All is good entertainment area which is located outside the hotel. The elevator to the playground did not work when we got ready to go to the playground - we went down the stairs. We didn’t notice any signs - we ended up on a road with no entrance to the site. No one met me or suggested anything.

“Not the best hotel” . on booking. In the restaurant we waited forty minutes for a dish, after trying it, we ran to the main restaurant to have time to eat, because it was impossible to eat fish. At the snack bar by the pools, they asked the cook to wrap a kebab, to which he honestly looked into his eyes and said that there was self-service, and sweetly pretended that he didn’t understand English, when they pointed out to him the Germans who were standing in front of us, and to whom he only that, in front of us, he made two kebabs. The beach is not 1.5 kilometers away, the bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The bus runs once an hour, and is always crowded. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. The shower is faulty. Sand in cigarette butts. There is no changing room, you have to use the toilet. The hotel stated that you can come for a late dinner from 23 to 00 o'clock; we didn't have time for the main dinner and wanted to come in for something to eat. At 23.10 there was a crowd of people standing in the restaurant, looking at the empty tanks. Then they brought out some soup and bread. Some people simply turned around and left. In the bar you can only drink alcohol, which is sold for money. Everything else is of disgusting quality. When leaving the hotel, we forgot two expensive shirts and an evening dress in the room. We discovered this already at home, while sorting things out. We immediately wrote to the hotel.

1. Despite the fact that the time of arrival at the hotel was indicated in advance as 11:00. We were able to check in only after 15:00. 2. After checking in, we went to the pool, took towels at the exit to the pool, and at 17:00 we returned to exchange them for new ones for the SPA, to which we were told that the towels had run out. Then we went to the SPA reception to get towels for the hammam, to which we were told that the issuance of towels stopped at 17:00, although the brochure issued at the reception upon check-in indicated that towels are issued until 18:00, which I also consider nonsense, since taking into account the fact that the SPA is open until 20:00. 3. The room was quite dirty: the mirror was dirty, hair in the shower, shiny surfaces dirty, stains on the floor in the room, dust along the baseboard. 4. The cuisine is very mediocre, both for lunch and dinner, either they do not prepare red meat at all, or in very small quantities. Mainly be prepared to eat turkey and chicken. The olives for breakfast were also disappointing, as they were far from fresh. 5. Don't believe the pictures of the beach, this hotel does not have a beach on site. To get to the beach you need to take an old service bus, although it’s not far, about 5 minutes, but it’s still not pleasant. It is worth noting that this bus travels every 1 hour, or even every hour and a half. Well, the beach, by the way, also did not evoke the warmest feelings. 6. Billiards in the game room is paid - 40 liras for an hour and 25 liras for half an hour, as the granny who occupies the role of administrator there explained to us - this is marketing. 7. Since the beach left much to be desired, we spent a lot of time in the pool, as a result of which we brought back fungus from our vacation in the form of a disease.

I liked the “blue lagoon” cocktail because it’s the only thing you can drink there from the “all inclusive”

We've ridden around Turkey a lot and love it very much; we used to vacation with our eldest child, now with our youngest. This was our worst choice of hotel. All the pros outweigh the cons: 1. Swimming pool and adjacent bars. In a word - DIRT and lack of safety. A slap on one palm tree and a bag on another hung all 16 days of our vacation. For three days in a row, the adult pool was closed due to children's surprises. Prohibit children under 5 years old from swimming in the adult pool!!! they have paddling pools! Dishes, tables, floors were cleaned very poorly and not regularly. Plates under the sunbeds and overflowing trash cans were removed only in the evening. Dirty cushions on the sofas. After the foam party near the pool, no one washed the floors, everything was covered in slippery foam, it was dangerous to walk, one vacationer fell and was injured. 2. The hotel is overcrowded, the number of children per square meter. The meter is off scale in a very small area. Only those without children can afford to go to the +16 pool area, because... You can’t leave them alone at another pool and slides. 3. The area for games upstairs is unkempt and small; a foot area is not a playground, but a patch. 4. To the manager: stop saving on little things, buy seats for the amphitheater! When there is dew in the evening - everything is wet, you have to walk around with a pile of napkins and wipe your seat. Finally buy some good soccer balls. We waited 5 days for a soccer ball, no matter who we turned to. Bought it, burst after one game. Thanks to the animator who bought his own and sometimes allowed me to play it. 5. Children's animation is very weak, only supervision for children under 5 years old and mini-disco in the evening; for older children, of whom there are a lot, there is almost nothing, although there is a program for them in the mini-club, but nothing is carried out on it or is carried out in a “fuck off” manner 6.
