After spending 10 minutes searching, using all the search query options on the s7 website and Google, studying the faq section and finding nothing, I called the call center.
After waiting 10 minutes and explaining the situation to a specialist, I received an offer to write down the phone number of the s7 priority call center. He asked to connect me to the new call center.   • BUSINESS FLEX.

Important! Not only tariff changes have occurred. Now the company provides the opportunity to transport hand luggage up to 10 kg (weight hand luggage on an airplane previously was 7 kg), receive 25% more miles for members of the S7 Priority program (the number of miles has been increased by S7 Airlines from 25% to 50% at the minimum fare), purchase any fare until the flight is fully loaded.

In the Economy Basic tariff plan, the airline included a flight (1 seat) + 1 piece of hand luggage, the weight of which is 10 kg, and the dimensions must correspond to the parameters 55-40-20 cm.

Baggage transportation under this tariff is paid and is calculated at a cost of 2,500 rubles per segment: 1 piece of luggage for 23 kg of luggage (the norm for the luggage compartment is 203 cm). For international flights - payment and payment in euros, for flights with transfers (domestic / international) - payment also in euros. When purchasing an air ticket and paying for baggage online, the passenger receives a discount (according to the payment rules), and the cost of 1 piece of baggage will be 1,800 rubles. It is worth paying attention to the fact that according to the company’s rules, the price of transporting luggage in case of a transfer (on domestic flights company) doubles.

For free (that is, if you already have a paid seat, in addition) you can carry baby strollers, bassinets, car seats for children (as carry-on luggage or baggage), but only if a child is also registered for the flight. If there is no child, and the stroller is intended, for example, as a gift, then it is paid for like all other luggage. The airline also allows you to carry one set of ski or snowboard equipment free of charge, if the weight of the transported set does not exceed 32 kg. The conditions for transporting a larger set are the same as in the case of “non-standard” cargo.

Important! S7 Priority program participants with Ruby status are entitled to 1 free place luggage (up to 23 kg) even at the Economy Basic fare.

Non-standard luggage

Non-standard cargo can also be carried on airplanes, that is, luggage that does not meet the standard (more than 203 cm and heavier than 32 kg). Before the flight, you must contact the company to clarify whether it is possible to transfer such cargo on the desired flight. If there is an opportunity, then most likely the company will offer to buy 3 standard luggage pieces, and the tariff plan will not be taken into account in this case. Maximum permissible weight for transportation – 50 kg. But the question of how much luggage costs on an airplane for disabled people, which naturally exceeds the weight of 50 kg, can be answered unequivocally - wheelchairs and other large auxiliary aids can be transported at a standard rate or free of charge, if they can be placed in the cabin.

Transportation of animals

A container with an animal is considered excess cargo and must be paid for. Most often, the container is placed in the luggage compartment, taking into account its parameters (the total weight of the standing container must be more than 8 kg, the size must be more than 115 cm). If the container is smaller, it can be transported in the aircraft cabin.

Important! It is not possible to register the transportation of an animal online.

Service “Additional norm”

The company operates the “Additional baggage allowance” service. In accordance with it, it is possible to carry cargo on an airplane that exceeds the standard norm by 5-15 kg. The company has certain baggage transportation rules that should be taken into account when planning your trip:

Last night I had a thoughtful conversation with the online ticket sales service on the S7 website. Impressions are below par.

It was necessary to buy five round-trip tickets to connecting flights, while we all fly there together, and one flies back the next day. Accordingly, it was very advisable to first book all the tickets so that everyone could get on one flight there, and then pay for both reservations.

There is still no option to simply register on the website to purchase tickets. You can only register in the “S7 priority” program in order to receive a card and accumulate miles on it; there is a “personal account” where you can see confirmed reservations. Okay, I registered - the site shows that it recognizes me.

Alyechka and I sat down to issue tickets for four, chose flights, I filled out passport information, marked “remember data for future flights” for each passenger, and was also pleased with such a convenient option. I got to the transfer for booking, opened the site on a parallel page, started making a second reservation, entered my passport details, returned to the first page, updated - everything was lost there, the details of the second reservation came out. It’s clear - the code is primitive, it binds the operation to the user session, and does not create a unique subsession for it, as is customary on civilized sites.

We got tired of it and started all over again. Along the way, we looked at the FAQ - it mentions the possibility of booking tickets with deferred payment. Yep, exactly what you need. We got to the point of filling out the passport data, I press “substitute passenger data” - and what the hell, the list offers only me, as registered on the site. It turns out that the “remember passenger details” option either does not work at all, or only works at the time of the actual booking - both are equally crooked. By the way, when filling out all subsequent order options, I no longer saw these “remember” checkboxes.

Okay, I filled out all the data again, reached the payment page - the “pay later” option is not offered. I called the help desk and they answered that we needed to remove insurance from the order, then it would appear. There is no option to remove insurance from an already completed order. We swore again and returned to the search page.

I indicated the flights again, skipped the insurance, filled out all the passport details (and this site is damn slow). While filling out, there was a strong feeling that the order pages with and without insurance were served by different scripts, although they looked the same (in one case, spaces were inserted in the passport numbers, in the other - not). I reached the payment page, saw the “pay later” option, and chose it. The reservation confirmation has appeared, you can rejoice. And purely out of curiosity, I decided to see what the subsequent payment mechanism was. I'm looking for where to indicate Visa/MasterCard - but they don't exist. There is QIWI, Svyaznoy, EuroSet, WebMoney and other semi-legal crap, but there are no cards or bank transfers. At this point we really went crazy, I called the help desk again - they explained “there is no technical possibility,” but they couldn’t say anything more precise. They offered to register through an operator over the phone - imagining what it would be like to spell out the passport details of five passengers, I was horrified and refused.

How it is possible to implement a system so as not to have a “technical possibility” is absolutely incomprehensible to me, as a person slightly familiar with programming. This seems to smack of deliberate mockery. Or incredible crookedness.

Then this limitation was found in the FAQ, but who in their right mind would think to be interested in this? This is about the same as prohibiting payment by card if the sum of the digits of the passport number is not divisible by three.

After swearing loudly, I started looking for how to delete the reservation. On the booking page that was prudently left open, there was a “cancel” option, but for some reason it was not available. I went into my personal account, there in the “booking history” section I saw a reservation, and on the right - “delete reservation”. I happily clicked and the reservation disappeared from the list. I returned to the formation page, updated it - it didn’t go anywhere, it hangs, the “cancel” option is still unavailable. I called the help desk again and received an absolutely touching answer - “it’s impossible to cancel a reservation with deferred payment, you have to wait until it expires.” And it will expire, for a minute, for a day. What if, because of this unnecessary frozen reservation, there is not enough space for the current reservation, and after a day there is not enough space for the second reservation? What lovely, spontaneous people did this. :)

At this point we already realized that the idea of ​​getting confirmation for both reservations before payment was covered with a big copper basin, and we would have to do everything sequentially, risking not getting on the same flight all together. Cursing almost continuously, we fill out everything all over again (I again type in all the passport data manually). I pay, expecting some kind of scam - to my surprise, the payment goes through the first time.

We made and paid for the second reservation in the same manner - thank God, there were enough seats on the required flights. We breathed a sigh of relief.

Even during the registration process, I had to log in to the site four times - the session kept crashing. It seems that I just saw my name in the title, and after the next redraw of the page - “login/registration”.

This morning they called from S7, with a sort of dissatisfaction in their voice and reminded me that I have two reservations for the same flights, one of which has not been paid for. Trying his best not to swear again, he explained that the reservation was hanging solely because of their stupid restrictions. They asked if it was possible to cancel the first reservation right now (yup, that means there is still a technical possibility of canceling, it just requires a reason and more special people). He replied, let them cancel the unpaid reservation.

After about five minutes, I became worried that with such an organization they could easily set foot there and mistakenly cancel what they had paid, and that would be the fate of them. I went to the website, entered my last name and reservation number - “the service is temporarily unavailable.” In "booking history" personal account even better - “no reservations were found.” And why it was not found - guess for yourself. Great, I'm shielding.

UPD: I just received a message: “Less than 3 hours left before the end of the waiting time for payment for booking air tickets...”. That is, yesterday’s reservation is still hanging, the morning lady, who was displeasedly figuring out which of the reservations to cancel, didn’t do a damn thing, and some people who wanted to buy tickets for these flights may have had to be brutally screwed up. Well done guys, really? :)
