the hotel area is quite small, and if you consider that two new buildings were built, there is even less space for walking and relaxing;
the presence of Russian-speaking workers at the reception has always been considered a positive thing, but not in this case (here they behave defiantly and rudely with guests, and therefore it is better to try to find a common language with the Turks);
in rooms located in old buildings, furniture, plumbing and other equipment are in poor condition;
one gets the impression that guests are deliberately accommodated in “killed” rooms in order to then demand an additional payment for changing the room;
very meager breakfasts (eggs, porridge, flatbreads and sliced cheese are served daily);
wireless Internet works with great interruptions, and if we talk about numbers, then there is practically no reception there;
are issued once for the entire vacation period, and if you want to exchange them for clean ones, you will have to pay 1 dollar for this service;
photographs of rooms presented on the official website and booking services do not correspond to reality;
It is impossible to get the maids and staff to replenish supplies of shower gel, shampoos and other cosmetics (even after persistent demands and calls, they will assure you that you are wrong);
the playground is very dusty (the staff would do well to periodically wash the surface);
very little seafood on the restaurant menu;
central air conditioning of the rooms (that is, it is turned on only at certain hours);
to get to the beach, you need to cross the roadway;
If you order a transfer in advance, then on the appointed day they may simply forget about you, and therefore it will be better if you remind about yourself a day before departure.

Hotel Club Sun Heaven Family 4* is exactly the case when the number of stars does not reflect either the living conditions or the quality of service. Unfortunately, many guests are not aware that the hotel has old buildings with “worn-out” rooms, and therefore shock and disappointment await them upon arrival. In addition, all attempts to resolve the current situation will be fruitless, because boorish administrators are guarding the interests of the hotel. Naturally, it makes no sense to turn to them for a solution to any problem. If you still choose this particular hotel for yourself, then stock up hygiene supplies(they will not be provided to you here), and also try to switch your attention to beautiful nature, not paying attention to what is happening around.

A decent hotel, upon arrival we were placed in a deluxe room instead of a standard one, since we needed several separate beds, and there were no such standard rooms. I liked the room, so I later paid extra for this room and didn’t even go to the standard one. The room has an air conditioner and a refrigerator. We cleaned almost every day, leaving them a tip for a good cleaning. The hotel is family-friendly; it seems ideal for me to come to such a hotel with children. The bass are small again. The food is all some kind of lean, cafeteria food, but made from fairly high-quality products. Watermelons are ok, but the rest of the fruits are just wooden, it’s unclear why our tourists pick up mountains of these fruits and then leave them, bitten, on the table. I liked the flatbreads with cheese, delicious. There is access to the sea through a tunnel. The sea is like a sea, the beach is so-so, the entrance is with small stones. The sun loungers are battered, broken in places and covered in sand. Beach towels are provided with a cash deposit. The hotel has everything you need and understandably with inflated prices. The spa has pretty good programs and is not expensive; when purchasing a program they give you access to the sauna for the duration of your stay. After the spa, they unobtrusively offered massages and creams. You can get to the city by inexpensive bus in 15-20 minutes. I don’t recommend hotel taxis, they are very expensive. In general, you can go if you like a package holiday. But it’s much more interesting to take a hotel in the city, there is action, a fortress, entertainment, a cool beach with an excellent view, ships.

We rested at the end of October until the hotel closed with my husband and four-year-old child. We were checked in literally within an hour. Our room was in an old building, but believe me, it’s the best thing for a holiday with children – it’s quiet. They cleaned our place regularly, provided toiletries, brought water, changed towels. Autumn in Turkey is very warm, we never even wore warm clothes. The beach is sand and pebble. The entrance to the sea is first pebbly, there are also large stones, then sand. The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children: a club, a playground, a shallow pool with water slides. They showed cartoons, animators applied face painting, and held a mini-disco. I really liked the food, both hot dishes and meat dishes, there was plenty of fruit, and there were simply countless desserts. The only thing was that they didn’t serve night soup, but we found a way out and after dinner we took food with us to the room to feed the child for the night.

Originally booked Standart room, but upon arrival it turned out that there were no available rooms and we were accommodated in a three-room family room without any additional payments. At first they cleaned every other day, but after calling the reception they started cleaning every day. I would like to highlight the administrator Natalya, who helped us resolve all issues. Almost all hotel staff speak Russian. The contingent of vacationers is mainly married couples. Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the second beach line, the beach is just a minute's walk away. The beach is sandy and pebble, with many free sun loungers. At the beach bar you can drink alcoholic and soft drinks, snack on flatbread and fruit. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied. There were plenty of vegetables, fruits, several types of meat, and always fish. All restaurants are open almost 24/7, so it’s hard to stay hungry.

We had a wonderful time at the Sun Club Hotel! We flew to Turkey with my husband and five-year-old grandson. Upon arrival, we were immediately given bracelets and invited to go to the restaurant for dinner. Entering the restaurant, our eyes simply ran wide from the incredible number of dishes. Some salads and vegetables were laid out on a twenty-meter table. Any kind of meat you want, boiled, fried, stewed, there was also liver, kidneys, fish, and baked goods. In the future, the cuisine only pleased with its variety. For dinner there was always something grilled. The chefs prepare the dishes in front of visitors, so there is no doubt about the quality of the food. The waiters are courteous and always help you find a free table. During the day, you can get as much delicious ice cream as you like at the bar.

We were accommodated in room 2414, which is located in the old building. We liked the room, the furniture was good. The beds have snow-white linens. The bathroom is neat, the plumbing is in good order. To get to the beach you need to walk through the territory and then through a tunnel. The beach is sandy, with pebbles here and there. Entry into the sea is difficult at first due to rocks, but then it is normal. On site there is a children's pool with a slide and adults with a water park. In the evenings they show cartoons, then mini-disco, then animation for adults.

July 2015, With family Sun Club –, but I think that young people won’t get bored here either, Konakli is a fairly developed town. The only negative for us was the tiring road from the airport. It takes about two hours to get to Konakli. Now about the hotel. After reading the reviews, we asked to be moved into a new building. We liked the room, freshly renovated, modern furniture and appliances. The cleaning was superficial, the beds were made, towels were changed and that was it, the floor was not washed. The hotel area, although not large, is beautiful and very well maintained. There are two outdoor pools for adults, one with water slides. For children there is a club, trampolines, carousels, a playground, a swimming pool, and a mini-zoo with rabbits, ducks, and a peacock. Sun loungers were occupied on the beach at seven in the morning before breakfast. The beach itself is spacious, clean, mostly sandy. The entrance to the sea is not very convenient, there are a lot of boulders, it is dangerous to swim in high waves. It's better to move to the left, to the side wild beach, there the coast is smooth, the entrance to the sea is sandy. The beach bar set tables, served excellent snacks and a variety of cocktails. In the main restaurant the range of dishes is huge, there was always something new to try. They served fish, seafood, beef, turkey, and broth soups. Despite the large number of vacationers, there are always free tables. We visited a fish restaurant on the beach, amazing. During the day you could enjoy ice cream and fruit. They also bake delicious flatbreads, for which people line up. Next to the pool bar there is a daily animation schedule. The animators are not intrusive and cheerful. In the evenings after dinner they showed cartoons for children, my daughter was delighted. The evening show programs were interesting; every other day, artists, magicians, and singers came. We were pleased with our vacation and can recommend it to everyone.

Vacation for this money is just super! I didn’t pay much attention to the condition of the room, cleaning every day, everything was clean, the renovation was certainly not so great, but that’s not the main thing. Food for every taste, every day meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. Alcohol for every taste from morning to night. Excellent animators, they did not let you relax for a second, very fun, comfortable, like home. In short, everything is very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach, or rather the entrance to the sea, the terrible pebbles that can be removed after so many years, and the pitfalls. Everyone enters the sea as if along the fairway. I recommend the hotel to everyone, especially families, children's animation is at a very high level.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is nearby, the deluxe building is located near the pool with a slide, there is no loud or intrusive music, it is calm. There is delicious ice cream on the beach. Delicious flatbreads and ayran are baked on site. We checked into the hotel at 2 a.m. and checked out at 10:30 p.m., the days were paid for, there were no lunchboxes (although the reception said that the restaurant was open all night and the guide also confirmed this). Fruits included tangerines, grapes, watermelon and plums. Food: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, but all the food is mediocrely prepared. For example: soups from six days of rest were over-salted for three days so that it was impossible to eat. Some kind of incomprehensible “Russian soup” made of chicken, peas, corn and something else floats around, it doesn’t look appetizing, I don’t even want to try it. Rice is cooked together with vermicelli. Baked goods: croissants and buns are frozen and not fresh. The pancakes are not tasty, even the jam didn’t help. They don't know how to cook at the hotel, or the food is of such quality.

The hotel (buildings) itself is so-so. Walking through the tunnel to the sea is not annoying. The beach is normal, the entrance is small. Alcoholic drinks are served only in two bars, by the pool and in the first building from the road. There is only disgusting beer on the beach! The attitude of the staff towards vacationers like pigs is felt in everything! Free internet, only as an option, even sending messages is difficult!!! Never set foot in this hotel again!!!

In general, I liked the hotel, I’ll start from the very beginning, we arrived at night around twelve o’clock, we were checked in quickly, initially we bought economy, but they said that economy was all occupied and we were put in a deluxe room for one night, by the way we stayed in a deluxe room until the end of the vacation and paid extra for it's only 10 US dollars. The room was very good in building A on the 2nd floor 4202, the only thing was that the cleaning staff did not clean well and in 5 days they never changed the bed sheets and towels, well, perhaps the towels had to be thrown on the floor in order for them to be changed, we have them there were heated towel rails, good food, every day, something new, fruits: grapes, apples, watermelon, once there was melon. Meat every day for lunch and dinner, there was also fish, a lot of delicious Desserts. There is also animation, funny guys. The hotel staff are like bees all day long. The hotel area is not very large, but beautiful, 4 swimming pools, 2 adults and 2 children, one slide. In general, you won’t go hungry, they feed you all day, breakfast from 7 to 10, from 10 to 11 late breakfast, from 12:30-14:00 lunch, nearby there is a Benjamin cafe from 16:00-17:00 tea, dinner from 19:00-21:00, fast food on the beach from 11:30-16:00 , on the territory from 11:00-16:00 an old lady sits and prepares Turkish flatbread GÖZLEME, from 16:00 they distribute ice cream, everything is free. The beach is located across the road - an underground passage - equipped with sun loungers, there is a snack bar (11.00 to 16.00), you definitely won’t go hungry))) There is always food in the restaurant, we came at different times.... The food is varied, everyone will find something for themselves child. The fruits included plums, watermelon, melon, nectarine, peach, grapes and apples.... The hotel has animators, and in the evenings there are shows for adults, both by animators and by artists (dancing, acrobatic stunts, live music).

We vacationed at the end of July. We checked into a deluxe room so that we could later move to the old building, paid a little extra and stayed in the deluxe room. The room is awesome on the 6th floor, with a view of the sea on one side and the pool on the other. Thanks to the administrator Turgut, we quickly checked in, made a present for the young man on the other. The food is very varied, you can eat in the main restaurant and street food on the beach (burgers, fries, salads), there was fruit every day (watermelons, pineapples, cherries, apples ), they gave crayfish and mussels once. The drinks we drank were soda, good coffee from the machine, Ginton, wine, and beer. We went to Alakart with a view of the sea, everything was great. Entering the sea is problematic, yes, the beach is sand, but at the entrance to the sea there are large pebbles and slabs. 3 minutes to the sea. We always found free sunbeds by the sea, although we arrived around 10 o'clock. Everyone occupied the pool in the morning. There was animation - darts, water polo, aqua aerobics, a foam party, in the evening they gathered in the amphitheater, then a disco, and on Sundays a performance by a cool group. The Dimkotheque took place near the beach, so there was no noise in the rooms and no one disturbed my sleep. We also went from the hotel to coub illusion for $10, I recommend it, it was very cool. You can smoke hookah on site for $10. There are many children in the hotel. For shopping we went to the neighboring village of Konakli for 2.5 liras (the fare seems to have become more expensive now), but it’s more profitable to take fares for liras rather than dollars. In Konakli there are two shopping centers, in one of them there is a supermarket with souvenirs, prices are high, it is better to buy everything at the market, it is across the road from the shopping center. You can also drive yourself to Alanya to Cleopatra Beach and ride the funiculars, the view is stunning - 28 liras round trip per person. We went to a local restaurant, large portions, everything was very tasty, took a non-alcoholic cocktail for 150 rubles for ours and pasta for 250 rubles. I really liked the hotel itself, for a 4* it’s simply excellent! The main thing is to go with a good attitude))

Towels (beach) are issued with a deposit ($5 per person) There is NO cleaning in the rooms (they will take out the garbage and make the bed) In the room, towels are changed every 3 days, but they can be changed at all do not change until you call the reception. Another story is the guide who promised a super excursion on the ship, the day before the excursion my mother ran around the hotel, looking for a guide, she was rude and rude at the reception, no one is responsible for anyone (and the money was paid ) In the end, a representative of this company (guide) was found, but another one, explained to us that this excursion does not concern him, the money and our vouchers are with another guide and do what you want. After scandals, etc. We still went on this excursion, but without much enthusiasm. (guides are from the Anex tour company) By the way, it later turned out that the guide who sold us the excursion was fired))) It was possible to buy a tour on the street. The food is very good, there is a separate restaurant for children. The area is beautiful, there are many three-dimensional figures of elephants, zebras, etc. (a paradise for children). Water park for children (40 cm deep pool with various slides and fountains) Animation is good for both children and adults. The children's mini club is accepted from 4 years old. But there is still a huge BUT - this is the entrance to the sea , the beach itself. It is declared to be a sand and pebble beach, don’t expect sand, only if you swim far, it is there. There is no pantone or any equipped descent into the sea. Because... the entrance to the sea consists of pebbles (take coral slippers with you) and then at the bottom there are huge boulders that have acquired different depressions over time and if your foot gets in there, it’s very easy to break it. This is very unpleasant. There is a panton nearby, but it belongs to another hotel, often there is a duty officer there and does not let people from other hotels in, even with children, because... going into the sea from our hotel is terrible for children and especially for people who don’t know how to swim but want to take a dip; for them, going into the sea turns into an obstacle course. Be very careful!

I really like everything: 1. accommodation - initially we ended up in an old building (terrible), for a small additional fee we were moved to a new room, which in a completely new building is perfect! 2. Food 100500 points, as everything is very tasty and varied. 3. The beach is sand and stone, entry is not convenient, but this does not bother us at all. 4. The only thing I really didn’t like was the foreigners smoking in the catering restaurant, the only privileged table smoking on the surrounding children with the approval (for a tip) of the senior security guard.
