The care for guests is visible in everything. For example, the room must have a kettle and tea set. In addition to tea leaves, coffee, cream and sugar, it contains stevia. This pleasantly surprises not only people who lead a healthy lifestyle and girls who adhere to a diet, but also parents of children with allergies.
Tourists with a child are usually offered a choice of a room with either one very large bed and one extra, or two large beds. Usually parents choose the first option. Moreover, if a child is under 8-10 years old, as a rule, after a few days they ask to remove the extra bed - it only takes up space while all three guests can comfortably accommodate on the main bed.
The room also has a standard set of furniture, a safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, iron and board. The only caveat is that there is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom (only for an electric razor), and there is no mirror in the room. The hotel is new, on the first line. There are many restaurants and the embankment nearby. The sea is cool in January, but there is a swimming pool with a warm, comfortable water temperature. There is a transfer to various shopping centers and to Dubai - ask upon arrival and sign up immediately. There is no animation for small children, the playroom is very small and there are few toys there, and it was often closed. We spent 4 nights at the hotel from 12/29-01/2/2020. Before that we were in Dubai (Hilton JBR) and Ajman (Ajman Hotel, former Kempinsky). We came to this hotel from Ajman, very close by (by taxi 15 dirhams). Comparing these three hotels, I liked this one the least, despite the fact that it is the newest and freshest of those listed. Apart from the beautiful appearance, there is nothing else to boast about in the evening). Well, the accommodation and housekeeping services are still doing a good job. The hotel is large, there is practically no territory! On one side of the hotel there is an embankment under construction with a pedestrian area, on the other side there is a neighboring hotel. The beach strip is no more than 100 meters. There are a lot of people! I felt like I was in Yalta in Soviet times (we were not yet at the peak of the New Year season!). The beds are plastic, the mattresses are skinny, it’s not very comfortable to lie on! The sea is fenced with three breakwaters made of huge stones, practically arranged in a large letter P. At low tide, the depth of the buoys is chest-deep! You swim and scrape your feet in the sand)) Cool)). We took half board. Breakfast and dinner are so-so. Of the three listed hotels, they are the weakest in terms of diversity. We met New Year's Eve and had a gala dinner. In terms of assortment (seafood, etc.), this “celebratory dinner” is the same as the usual one at the Hilton. Now for the rooms: we lived on the 6th floor with a sea view (no balcony). The glass is dirty. The room is quite large and clean, large, modern bathroom with shower, separate toilet and bidet, bathtub and sink. Everything is quite clean and new. There are no foreign odors. Large bed, comfortable pillows, comfortable sleep! There is a kettle and tea accessories, they were cleaned well, they provided 4 bottles of water a day. 1. Fresh, well made comfortable hotel on the coastline. Wonderful rooms and balconies, decoration, marble, absence of odors of dampness and old age. Cleaning, room equipment, lack of noise - everything is at an excellent level. 2. Amazing organization of the hotel courtyard - the hotel has a U-shaped configuration, forming a shady courtyard with a warm pool, allowing you not to hide from the heat in the rooms and malls at noon; the pool is open until late in the evening. 3. Constant supervision of the guards - since the main contingent were elderly guests - before our eyes, the staff responded very quickly to the deterioration of the condition and called emergency services. 4. Good breakfasts, nearby - 200-300 m there are alternative restaurants with oriental cuisine and seafood. In the hotel itself good restaurants, in the top ranking of Sharjah ones. 5. Hotel for a relaxing stay beach holiday, is very remote from both Dubai and the malls of Sharjah, however, the hotel leaves the possibility of a free transfer to the malls of Sharjah and Ajman (I liked it better and it’s closer), in addition there is a transfer to the Dubai Mall. Check-in began with a conflict: the usual practice of beach hotels in Sharjda is to pay additionally for children's breakfasts; in Booking's issuance and reservation this was not included in the final price. Booking support service did not support me (and since I don’t want to buy a magnifying glass to read small text in the footnotes below, I decided to switch from Booking to direct booking and alternative services).
