About the journey in order.
1). CHECK IN. We flew with Pegasus, the flight and transfer were on the level, we were fed to our heart's content on the plane and taken to the hotel, and the guide also took us to the reception and “surrendered” us. Check-in according to international standards is after 14.00, we arrived at 5 in the morning, they didn’t want to check us in, but for the given bottle of Martini and $15, we were in the room in 40 minutes. There was no particular resentment about this, there is a rule - after 14.00, we showed up 10 hours earlier, therefore, we just rented a room for almost a day, and then stayed in it. Now we already know that we need to select a flight closer to check-in.
2). NUMBER. (No. 3312) There were two of us, so we were given a standard room, no more than 20 square meters. One single bed, one double bed, bedside table, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, also known as minibar, built-in wardrobe, mirror, bathroom (toilet, bathtub, mirror, shelves and hairdryer). Everything is in fairly good condition, you should remember how many you paid for this trip. A flight from Samara for a week cost us 54 thousand including fees. Therefore, demanding a Jacuzzi and snow-white robes would not be very nice. A set of towels, 2 large ones, 3 small ones, were lying in the bathroom and were not changed, because every time I hung them on the balcony (which seems to be in every room) to dry, and then hung them again in the bathroom, and did not throw them on the floor, as we saw in one of the rooms. The floors were washed only once in a week, but it’s worth saying that we didn’t do much. The dust was wiped off every day, the bathroom and toilet were washed with cleaning products, the bed linen was changed every 3 days and the bedspread was beautifully laid every day. Everything seemed fine, the only annoying thing was that there were containers under the windows, which we didn’t even pay much attention to the first day, but we noticed their presence at night. These turned out to be containers for glass containers, and every night, at exactly 5.30, a garbage truck drove up and scooped it all up, the sound of breaking glass in a dream was a wonderful alarm clock! But despite this, we got used to it on the second day and just got up laughing and closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioning. By the way, it will only turn on when the balcony is closed, before that we had to figure it out for about an hour)) You will have light in your room only after you insert a special key fob into the socket, and therefore both the refrigerator and the air conditioner will start working. To keep the room cool and the drinks to cool in the refrigerator, we disconnected the key from the key fob and left it in the slot so that all the equipment would function. But we didn’t hand over the key to the reception, since they only accept them together with the key fob, so be careful not to lose it, otherwise there will be a fine, I can’t say how much. The minibar is replenished as it becomes empty. Upon arrival there were 2 colas and 2 forfeits of 0.25 each and two lorries with water without gas. We were rarely in the room, so we only drank one water and 2 cokes, but they replenished it for us right away, by the way it’s free. There is also a safe in the room, but for an additional fee, $2 or $3 per day, I honestly don’t remember, we didn’t use it, everything was in a closed suitcase and nothing was missing.
3). CONTENT. The hotel is designed for retirees and quiet families with children. There are a lot of Czechs, Germans and Scandinavians, there are Russians, there are enough of them, but most of them are foreigners. They are all mostly aged.
4). POOL. There are two of them in the hotel, one is shallow for children, 30 cm deep, next to it there is an elephant hill, the second is 140 cm, of sufficient size. The water is clean, every day after sunset they are earnestly asked not to climb into the water until 8 am, as it undergoes filtration, but there were a couple of people who didn’t care and they dived in the middle of the night. There are sun loungers around the pool, with nothing to do, I counted them, there are 67 of them, but! At 8.30 in the morning, when we went for breakfast, they were all occupied not with people, but with blankets and towels, and people did not appear until lunch, and sometimes a sun lounger I could stand for up to 5 hours with a blanket, and then they came, took it and left without even sitting down for a second! This was very infuriating, why do this? After all, if everyone who really wants to lie down, swim in the pool, in that Even with children, when going home or to the beach, they will pack their things and make a special place, then there will be enough sun loungers for everyone, you just have to change the place and that’s it. And of these 67 pieces at 11 am, there were 25 people in the pool and on the sunbeds, the remaining 40 were empty. No warnings from the administration, posted on every corner, that you cannot occupy sunbeds, otherwise the towels will be collected, and that you cannot occupy a place before 9 am in principle do not apply. At first we blamed our people for doing this, but then, having seen everything with our own eyes, we realized that it was mainly foreigners who were doing this, they were occupying sun loungers on all 3 sides, one in the sun, the other in the shade of an umbrella, and the third one is in the shade of the trees and they leave! On the second day we bought an inflatable mattress and swam on it in the pool, and then when we climbed out and there were no free places, we also sat on it at the side.
5). INFRASTRUCTURE. The hotel is small, there are no alleys for walking, no benches in the shade of palm trees, but we, for example, did not need this. We could use the territory of the nearby 5-ki Rezota, where there are two slides, a court and a basketball court, which we did not have. We calmly approached the reception of this hotel and asked for either a ball (free) or tennis equipment (free during the day, but a deposit of 10 dollars; at night, in addition to the deposit, lighting is paid). In our hotel, the free facilities include billiards, table tennis, a sauna and a hammam (Turkish bath). If you want not only a bath, but also a massage, then you will have to go to 5 and pay for these services, from 25 to 40 euros. There is a shop on site with things (shorts and swimsuits, mattresses and swimming gear, as well as souvenirs and beer and chips). I don’t recommend buying anything there, as you will pay at least 1.5 times more for it. The mattress cost us 15 euros, and outside the territory the same costs 10. To some this may seem like a small thing, but why just overpay? By the way, all these shops outside the territory are very close, literally a 10-minute walk, there are pharmacies and souvenirs, and things, and products. The prices are not bad, everything is the same as ours. There are 2 bars on site, one by the pool and the other in the lobby. Valid for up to 24 hours.
6). "ALL INCLUSIVE" CONCEPT. This hotel operates only on an all-inclusive basis. This includes:
- 7.00-10.00 - breakfast
- 10.00-10.30 - late breakfast
-10.00-12.00 and from 14.00-17.00 - cookies in the coffee shop
-11.00- 16.30- flatbread on the beach
-12.30-14.00 - lunch
-12.30-14.00- snacks on the beach
-12.30- 16.30- pizza on the beach
-10.00 - 17.00- beach bar
-19.00-21.00- dinner
-23.30-24.00- snacks in the coffee shop
7). NUTRITION. The food is quite varied, you will always find something to eat. For breakfast there are boiled and fried eggs, pancakes, omelettes, toast, fruits, cheeses, cereals, muesli, yoghurts. For lunch and dinner there is always meat, cereal, pasta, potatoes. Every evening a meat dish is prepared over an open fire. Everything is very tasty, lots of salads, vitamins in general! You can eat in the dining room itself, or by the pool, in the air. The beer is quite tasty, we didn’t try any alcohol, we took rum and whiskey from duty free.
8). ANIMATION. There is a schedule on a stand near the entrance to the hotel from the pool side. It included exercises by the pool at 10.30 in the morning, water aerobics at 11, then darts, a mini club for kids, volleyball on the beach 2 times a day, water polo at about 4 o’clock, then darts again, a children’s disco in the evening, more in the morning game with an animator for a free cocktail, you need to catch a tennis ball with a glass. We won, it’s not very tasty, it’s made with local alcohol, so its price is 7 euros. In the evening, either a performance in the theater, which is located behind the hotel, or live music. Once we went to a disco on the beach, from 10 to 12 o'clock. Very cool! There is nothing for young people to do there, no discos, no competitions. My husband and I are 21 and 26 years old, respectively, and we were a little bored, we went for a walk on the embankment, which is 6 km long, we are located almost at the very end, so the path to the right from the hotel exit is not very long, but on the left you can walk and walk.
9). STAFF. To call him a servant would simply be indecent. Very nice guys, mostly young guys, who will always pour you a drink with a smile and take away the dishes on time, both during meals and if you are by the pool. Moreover, this will happen not only if you are a girl, the behavior is the same with men. The area is clean, no complaints. At the reception they speak more or less Russian, and there are always representatives of various Russian travel agencies who will guide you.
10). BEACH. Walk from the hotel to the beach 6-7 minutes. Quite clean, people constantly go and collect plates and glasses. If only people weren’t acting up, throwing stubs and cigarette butts into the sand, it would be beautiful. The sea is clean, emerald green. A representative is constantly visiting water sports(and parachutes, and bananas, there’s plenty of everything). There are 2 bars, one has drinks and hot food from 12.30 to 14. And maybe chicken, and fish, potatoes and vegetables in both bars. Delicious flatbreads are baked right in the cafe, in front of you, very tasty with cheese and sugar, well, of course, everything is separate). There are 2 changing rooms, a shower, many sun loungers with mattresses, you will almost always find free ones.
In the end I would like to write that this hotel is designed for people who do not make noise about themselves enormous attention and they don’t humiliate the staff, there were a couple of such arrogant ones who kept shouting that we will now show THESE Turks, and they will jump and jump in front of me. Remember the price you paid and don't ask for more! Have a nice holiday!

Negative reviews

A number of negative aspects characterize the holiday in this resort hotel. Based on guest reviews, these include the following:

  • due to confusion with bookings, guests often have to spend the first days of their vacation in neighboring hotels;
  • in most cases, cleaning is done after lunch, which is very inconvenient for vacationers with children;
  • the most interesting children's entertainment is paid (apparently, it is designed so that parents will not be able to refuse their children);
  • despite the fact that the hotel has many Russian-speaking vacationers, children's animation is only in English;
  • You can’t do without mosquito repellent in your room;
  • there is an unpleasant smell of dampness in the bathroom;
  • poor quality of cleaning;
  • Restaurants often serve unripe fruit;
  • Hotel guides are too intrusive in reminding guests about the need to tip employees.

This hotel can be called a "solid four". The hotel does not amaze with luxury, but also does not have serious drawbacks. This is the case when the establishment fully corresponds to its status.

Hotel reviews

Tour operators Elena

Tour operator - Tez Tour. I saw Maxim once at the hotel and Alina never. Maxim promised a wonderful hammam, but we got a public bathhouse in Side, 40 minutes drive from the hotel, while the neighboring hotel has a wonderful hammam for the same 25 c.u. I came to a conclusion - no...

year 2012 Zoya.

We were with children last year, we really liked it, we decided to come here too. Our company is not small: 4 adults and 4 children from 4 to 9 years old. We rested (if you can call it a holiday) in a state of shock. The food was terrible, monotonous, cutlets (frozen) every day. O...

And in Turkey it rained in May.

Elena

We vacationed from May 10, which turned out to be too early for stable weather; it was worth postponing the vacation until the last week of May. Of the 8 days, 4 were cloudy with variable rain, but we went everywhere ourselves and took a 2-day excursion. We went to Side for the first time,...
Not bad (vacation with family and child 1.4).

Let's start from the very beginning and say right away that the hotel is decent. There are much worse things for the same money.

Exactly at 14:00 we were checked in. We ordered a baby cot for the room in advance, but upon check-in it wasn’t there and at the reception they were surprised that there was such an order. They said that everything would be done within an hour. And indeed, without any kicks or reminders, an hour later they brought the crib.

The room is not bad. In the room (3412, 4th floor) we had: 2 beds (2 and 1.5 beds + cot-playpen), bedside table, mirror and table with a drawer in it, on the balcony 2 chairs and a plastic table, minibar with juices and water free of charge. The furniture was quite decent, not broken, not dirty, and not new, but everything looked decent. When we checked in, we got the impression that the room was equipped for two, judging by the number of towels and blankets, but one request from the maid, in the very first minute, she brought us everything we asked for and even more. The big minus of this room is that the windows overlook the landfill and during the day, when it’s hot, the smell on the balcony is felt, but as a rule, during the day everyone’s balcony is closed and the air conditioning is turned on, and therefore the smell is not felt.

The hotel area is small. Two swimming pools (adult and children with one small slide) side by side. Reception on the 1st floor and rooms on the 1st-4th floor + separate bungalows near the dining room. The dining room itself and access to the pool are on the 0th floor (in the elevator this is the b-floor). Further on one side of the pool along the path along the dining room is a small children's playground and a stage for animations (we didn't immediately find this place, we thought that the hotel territory ended at the dining room). On the other side of the pool there is a bar and a path to the beach. There is also a lawn with sun loungers, a children's trampoline and a children's mini-club. The road to the beach is straight, paved, smooth - the walk is comfortable and, in principle, not far. It will be inconvenient only for those who have the habit of already walking to the beach and remembering that they forgot something in the room, or if they need something with a child. It turns out that this is not the first line, but, as it were, the second. The first line is at the neighboring Seher Resort&Spa 5* hotel.

By the way, all three areas of Seher hotels can be used, except for food and drinks.

We went to the water slides at Seher Resort&Spa 5*. They are located not far from the entrance/exit to the beach of this hotel. Open from 10 to 12, and from 14:30 to 16:00.

Goes along the sea beautiful embankment. Lots of plants and cats :). There are even separate houses for them. There are children's playgrounds and swings, as well as outdoor exercise equipment. There is a bridge, if you cross it, the water on the other side is cleaner and more waves. On the beach of our hotel the sea is also normal, but sometimes it is cloudy, because... This is where the river flows. There are a lot of people on the beach; locals also come to swim.
From the bridge you can see large turtles and many fish. Immediately near the bridge there is a road along the hotel wall towards the city. Walk along it almost to the end and there will be huge schools of fish and sometimes you can see turtles, both large and small, and even waterfowl rats. We went to feed them some bread. The turtles themselves do not eat bread, and it is forbidden to feed them sausage (there are signs with this prohibition), but they eat it.

The food at the hotel is quite decent, BUT you still need to check the food before you eat it yourself or give it to your child. My husband and I were poisoned by squid - we recovered in one day. The child (1 year 4 months) apparently got food poisoning from the soup she had for dinner. Judging by what I saw at the hotel, that black strong tea with bread was brought to the room, we were not alone. The child was not helped by the medicines that we took with us, we bought their Turkish tablets and they saved us. And the food is the same as in all hotels in Turkey. Breakfast from 7:00-10:00: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, cheeses and sausages, cereals and muesli, hot and cold milk. Tea and coffee (from the machine and from the kettle), pancakes. Lunch from 12:30-14:00: lamb, beef, chicken, turkey (in different versions), stewed and grilled vegetables, French fries and jacket potatoes a couple of times, fresh vegetables and herbs, and all sorts of mixed salads. Dinner from 19:00 to 21:00 is approximately the same as lunch. They baked flatbreads from 11:00 to 16:00, or instead of flatbreads they gave shawarma - assemble it yourself. Ice cream - from 14:30 to 16:00. In the hall near the dining room there were shortbread cookies on the tables and a coffee machine there. from 10:00 to 17:00 there was a bar on the beach; closer to lunch, a minimum set of food was brought there (fresh and salted vegetables, fish or meat, fries, pasta). At 23:30 there was still evening soup, but we never went.
There is a children's table: pasta, boiled corn and peas, boiled turkey, tomato sauce for pasta, small dumplings.
There is also a blender for grinding baby food and a microwave.

The animation itself was good, but the animators were weak. There is something to compare with; we were in the top five and the most average three. Or the guys were just tired at the end of the season. Or they don't really like their job. At 10:00 morning exercises. At 11:00 aqua aerobics. There was also darts at 3pm and sometimes around lunchtime. At 16:00 water polo. At 20:15 there is a children's disco on the stage behind the dining room or near the children's pool. And at 21:00 there is adult animation. The animation was both invited (local singers, musicians, dance groups) and the ideas of local animators. There was also Bingo Lotto a couple of times - a ticket - a dollar. Sometimes a costumed Jack Sparrow pirate with a parrot would walk around the area and offer to take a photo. It’s free to take photos, but then if you want these photos for yourself, buy them. In the evening, a van with cotton candy and popcorn was set up on the hotel grounds for money. There were also sellers of Leka cocktails (or something like that) walking around the hotel and the beach - 2 bucks.

If you leave through the central exit of the hotel, then go to the right and a little forward there will be shops - souvenirs, there are also some products and household chemicals, then jewelry, clothes and shoes, bags and so on. At first, their price tags were in euros everywhere, but by the end of our visit the numbers remained the same, and the euro sign changed to a dollar. Total: wine -8$, Turkish delight - from 1 to 5 bucks, a set of spices - from 3 to 8 bucks, oil from 2 to 8 bucks, hamam gloves and soap - 1 buck, there are also all sorts of ready-made sets for gifts for women. There is also an excursion agency there - Corrective - the seller speaks English, Russian is also not bad. There we bought a buggy jeep excursion - $55 for 2 people in 1 buggy. Further, at the gathering place before the excursion, everything is also very well organized. To begin with, they are divided into language groups and each group receives introductory instructions in its own language. During the trip itself, they monitor you to make sure you are not lost and that your transport is in good working order. I haven’t taken excursions from hotel guides for a long time. For comparison, a similar excursion with a guide costs $65 per person. And this street agency has all sorts of different excursions. If you cross the road, you can see the inscription PHARMACY in Russian. The girl there speaks Russian, but it’s better not to appear in such places on vacation :). And to the right and to the left along the street there are only all sorts of souvenir shops and bazaars and travel agencies.

A little about the hotel staff. Waiters, maids, reception workers - all very responsive and friendly people. Some speak pure Russian. Some only speak English.

The tour operator was Anex Tour. The hotel guide was kind and polite at first, but when we still didn’t buy an excursion from him, his politeness disappeared. No, he, of course, answered all our questions and so on, but in the meantime he managed to be covertly and intelligently rude and make it clear that “it would be better if you took a tour from me.”
