Ryanair flight directions. We fly Ryanair. Some advice from personal experience. Active travelers choose Ryanair

Continuing our acquaintance with modern airlines, we will look at another low-cost airline - the Irish airline RyanAir, which operates low-cost flights throughout Europe and is a direct competitor of the airline. Today RyanAir is the largest low-cost airline in Europe.

From the history of RyanAir

RyanAir airline was founded in 1985 by an Irish millionaire. The airline's activities began with a small propeller-driven aircraft. In the 90s, the European market was dominated mainly by national companies that received funding from states. There was no talk of the emergence of a budget airline. But RyanAir management were able to apply the low cost scheme, famous in the USA. In the mid-90s, the airline began its expansion into continental Europe. The air fleet was increased to 45 Boeings. In the early 2000s, the airline placed a large order for 145 aircraft. She actively developed online sales through the website. Today RyanAir serves more than 1,600 destinations, between 180 airports in 28 countries. The airline's low prices are also due to the fact that the airports serving these aircraft are located at a sufficient distance from the city.

The airline flies throughout Europe, serving more than 1,600 destinations, including Morocco. In addition, this network is constantly expanding, and RyanAir is adding more and more new destinations to its route list.

RyanAir fleet

RyanAir operates only one aircraft model: the Boeing 737-800. This is another reason for low ticket prices. Today the airline operates 300 aircraft. And if we take into account the airline’s order for new aircraft, then by 2024 air park will expand to 520 aircraft!

Thus, RyanAir is developing dynamically and conquering the air travel market. It’s clear why: prices for many destinations start from €9.90 round trip. These are really tempting rates. Unfortunately, the airline does not operate flights from Russia and Belarus, so you have to use the nearest airports in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
