it by a sharp rise in prices for aviation fuel.

Pobeda Airlines will introduce paid registration at foreign airports. This is stated in the company's message received by RBC.

“The airline is forced to take such a measure in order not to increase the cost of air tickets due to a sharp increase in aviation fuel prices,” Pobeda said in a statement. The company notes that its fuel costs have increased by more than 10% since last year.

At the same time, online check-in, which opens on the airline’s website 24 hours before departure, remains free. IN Russian airports registration will also continue to be included in the ticket price, the message clarifies.

Now Pobeda offers free online check-in only if the passenger has purchased a seat on board. However, with winter schedule Free online check-in will be possible without purchasing a seat, but the system will select it automatically, an airline representative explained to RBC.

“For rational customers, the cost of the flight will not change, since online check-in remains free. But if you don’t want to register on the website yourself, an airport specialist will do it for you for €25,” notes the airline’s general director Andrei Kalmykov, whose words are quoted in the release.

According to Kalmykov, this measure will allow the low-cost carrier to reduce service costs at airports and maintain existing tariffs in the face of rising fuel prices.

Pobeda Airlines is part of the Aeroflot group and specializes in the low-cost transportation segment.

In early June, the Association of Air Transport Operators (AEVT) asked Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov to take action against rising fuel prices, saying that otherwise airlines would be forced to raise air ticket prices.

According to the association, aviation kerosene in 2017 turned out to be one of the most expensive types of fuel in Russia. A special index reflecting the dynamics of changes in exchange prices for jet engine fuel in largest airports Moscow aviation hub, increased by 23.4%, to 43 thousand rubles. per ton. The rise in prices continued this year, said the letter to the Deputy Prime Minister.

Air carriers blamed the increase in fuel prices on jet fuel producers and fueling companies and asked Akimov to instruct the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) to analyze the situation and hold a meeting with the participation of all interested parties.

FAS after a complaint from S7 airline (a member of AEVT) from Russian oil workers, but the antimonopoly service did not find any abuses then.

On high prices Alexey Grigoriev, a resident of Ussuriysk, complained about air tickets during a direct line with the President of Russia. He said that the cost of a flight from Moscow to Vladivostok increased from 13.2 thousand to 55 thousand rubles. Russian President Vladimir Putin followed this with prices for jet fuel and air tickets. The President indicated August 1, 2018 as the deadline for the report on this issue.

You can choose several registration methods: the most common is check-in at your airline counter. Second option - use the self-service counter at the airport.

For convenience, use online registration. Many airlines have this service, for example, Rossiya, UTair, Wizz Air and Turkish airlines. Information about the procedure and the application form can be found on the company’s official website or via the links below.

Important! The administration of Vnukovo Airport recommends checking in online, if possible. This will save time and reduce the likelihood of being late.

Online registration

Go to your airline's website, find your ticket, and print it out. If you do not have a printer, Vnukovo staff will print your ticket at the check-in counter.

Remember! Online check-in frees you from standing in lines, but it does not guarantee that you will quickly go through all the steps necessary for boarding. You should still arrive early.

You must check in your luggage in any case.

Online registration has a number of advantages: you can complete it at home, at work, in public transport– as long as there is a device with the Internet. You can choose your seat on the plane yourself. You print out the ticket yourself; you don’t have to do it at the airport.

Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 45 minutes.

Please note that in some cases you will not be able to register online:

  • if accompanying children is required;
  • if you carry luggage in the passenger seat or pets;
  • as well as in the case of transportation of weapons.

Below you will find information about company counter numbers, if they are recorded, and links to websites for online registration.

What to do: from check-in to departure

  1. Registration.

At this stage you check in your luggage and receive boarding pass. During check-in, ask that your home address be marked on your luggage and that your luggage be marked as fragile. This way you will avoid cargo loss and reduce the likelihood of damage.

  1. Inspection.

During inspections, the security service checks passengers for dangerous things: explosives, knives, and so on.

  1. Passport control.

It takes a lot of time. The boarding pass and the authenticity of the documents are checked.

  1. Landing.

Find your boarding gate location in advance. Its number is indicated on your ticket. This way you will avoid being late for your plane.

Passenger check-in begins 2 hours before flight departure. In Vnukovo it takes place in the main terminal of the airport - Terminal A, on the 2nd floor. Check-in automatically ends 40 minutes before departure. In the case of Turkish airlines - in 45 minutes.

Remember! For flights of Rossiya, Sky Express, and UTair companies, check-in is available 12 hours before departure.

Get to the airport early! Consider the time it will take for security screening upon entering the terminal, registration and passport control. Airport staff will not be able to extend check-in for latecomers.

Who flies to Vnukovo

According to the official Vnukovo website, the airport cooperates with 22 companies that operate flights both within Russia and internationally.

Registration with Pobeda Airlines- a set of measures aimed at confirming the data of the passenger planning a flight, choosing a seat in the aircraft cabin and ordering additional services(if necessary). This procedure can be carried out online (through the carrier’s official website) or at the airport. What are the features? What are the possible options? What is recommended for every passenger to take into account?

Classic way

Check-in for a Pobeda airline flight at the airport- classic design option. In this case, access to the procedures opens two hours before departure and ends 40 minutes. To avoid missing your plane, the air carrier recommends arriving at the terminal in advance. In addition, to avoid unpleasant situations, you should familiarize yourself with the rules for transporting baggage in advance. As for the start time of check-in, it may vary depending on the airport. For example, in Vnukovo (Moscow) the procedure starts 3 hours before departure.

Unlike online check-in on the official website of Pobeda Airlines (discussed below), the passenger must go to a special counter, stand in line and hand over to the airport employee the document issued during the booking process and luggage for check-in. Please note that if the weight of the cargo is more than 10 kg, you will have to pay for it taking into account the tariff. In the presence of extra baggage It should be ordered in advance no later than four hours before departure.

This can be done in several ways:

  • Through the call center.
  • By managing your reservation on the official website.
  • Through your personal account.

How does electronic check-in work at Pobeda Airlines?

It was noted above that for classic check-in (at the counter at the airport), you need to come to the terminal in advance, stand in line and go through the necessary procedures. To save time, you can go another way - go through electronic registration on the official website of Pobeda. At the time of writing, this service was available only to Moscow residents, but according to the carrier, this is a temporary inconvenience, so this nuance should be clarified in advance.

Online check-in for a Pobeda airline flight takes place in several stages:

  • Go to the official website of the carrier.
  • Completing all procedures.
  • Printout of boarding pass.
  • Baggage check-in (if any).

Please note that online registration is available subject to booking an itinerary receipt through the official website. Before starting the procedure, it is important to make sure that the luggage (its size and weight) meets the carrier’s requirements.

Online check-in(via the official website of Pobeda Airlines) begins with filling out a special table. There are two options here:

  • If you have a reservation code To obtain a ticket, simply enter the corresponding six characters, as well as the e-mail address that was specified at the stage of purchasing the ticket. In the same column you can indicate the itinerary receipt number, consisting of 13 digits.

  • If there is no booking code, then the data entry requirements will be broader. After selecting this option, a group of cells is offered to fill. They require you to indicate the airports of arrival and departure, the date of departure of the aircraft, the passenger’s birthday (year, month, day), the client’s last name, as well as passport details (number and series). Only after this can you set up a search and go through the rest of the procedures.

Results

Compared to the classic registration option, check-in for a flight through the official website of Pobeda Airlines is faster. The advantage is that all procedures can be performed without leaving your home or office, which saves time.
