We departed from Moscow on time, without delay or lateness. Upon arrival in Tunisia, we were met, quickly placed on buses and taken to the hotel. The buses are air conditioned and the ride was comfortable. The journey to the hotel took approximately 1.5 hours. After the plane it was a bit difficult, but a surprise awaited us. They didn’t just wait for us at the hotel, we were greeted by a team of animators, with music and a welcome poster. Suddenly! We did not notice such a meeting in other hotels. We were moved into the rooms immediately. We had a large room with a sea view. The view is stunning, I always wanted to look at the sea, during the seven days of our stay it was never the same. The bed was changed twice and towels were provided upon request. The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools and one indoor. The sea was cool, but we swam every day. The beach is clean, sun loungers were always available. Beach towels are provided on deposit. The food is excellent: European menu, plus national Tunisian dishes. Everyone could choose a dish to their liking. Alcoholic drinks to choose from. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a spa with ridiculous prices by Moscow standards. Attentive staff, professionals in their field. In the evening, first there was children's animation and a disco, then adults. The animation team is awesome! They tried to get to know each hotel guest, talk, were very friendly, and parted with sadness. Our family has only positive impressions and bright emotions! But there is still one minus: we flew from Domodedovo and landed at Sheremetyevo. It was not very convenient to get there. We planned to get to the airport and back by our own car, but we had to call a taxi, which was an extra expense!

I really liked the animation of Momo, Blackie, Banana. I liked the food, it was very tasty and there was a lot of everything. I liked the room, big, spacious and cozy. The hotel is located close to the sea, the area, although not large, is cozy and there is room to walk. The staff pleased with their attention and attitude. We'll be back again!

We stayed at the hotel from September 22, 2019 to September 30, 2019 with our 6-year-old son.
The hotel is discreet, renovated, a solid four, I can even say with a plus. The area is small, two swimming pools, one of them has 4 slides. Vacationers are French, Germans, Russians and a few Arabs. The territory is guarded, at the entrance there is a checkpoint with a barrier and a guard, along the perimeter of the hotel there is a high fence with broken glass on top, on the beach there are guards on both sides, they detain all suspicious people. There is no influx of local people on weekends; 4-6 families come and we were quite decent looking with children. There is no theft, my son forgot his smartphone on the sofa near the reception and went to dinner. I only remembered that there was no phone after 1.5 hours. We went to look, he was still lying on the sofa. I can’t say anything about beach towels; we didn’t take them. To get a card for them you had to go to a currency exchange office and the house where you can exchange them worked on a not very convenient schedule. The staff is caring and attentive. Hotel guide Yulia can solve all problems. On the 6th day of our stay, we needed a refrigerator; the one in the room did not work. We told her after 20 minutes. They brought us a new one.
The animation is excellent, active and at the same time not intrusive. It's obvious that everyone is trying. If there are no activities, then the whole team walks around the territory and communicates with guests. They ask how you are doing, if everything is fine. It is clear that there is much more communication with the French, but you need to take into account that they speak the same language. Their English and Russian are rather weak. But the Russians who were partying at the disco communicated with them with very emotional gestures and in broken English-Russian. Overall a very friendly atmosphere. I really liked how the animators congratulated you on your birthday, in addition to the cake. in full force, firecrackers, banner, music and sincere congratulations. In addition, daytime shows are often organized. We encountered horse riders, cocktails and a whirling dervish. Very impressed! My son started getting ready for the mini disco in the afternoon. For children, you can order a T-shirt with a name and a picture of your choice.
The photographer should immediately mention it and attribute it to the shortcomings of the hotel. An elderly man takes terrible photographs. The complaints are not even about the framing of the shot, but about the quality of the photo. Size 300-400 KB, yellow, this makes the water green, the sky gray, and the tan painful. We went with him to the Pump Room Cabano beach, which is 5-7 minutes by car from the hotel. Very beautiful, no people White sand, picturesque structure and stones. If I had given him my smartphone, the photos would have been much brighter. When he sent us the finished work, we wanted to cry, so we went to hotel guide Yulia and she confirmed that he takes terrible photographs. He also has an objective problem with his vision, which his glasses do not solve.
The food is modest, but varied and tasty. Fish, chicken, veal, lamb were always available, except for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, sausages, fish, liver, chicken, veal are fried on the grill in the restaurant, and once there were shrimp. Apples, pears, plums, watermelons, melons, grapes, peaches, not all at once, but in different combinations. The sweets are delicious, a couple of extra pounds are guaranteed. Ice cream for lunch and dinner in an unlimited quantity of 3-4 types. All the food is present from the beginning to the very end, which is probably why no one piles up a mountain of plates. There are waiters in the hall who take away dirty dishes or bring drinks. The waste cart can only be seen at the end. Snacks are also available, donuts, hot and cold sandwiches. We didn’t get into a la carte, it was a problem to sign up, although we tried to do it the next day after check-in. But there is a restaurant near the beach where you can sign up daily.
Drinks packaged juices, soda, water. Water is brought to your room only upon check-in, but you can easily take it from the bar. The strong alcohol is all specific, the white and red wine is quite tolerable, the cocktails are very conventional. There are few of them on the menu, and the taste and color of even familiar items can be quite unexpected. You can ask to mix it to your taste. The bartender noticed that I had a runny nose and offered to mix some medicine. Among the ingredients, I was able to recognize chamomile tea and their local alcohol. Surprisingly, I felt much better the next day!
The room was on the second floor, large, with a balcony, clean, with a sea view, which we did not pay for. I went out onto the roof of the restaurant and it was a little upsetting, but it turned out to be a big plus. I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days and my son went out on this roof to play, there was a high parapet at the edges and it was quite safe. There was a safe, gels, shampoos, balms, and a set with caps and needles was asked at the reception. I had a Tophotels certificate and an application for a complement, the hotel does not provide it. Cleaning is normal. The air conditioner cools normally, it’s not so cold that you get sick, and you can sleep comfortably.
Internet in the lobby is free and reaches far enough.
The sea was clear all the time, on the first day there were only waves. There are stones and large boulders in the sea. You can enter either to the left of the pontoon or far to the right. The pontoon is made of plastic, it’s the first time I’ve seen one like this. For me, this sea is the best. Snorkeling is simply wonderful. There are a lot of fish, crabs, plants and shells. The fish, of course, are not as colorful as in the Red Sea, but there are many of them, they are different, some even bite, like Gara rufa.
There are two pools, no special contamination was noticed on the stairs of the slides. All the pools have been renovated on top, and the tile seams in the bowl are black.
There are very few excursions! Of all the hotels I've ever been to, this is the shortest list. We went for a ride on quads. If on this excursion you are offered to buy a white scarf for 20 dinars, do not take it, you don’t need it. It doesn’t protect from dust, it constantly slides off and is completely synthetic. And it’s very interesting! We also went to the market. A real oriental bazaar! You have to bargain there! The item on it cannot cost more than 20-40 dinars. The price of any bag will be quoted to you in the range of 100-150 dinars. You can really buy it for 20! And so with everything else.
In general, I was pleased with my vacation. Tunisia, in my opinion, is a disposable country. Or rather, not for annual trips. The tourism potential is high, but the lack of funding and the “savagery” of the local population prevent a qualitative and quantitative leap. Garbage is dumped along the roads. Probably reminiscent of Turkey 30-40 years ago.

If we talk about the advantages of the hotel, then, of course, animation should be put in first place. The guys literally bend over backwards to ensure that vacationers don’t have to be bored for a second. At the same time, entertainment is not imposed on anyone. It is also worth noting the many opportunities for children's recreation. The mini-club is significantly different from those that can be found in other hotels. Here kids immerse themselves in creativity and fun.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. Particularly touching are the attempts of Tunisians to communicate with guests at your native language. However, if you have a serious problem, you can always contact a Russian-speaking administrator. Particular attention is paid to the safety of guests, and therefore a large team of security guards and rescuers works here.

If we talk about the shortcomings of the hotel, the main one is the quality of cleaning, or rather, problems with replacing bed linen. We stayed in this hotel from September 2 to September 16, 2019, room 2331. Many thanks to our Russian hotel administrators Anya and Yulia for always being ready to help, suggest something and just chat))) The hotel staff is friendly with rare exceptions (a couple of waiters in the restaurant and a fat bald bartender in the lobby bar who sincerely hates Russians). As for tips, we sometimes gave 2-3 dinars to the waiter in a restaurant. They work there in zones, because the room is large, and since you sit at the same table out of habit, the waiter is the same. Well, who doesn’t love money?))) Of course, something was changing. He came up more often, the drinks were already in other beautiful glasses, and so on in little things. Two dinars were enough for 3 days, then again. They gave it to the maid once, but nothing changed. The room was not on the sea - on the garden and the local municipality. Quiet and calm, everything in the room worked properly, they cleaned it every day. There are a lot of flies in Tunisia, and the maids use some kind of spray against them. For a long time we could not understand that our cough was caused by him. They asked us not to poison either the flies or us anymore. A little about food. In the main restaurant everyone can find something to eat. There are soups (I didn’t get them, but my wife appreciated them), grilled food, vegetables, pasta, and desserts... very tasty baguettes. I recommend putting them in the toaster for breakfast instead of toast bread, it’s not very good. There is a separate children's food in the next room. The distribution is lower so that the kids can cast themselves. Between lunch and dinner, as well as at night, they prepare pancakes with Nutella and bambaloni (they are not tasty at the hotel, try the most delicious on an excursion in Sidi Bou Said). Overall, I liked the food. We had ULTRA - all inclusive, but in fact, how it differed from simple all-inclusive is completely unclear. In my understanding, this means that everything is possible without restrictions, but it turned out that it is not. In the bar, most normal alcohol is paid for. Despite this, everyone will find something to drink there. For non-alcoholic drinks, I recommend Tunisian tea and vervain. The bar offers snacks such as nuts, olives and cheese. Now about the bad. THE SEA IS A HELL OF HELL!!! Huge layers of sharp stones. People were injured, including me. There is a pantone. You can dive and swim from it. BUT! What the hell is Panton?! The beach should be adequate. When I flew on a parasail, this terrain looked wonderful, but it was clear that there was sand everywhere except on the hotel beach. Now it’s the 21st century, somewhere they’re building islands in the shape of palm trees and maps of the world, but is there really nothing to be done?! Biggest disappointment! There is sand if you go behind the Coco beach restaurant. They swam there. Good things again! ANIMATION - how much this word has brought together for our hearts! We didn’t participate much in the entertainment during the day, because we spent all our time on the “beach,” breathing the sea air and relaxing, so we didn’t really talk to many of the Animation team, but in the evening our daughter (3.5 years old) took us to a great children’s animation show. Over time, adults began to dance with the children. There was a man on stage who said that this was his job, but every day he sincerely engaged children and adults, it was clear that he loved it and lived by it.
