Where to swim on the round lake. The Moscow region is destroying Long Lake! Lake Krugloye in Lobnya: reviews

In the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region there are three lakes - Dolgoye, Nerskoye and Krugloye. All of them have banks overgrown with marsh flowers and herbs, water lilies and lilies on the water, and dark spruce forests all around. All together this is a nature reserve, a complex reserve “Lakes Dolgoye, Nerskoye, Krugloye and their immediate surroundings”, by decision of the Executive Committee of the Moscow Regional Council of Workers' Deputies dated April 18, 1966 N 341/8 “On declaring certain areas of land and water areas of the region that have health-improving and historical-memorial value as nature reserves.”

The first problems appeared several years ago. In 2003, the territory of the former pioneer camp on Lake Dolgoy was acquired by a certain construction company (inaccurate data, either Tekhnosila LLC or Invest Group LLC). If there were buildings there, they were so modest that they could not be seen either from the side or nearby, but the forest stood like a wall. Unfortunately, the boundaries of the complex reserve are defined very conditionally, and perhaps this territory does not belong to it, but there are construction standards according to which 50 m from the water's edge are inviolable, and capital construction is prohibited closer than 300 m from the edge. In addition, several hectares of forest were cut down, and there is a suspicion that the territory of the pioneer camp was somewhat smaller and located further from the lake. Then, too, there were many protests, people complained, commissions came, examinations were carried out, although they mainly called for “coordination of the project documentation.” Apparently, everything was agreed upon, and now on the site of centuries-old fir trees there are cottages at a distance of about 100 m from the water's edge.

Next door, further along the coast, deep into the reserved forest, where there was no pioneer camp before, new construction is underway. True, not all trees are cut down, but only for construction sites. On this occasion brief information from a dendrologist: spruce is in last (!) place among trees in terms of resistance to anthropogenic loads. Spruce has a superficial root system, which makes it especially sensitive to the consequences of human activity - the roots weaken, the tree cannot withstand wind loads and falls. And drying dead trees are breeding grounds for pests that attack weakened trees, including bark beetles. In addition, wind loads increase on a tree located in a relatively open place.

As a result, the surrounding forest (it is under the jurisdiction of Solnechnogorsk forestry) suffers serious damage. There are already a lot of dead trees there, and these are not natural processes.
Websites advertising country real estate are replete with offers to purchase houses in cottage villages on the lake. In the description of two cottage villages, “ Green oasis" and "Dolgoye Lake", it is clearly stated that they are located on the coastline. On the shore of which particular body of water the “Reserved Lake” village is going to be located is kept silent, but judging by the number of billboards installed in the area of the village of Rybaki, in the same places. In the "reserved"

There are other consequences that have to be observed. New vacationers who have appeared on the lake are fans of fast driving. In winter, they ride around on snowmobiles and destroy a fair amount of bushes and trees that have sunk to the ground under the weight of snow. They seem fabulously beautiful to us; they prevent them from driving through the forest as they please. In the summer they switch to scooters, almost knock over swimmers and raise waves that are completely unusual for this body of water (the lake is quiet, surrounded by forest); The waves hit the shore quite hard. And the shores of the lake are very fragile - on more than half of the shoreline it is not solid soil, but an interweaving of plant roots forming a layer of turf; this layer lies on the water. After a strong wind or thunderstorm, you can sometimes see detached islands. Such an innocent, at first glance, entertainment as riding a scooter has an impact similar to thunderstorms and winds and destroys the coast.

It is worth mentioning the fuel stains remaining on the water. The plant community formed on the lake is not adapted to such conditions. And recently, a “jeep safari” through the forest has become fashionable...

But these, as they say, were still flowers. What is happening on the lakes now looks like enemy sabotage.

In the summer of 2007, regular construction work began. This time, in the place where the Meshcherikha River flows out of Lake Dolgoye. The river connects it with Round Lake. The wording in the construction documentation is as follows: “formation of a land plot for construction.” The distance from the water mirror of Lake Dolgoye is less than one hundred meters. Location - directly on the river bed. In this case, the formulation given above completely defines what is happening, since there is no land, land, as such.

Late in June, almost at night, as befits violators, trucks with sand and gravel went through the village of Rybaki (it is located on Lake Krugloye). The villagers did not immediately understand where it was all going. And when they realized that the cargo was being dumped directly into Meshcherikha, they blocked the road, delaying the destruction of the river for some time. In the morning, after a sleepless night, they went to Dmitrov, to the council, and this was the first of a long series of authorities that they were to visit. Looking ahead, let's say that it was to no avail.

They came again with inspections, the press and television visited. The responses to the letters varied. In some cases, the actions of the construction campaign were recognized as illegal, in others – quite acceptable. After the Ostankino state farm went bankrupt, a certain land plot The land became the property of Alba LLC as a site for agricultural production. Category – agricultural land with total area 106,413 sq.m. How did the river bed and the swamp end up in this category? to a normal person difficult to understand. But here it would be more correct to ask at what moment this happened. And, it seems, Alba LLC is not going to engage in agricultural activities.

But all claims are subject to ownership documents. A document also appeared, such as the minutes of the meeting, in which the residents of Rybakov allegedly participated. The result of this ghostly meeting, naturally, is in favor of Alba LLC. It is designed as expected, it lists completely real people who actually live in this village. But the signatures there do not match their signatures. And there really was no meeting. Forgery of a document.

What is happening is not just a violation of the laws established in the state. This is the systematic destruction of two lakes and a blow to the ecology of the entire area. The Meshcherikha River is a waterway connecting lakes Dolgoye and Krugloye. Its bed with swampy banks is a natural container for regulating the water flowing out of Lake Dolgoye. The channel ensures normal circulation of water in the lake; thanks to its existence, both lakes are flowing. Lake Krugloye is fed by the water of this river. And along with the swamp, the spawning grounds of fish were destroyed.

The water level in Lake Dolgy varies depending on the time of year and the amount of precipitation, with a difference of about 0.5 m. The length of the river section between Dolgy and Krugly is about 2 km. The riverbed is winding, has no clear outlines, and is surrounded by marshy areas that form one whole with the riverbed. In some places it is about two hundred meters wide. The construction company Alba LLC in its design documentation provides for a certain system that will ensure the flow of water. But not even the most experienced and skillful hydraulic engineer (there is doubt that such were involved in the work) will be able to create artificial structure, equal to what nature has created over centuries. Among other things, the swamp is a natural filter for water entering the lakes. When passing through this section of the channel, silt, dirt and microorganisms are retained. When the swamp is destroyed, all this flows without interference into Krugloye, which is already the most polluted of the three lakes - it is located near the highway.

The swamp is filling up. A section of the riverbed has also been filled in. A pipe with a diameter of about a meter is laid in the ground. This is probably part of the same hydraulic system that will replace the natural one. This is how communication between the lakes will now take place. Only this summer almost nothing got there - there was little water in the lake, and the pipe turned out to be higher than it should have been. This means that the flow of water downstream was almost stopped. Once we discovered that the pipe itself was covered with a board (!) on the other side, probably to make it more convenient to work. We did not understand. Only the village wells lost water.

These lakes - Dolgoe, Nerskoe, Krugloe - are a very fragile ecosystem, and it is not for nothing that they themselves and their surroundings are included in the reserve. The shores of the lakes are overgrown, the depth is shallow, and the bottom is muddy. Even with small changes around, changes in the condition of the reservoirs themselves are possible, and now we are talking about the destruction of the connecting channel. If we draw an analogy, this is about the same as blocking a person’s artery. In case of improper distribution and impaired circulation and weakening water flow shallowing and waterlogging of the Round Lake, which is fed by this water, is inevitable; on Lake Dolgoye there is the same swamping. You don't have to look far for an example. Just look at the overgrown Nerskoye Lake, which is almost as big as Dolgoy Lake, but is not flowing.

Other consequences are also possible. For example, while the water level in Dolgy was lower than usual, in one of the swamps near the lake, according to observations local residents, there was an unusual amount of water. Those. a kind of redistribution could have occurred in the district - the water found another outlet. The forest around is spruce, and spruce tolerates changes in conditions very poorly - both lack of moisture and waterlogging. These new conditions may change the area, and not for the better. In addition, also on the very shore of Meshcherikha, closer to Lake Krugloye, close to the fence of the Zarya recreation center, cottages were also built. At this point, a section of the river is surrounded on four sides by a fence. There is also a staff of security guards who also guard the recreation center.

Few showed interest in the problem. The protesters are mainly residents of the villages of Rybaki and Agafonikha, located on Lake Krugloye, and some of the inhabitants of the nearest holiday villages; the environmental team of Moscow State University is helping a lot. Everyone sympathizes, but only a few participate. Everyone has things to do, work, and free time It’s much more pleasant to spend it differently than collecting documents, drawing up appeals and finding other ways to drive pests away from lakes. In general, few people believe that anything can be achieved, and people have every reason to believe so.

It turns out that turning two protected lakes into a swamp is not considered in our country to cause damage to citizens and cannot be taken to court. Citizens can only write letters, waste time knocking on doorsteps and wait for an answer, and then receive an unsubscribe.

A public organization can sue. To defend their interests in court, a Regional Public organization Moscow Region (ROO MO) “Protection of our nature.” Money was raised to hire a lawyer. They collected from the world bit by bit, pensioners sacrificed their savings. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 11.

Alba LLC responded quickly. Having learned about the lawsuit, due to the fact that during the trial they would issue an order to stop work, the trucks started filling the river in a continuous line, without weekends or holidays.

This is how things stand today.

And there's a new problem in the area. One gets the impression that when choosing locations for various objects, they do not look at the map and the status of the area at all. The Moscow government wants to locate a cemetery and two crematoriums around Lake Nerskoye. It is here, on the territory of the reserve, and nowhere else. Life is structured in such a way that such objects are necessary, but why here?! The terrain here is such that all three lakes are located below and in close proximity, and all the water - groundwater, rainwater, stream water - will flow into them. And into the wells. It's as if someone was planning to destroy these places. Plus the prospect of a road to Sheremetyevo and the Moscow-St. Petersburg highway.

See you;)

Our friend Lida Abashina inspected the reservoirs of the Moscow region.

But we don’t stop there, and today our friend Nika Croft will explore the reservoirs of the Moscow region.

Beach 1 - Bay of Joy

There is free spontaneous parking for several cars. It will definitely be busy on weekends, the only thing left is a paid one.

If you leave the car, you will have to walk on foot. Walk for 5-10 minutes in one direction.

You can get to the beach either by car or by tram from River station, whose stop is located not far from the metro of the same name.

I didn’t like the muddy water; there were boats very close by. Entry into the water is normal, the beach is sandy.

On weekday mornings there is almost no one; on weekends it is rumored to be very crowded. The beach is small and there is nowhere for a stone to fall :)

There are paid sun beds, and there are also paid seats at special tables. But some resourceful vacationers bring with them not only folding chairs, but also tables.

There are changing rooms. All toilets are locked except one.

The cafe is open, there is kebab and shish kebab-flavored chips :) There is also a tent with the shocking name “smoke bitch”.

I give it a rating of 5 out of 10.

Beach 2 -

Parking nearby is difficult, you have to walk along the road.

If you want to relax, eat and lie on the grass, play badminton or frisbee, this place is ideal, the prices are reasonable.

The beach is clean, well-groomed, changing rooms, toilets, trash cans - everything is good.

But everything is bad with the reservoir.

None of us dared to swim, there was a strange descent to the water along a slippery staircase, the water was dirty, there were yachts and the Dmitrovskoye Highway overpass nearby.

Prices in the cafe are low, for example, grilled salmon costs 450 rubles, okroshka - 120 rubles, beer - from 80 rubles. I wonder what the word "lacada" means :)

I give 2 points, if we evaluate the beach as a place for swimming, and 8 points, if you evaluate recreation by the water without swimming.

Beach 3 - Bolshoye Ivanovskoye

Entrance to the beach is through a gate, paid only on weekends.

The beach is neat. It is pleasant to swim, first there is bulk sand, then clay. The water is clean.

A strange children's paddock on the water :)

Rentals and cafes are also open on weekends. There are changing rooms and toilets.

I rate it 7 points on a ten-point scale.

Beach 4 - Round Lake

There is paid parking (from the restaurant), and spontaneous parking (on the side of the road).

Swimming is prohibited (people swim, but there is a sign), and there is trash everywhere.

It’s unclear where the garbage came from; this has never happened in this place before.

By the way, trash doesn't really bother people.

The descent to the water is not the most beautiful, and the garbage is already very close to the lake.

You are also not allowed to swim right next to the restaurant, but everyone swims. The garbage was apparently removed by the restaurant.

The area with gazebos, which the restaurant rents out for money, is also in complete order.

We didn’t go swimming, so I don't give a rating.

Beach 5 - City beach on Lake Senezh(Solnechnogorsk)

You can get there even without a car, on foot from the train. There is entertainment for children (all sorts of slides, trampolines) and food.

The beach is large and sandy. There is a pier where you can jump. You can rent a catamaran.

The water is a little murky, but pleasant to swim in, although sometimes there is algae.

There are toilets and changing facilities. There is a Magnit supermarket nearby, hot dogs on the beach cost only 100 rubles.

There are also promenade paths with benches, on one of them these people were sitting.

There are a lot of people on the beach, since it is located within the city limits.

I bet 9 points out of 10.

Beach 6 - beach on the Volga in the city of Konakovo(Tver region)

This beach is the highlight of our trip: grass, pine trees, wonderful access to the water, sand.

There is no infrastructure, we were on the wild side of the beach. The beach is huge, there is always enough room for everyone. It's great here! We saw tapeworm fish on the shore, but this is the scourge of the Volga.

There was some trash, but it was clear that the beach was constantly being cleaned.

I really liked it. There are a lot of shops nearby. The views are wonderful. Sunsets are like on the equator :)

I bet 10 points, maximum rating.

Have a nice hot weekend everyone!
