I liked everything very much, clean rooms, spacious bathroom, smiling Thais at the reception (and one gloomy Russian:()), delicious breakfasts, wonderful rock concerts several times a week. Far from the sea, but useful for exercise! immediately to the left of the entrance there is a modest restaurant with very tasty inexpensive seafood and not spicy magic tom yang. The massage at the hotel is wonderful (especially the masseuse named Ooo).

We took a family room with a balcony overlooking the garden, as we were vacationing as a family with our 2-year-old daughter. The room is spacious with a modern design. There was everything you needed, including a hairdryer and slippers. A crib can be provided for an additional fee. We were not always happy with the cleaning; the towels were not changed several times. The food is good, but there is little choice for small children. They spent time swimming in the pools, visiting the children's room, while the wife went for a Thai massage. It’s a bit far from the sea, about 15 minutes on foot, early in the morning you can get there by free tuk tuk or by bus from 10 am. I really liked Kata Beach. Beautiful blue sea with colorful fishes, shallow White sand, smooth sunset, mountains with lush greenery - it’s just a fairy tale! I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday with children!

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel, on Kata Beach, on the island of Phuket. Check-in was a little slow, but we got an excellent room, with access to the pool. I must say that the hotel is completely new and the decor is very beautiful. The room has comfortable beds, TV with Russian channels, and a safe. Cleaning is daily. In general, the staff is friendly and treats guests well.
The only inconvenience was the poor quality of the Internet. The rooms have paid wi-fi, but it is a bit expensive. Local 3G will be cheaper, but then stock up on a second phone.
The food is varied, but not for everyone, this is Thailand after all. Tastier and less expensive food in nearby cafes. There's a Russian restaurant nearby if you don't like spicy food. You can have a good rest at the hotel: there is a spa with Thai massage, and there are 4 swimming pools. Our room went straight to the pool, very convenient.
It's a 10 minute walk to the beach. We fell in love with him! There are no nightclubs or bars here, but everything is very well done for a relaxing holiday. There are a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas, but they are paid for. You will also have to pay for a shower and toilet, but here, since you don’t have to, you might get lucky. The nature here is gorgeous: the azure sea, surrounded by small mountains covered with greenery. The sand is fine and soft. One of the few entertainments on the beach is jet skis.
There is little entertainment near the hotel; they mainly offer shopping. So, in order not to get bored, think about what you will do here in advance. The hotel is good, it is quiet, there are no large crowds of people, although there are plenty of tourists. You can relax here for couples and families.

  • Pros: Attentive, friendly hotel staff. Large room. Extra beds are available upon request.Regular room cleaning. The restaurant always has a huge selection of fruits and vegetables. Luxurious beach. Good location of the hotel.Shops and cafes are nearby.

Minuses: Monotonous, meager breakfasts. Not tasty coffee and tea.Not on the beach free toilet and changing rooms.

A great place to relax on Kata Beach.
    FLIGHT
Three of us flew with a 9 year old child. Round trip with Rossiya Airlines on a Boeing 747-400. Everything is exactly on schedule. Very decent food. It's hot twice per flight. Free drinks: water, cola, orange juice. No travel kits (eye masks, slippers/socks, pillows). Online registration available in both Moscow and Phuket.

    HOTEL
    CHECK IN
The staff at the reception speaks good English. I did not see the Russian hotel representative upon arrival (however, I did not meet him even once during the entire stay). We arrived at approximately 14:30. Processed immediately and quickly. Deposit 100$. When leaving, they returned it in exactly the same bills that they took away (kept in your personal file). The suitcases were delivered to the room. The reception area is quite spacious, with many sofas. There is a free lemonade station, which was stocked daily with a variety of chilled teas made from local flowers. There are luggage scales. There is an ATM in the lobby, we did not use it.

On the eve of our arrival, I wrote to the hotel with a wish to move us into building No. 5. This is the farthest building, the newest and calmest. They told me that the hotel was full, but they would note my request and upon check-in they would try to resolve the issue if possible. Upon check-in, we were given a room in the fifth building No. 5511 without a reminder.

    INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. I attach a photo with a connection diagram. We didn’t use it, but people were always present in the lobby, glued to their phones. Upon arrival, representatives of the tour operator issued local SIM cards. The cards initially have a non-zero balance. You can talk with Russia for three minutes and, in addition, during the day of arrival, free Internet traffic in instant messengers.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we topped up our balance at 7-eleven by choosing the most capacious tariff: 550 baht for 15 days, which includes 8Gb of very fast internet and 50 baht for calls. In case of overuse of traffic, the Internet does not turn off, but the speed limit begins to apply. The Internet can be distributed to other devices without restrictions.

All establishments we visited had free Wi-Fi.

    NUMBER
The room is spacious and bright. The furniture, decoration, plumbing are fresh and in good condition.
In the room: individual air conditioning, free safe, kettle, refrigerator, telephone, TV with one Russian channel (Russia), two pairs of slates, two umbrellas, ashtray on the balcony (no smoking in the rooms), glass glasses, mugs, teaspoons.

The key to the lock is on the same sealed ring with the key to the air conditioner. Our ring was detachable. It was convenient to leave the child to sleep in a room with air conditioning early in the morning while we went to the sea before breakfast.

What we took with us from home was useful: a normal knife, a couple of spoons and forks, a cutting board, several plastic plates - it was nice to cut fruit and arrange it like a human being.

    ROOM SERVICE
Cleaning is daily, normal (without fanaticism, but also without complaints). Daily replacement of shampoos/gels, provision of 0.5 liters of water in glass bottles per person. Towels (shower and beach) are changed if they are placed on the floor. Bed linen is changed if a special green sign is placed on the bed (a request to change bed linen is written on it in different languages). Also supplemented with tea, coffee, sugar, dry wipes.

There are fines for damaged furniture and broken/stolen dishes. The child pushed it off the nightstand and broke a glass. A day later they brought a receipt to the room for payment of 100 baht. We went to the reception and paid in advance so that they wouldn’t deduct it from the deposit later.

    TERRITORY
The territory is elongated, limited at the edges by buildings. Very spacious, cozy, green, well-groomed. Everything is thought out. Several bars, plenty of swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds, toilets, showers in different places. There are many beautiful figurines and corners around the territory where you can make good photos(a diagram of the territory is in the photo).

There were no mosquitoes/sandflies. We took a fumigator - it was not useful. Perhaps I was just lucky.

Daily water sampling in swimming pools.

    VIEW FROM THE BALCONY
Balconies are located with views inside the hotel. There is no sea view anywhere, but some buildings offer beautiful view to the mountains, Big Buddha.

    FOOD
Main meals in the main (and only) restaurant. The area is large, open-air type, divided into several zones (furniture of different sizes and styles and different decorations). There is a completely open veranda. Breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30. If you stay late, no one will be impatient.

Food containers and fruits are replenished without delay. I was especially pleased that they did this until the very end of breakfast. Crockery and cutlery are of high quality, clean and in abundance. Tables are cleared slowly, but there is seating available at any time. If you need to set an empty table, it is better to do it yourself, without waiting for the staff; in two places in the hall there are plastic boxes with cutlery and napkins for tables.

The food is beyond praise and there is no point in describing it in detail. Of the hotels we visited in Phuket, this time was the best. Varied and for every taste - European and Asian dishes. Maybe a little too little meat, but it's general feature Taya and compensated by a large selection local dishes. Delicious soup, like Vietnamese Pho-Bo. Very tasty yogurt - we are all hooked on it. Fruits - pineapples, watermelons. Sometimes papaya and dragon fruit.

We have always had a problem feeding a child in Thailand. But this time he immediately ate up, to our relief (cereals, pancakes with honey, sausages, pasta, yogurt were a hit with him).

    ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS
    There is no centralized animation.

On the territory there is mini-football, a billiard table on the street under a canopy, a gym (I was pleased with the presence of minimal necessary set properly working exercise equipment, good air conditioning, towels), a children's mini-playground with a sandbox, kids club(there were always people there), two bars open and one in the lobby.

Every evening a cartoon and a movie (in English) were broadcast. The projector is aimed directly at the wall of one of the buildings in front of the restaurant. Spectators sit on stuffed bags on the grass. Cosy.

On Fridays there are theme nights on site: market + food. There are tables set up on the lawns where they sell souvenirs and prepare street food right there: kebabs, pad thai, grilled shrimp, etc. Cocktails are mixed right there. Street prices.

Tuesday evenings at the BBQ restaurant. Prices are normal restaurant prices, like in neighboring establishments.

There are a couple of shops at the hotel, we did not visit.

You can rent a bike at the hotel. At the hotel, rent per day costs 300 baht without additional deposit. If you rent for a few days, you can negotiate. The contract only includes health insurance. All costs associated with damage or theft of the bike are not included in the insurance. This is a common rule: a rental agreement in a hotel and on the street are the same template (the photo shows an agreement from a hotel).

    HOTEL STAFF AND GUESTS
The staff is friendly and professional. I haven’t met any Russian speakers. English is spoken acceptably only at the reception and those handing out stories. And in the restaurant, and with the cleaning ladies, and with everyone else, you will have to explain things on your own. But it's not a problem.

The hotel guests, in my opinion, were divided in the ratio of 50% Russians and 50% everyone else (Germans, Danes, South African sheep, Australians, etc.).

    AROUND THE HOTEL
The hotel is located very, very well.

    BEACHES
Kata Beach (10 minutes leisurely) in the area central entrance very clean and well maintained. Since it gets dark quite early (at 19:00 it is already dark), cleaning is done in the morning, after 7 o’clock. We did not use sun loungers and umbrellas, but, as I noticed, there were no problems with them.

The further to the right (if you look at the sea), the deserted and less well-groomed the beach (this does not mean that it is neglected, just less well-groomed).

The only toilet (10 baht) and shower (20 baht) are located at the entrance to the beach. If you need to rinse off with fresh water, you can pretend that you don’t know how to read and enter the hotel territory (7 elephants) from the beach along the stairs. There is a large container with fresh water and a ladle.

Kata Noi Beach is not crowded. Very picturesque and very undulating. Only those who are persistent will be able to make it on foot. 200 baht by tuk tuk. We rode a bike.

Karon Beach. This year we were bitten in the sea (by plankton). Moreover, it is very noticeable. This didn't happen last year. The distance and cost of travel is similar to Kata Noi. The only thing that can be noted is that a little before reaching Karon there is Dino Park. Our child has already grown up, but with small children we can drop by along the way.

The sea is clean and very warm everywhere. There is no point in writing about waves. This does not happen once in a while. This time Karon was quieter, and Katya was worried. Only Kata Noi, as always, excites consistently.

    RESTAURANTS
There are many of them around the hotel for every taste and budget.

Many people write about the County house (to the right of the hotel). We did not appreciate the quality of the food, the selection, or the price tag. I won’t say anything bad, I’m just not impressed and it’s not worth so many reviews. However, there were always people there at lunchtime and in the evening. Mostly Russians.

Most often we visited Coconut and Veranda (to the left of the hotel on the road closer to the beach). These establishments suited both us and the child. At Veranda, the child appreciated dumplings (fried or boiled for 100 baht), spaghetti (namely, simple spaghetti with cheese, not pasta flavored with something the child does not eat). At Coconut, the child got hooked on the pizza (255 baht). The pizza is big (but the child managed to eat it whole) and really tasty. You could order the pizza halves with different toppings. In both establishments, perch was 200 baht. Such prices could only be found among street cooks. Generally, prices in restaurants for perch are 300-400 baht.

There is no point in describing local food. We are big fans of Asian food. If you don’t like local food, it means losing half of what you came to Thailand for.

    THE SHOPS
Family mart and 7-eleven are located on both sides of the hotel. The closest one to the right (7-eleven). Family mart is a little more expensive, but there is no time limit for selling alcohol. At 7-eleven the limit is from 14:00 to 17:00. Strong drinks cost the same in all stores. Local whiskey 0.7 - 256 baht. Rum 0.7 - 302 baht.

    MICRO MARKETS
They are everywhere. Yellow mangoes depending on ripeness 40, 50, 60 baht. Greens 70. Passion fruit 80, 100. Mangosteens 50, 60, 70. At your request, they will clean, cut, and give you chopsticks.

    NIGHT MARKET
To the right of the hotel. Souvenirs and clothes are sold in the morning. And the food is prepared in the evening. A must visit. Everyone will get their own impressions.

    BIKE RENTAL
On the street for a day 200 baht. If for a longer period, you can bargain. They don't ask for documents. Deposit is $100. The contract is the same as in the hotel. Helmets included.

The most common bike is the Honda Click 125i (shown in the photo). Automatic transmission, very economical. Just in case, it is better to photograph it from all sides. You never know.

The condition of the bikes varies.

We took the right from the hotel, before reaching the first intersection. On the corner there is a desk with a large TATOO sign. The bikes there are fresher and gasoline is cheaper (30 baht a bottle). In general, along the coast prices for a bottle are 30, 40, 50 baht.

    REST
We were lucky with the weather. It rained only twice in two weeks (from April 20 to May 5).

This is the second year we have booked excursions via the Internet at the same office. You can go with your own tour operator or with a hotel one, but it will be much more expensive. They will also transport you in a crowd of 40 people. The Thais have everything in order with the laws, you can safely buy on the street and not worry.

Tour operator Biblio-Globus. As always, the meeting, transfer and preparations were organized perfectly. Otherwise, we didn’t meet each other again during the entire vacation.

    CONCLUSION
The hotel is wonderful in every way. The best three-ruble in Phuket that we visited. The holiday was a success, and there was not a single moment that we would note as negative.

Thailand is by far the most popular among domestic holidaymakers asian resort. Tourist infrastructure, including on about. Phuket is simply superbly developed in this country. You can rent inexpensive, comfortable housing in Thailand without any problems. For example, some Russian operators work with a very good hotel Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3*. Reviews from vacationers large complex deserved some good ones.

    Location Features

This hotel is located in the resort area of Kata, about 300 meters from the beach of the same name. The hotel is surrounded on all sides by picturesque hills.

The distance to Phuket Airport from the hotel is approximately 46 km. It will therefore take about 55 minutes to get there by tour operator bus. Quite close to the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* complex is also popular among tourists resort area Patong. Hotel guests can get to it in just 15 minutes.

    General information about the hotel

The Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* hotel (photos of it are presented on the page) was built in 2001. However, the furniture in its rooms and household appliances installed, judging by the reviews of tourists, are not at all old. The last reconstruction here was carried out not so long ago - in 2015. In addition, some buildings were added to the hotel only in 2013 (D, E).

Unlike many other three-star hotels in Thailand, Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* (Phuket) also has its own territory. The hotel courtyard looks, according to many vacationers, very attractive. The hotel staff cleans the area quite often. At the same time, quite a lot of tropical greenery is planted here. Palm trees grow on the hotel grounds, lawns are laid out, and flower beds are planted.

The reception at this hotel, like many others in Phuket, is open 24 hours a day. Upon check-in, tourists are charged a deposit of 3,000 baht. After leaving the room, this money is returned to the guests in full (if no violations are revealed when checking the room).

Unfortunately, you cannot stay with pets in this hotel, even by prior agreement with the administration. Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony. For some tourists, this hotel feature is a plus. Others complain that smoke from the balconies gets into their rooms.

Another feature of the hotel is that the administration here obligatorily congratulates all birthday people and newlyweds. The first to bring the cake, the second to decorate the bed in a special way. Tourists consider the 5th building to be the quietest building in the hotel. From the territory of the 7th building there is a view of one of the most popular attractions of Phuket - the Big Buddha.

    Rooms

In total, the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* (Phuket) hotel offers 330 rooms of different price categories. Most of the hotel rooms have an area of 44 m2. The hotel also has rooms of 52 and 88 m2. Some rooms have direct access to the garden or even directly to the pool from the terrace. The family apartments have two-story cots.

For the convenience of guests, all rooms provide:

    • safe and air conditioning;
    • kettle;
    • mini bar.

The TV in this hotel is satellite. Upon request, a baby cot can be delivered to your room, among other things. One child under 11 years of age with a parent can stay at the hotel for free.

Of course, the rooms of this hotel also have balconies. Here tourists can dry their beach supplies. Of course, this hotel also has Wi-Fi. Access to the network in a hotel costs 50 TNV per day (for 2017). If necessary, you can order a folding bed for your room for an additional fee.

Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* (Phuket): reviews from tourists about rooms rented in the hotel

Its residents have a very good opinion about the rooms of the complex. Especially good feedback The hotel rooms have been praised by guests for their cleanliness and fairly large area. Maids clean hotel rooms frequently and thoroughly. The bed linen here is always clean and ironed.

The floors in the hotel rooms are tiled. Maids periodically wipe it with a damp cloth. Therefore, hotel guests do not have to breathe dust. Unfortunately, the maids in this complex are not very willing to change towels. As many tourists say, in order to bring new ones, the old ones need to be thrown on the floor.

Many tourists consider that some of the disadvantages of the hotel are that guests are not provided with bathrobes and slippers. But residents are offered two bottles absolutely free every day mineral water. All household appliances, including air conditioners, in the hotel, judging by the reviews, work quite well.

The showers in this complex, according to tourists, are also quite comfortable. In addition to a set of toiletries (including soap and shampoo), guests can also use a hairdryer here. For Thailand, the presence of this accessory is quite an important condition. The climate in this resort is very humid. That’s why hair takes a long time to dry after a shower.

Among the advantages of hotel rooms, many guests, among other things, include the presence of one Russian-language TV channel. In the evenings, residents have the opportunity to watch some interesting program.

    Infrastructure

Since the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* hotel, the reviews of which are actually mostly positive, belongs to the three-star category, many amenities are also provided for its guests on its territory. For example, residents of the complex can visit a billiard room or library. This hotel also has its own spa. Here guests are offered wide choose health and beauty treatments. Of course, you can also visit a Thai massage in the complex’s SPA center.

Many Russian tourists For ease of movement around the island, rent a car in Phuket. Guests of the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* hotel can do this right on its territory. Also, the staff of this hotel is always ready to help residents with booking plane tickets. In addition, you can book a transfer to the airport directly at the hotel.

Of course, this three-star hotel also has its own laundry service. For a fee, residents can wash soiled clothes using modern machines. Guests who rented rooms on the upper floors do not need to climb the stairs to their rooms. The hotel, among other things, also has elevators.

In order to purchase souvenirs reminiscent of a trip to Thailand, hotel residents do not have to go to the market. In the complex, among other things, there is also a shop selling all sorts of beautiful trinkets.

Reviews from tourists about the hotel infrastructure

Vacationers have a very good opinion about the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* complex (Thailand, Phuket). The level of service here, according to many tourists, even corresponds to European ones. Guests at the hotel are treated kindly. Many vacationers dream of returning to this hotel again. In hotel ratings, this complex usually scores 4-5 points out of a possible five.

Previously, according to the stories of its former guests, mainly only Russians and Chinese vacationed in this hotel. Now the hotel is home to many tourists and other nationalities. Therefore, recently the complex has become less noisy, because there are now fewer Asian vacationers there.

This hotel has several pools. And they are all, of course, very comfortable for swimming. This fact is noted by many former hotel guests. There are a lot of sun loungers by the pools. There are usually enough of them for all residents. The only thing is that it is advisable to take the sunbeds located in the shade in the morning.

Unfortunately, only one girl at the reception speaks Russian. But all hotel administrators understand English. Therefore, vacationers can solve any problems related to staying at a hotel quickly enough. There are only not very good reviews from tourists about hotel guides Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3*. These hotel employees sometimes do not perform their duties particularly willingly. In addition, from time to time the guides also behave a little annoyingly.

Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* (Phuket): negative reviews

In general, vacationers have a positive opinion about this hotel. Many tourists believe that it is just perfect for both family vacation, either individually or with friends. But, of course, this hotel also has some disadvantages. Mostly negative reviews from tourists concern building D of the hotel. The windows of the rooms here open onto the garden. Residents, of course, can admire quite attractive views. However, the garden trees near the building are planted too densely, so the rooms here can be quite dark. Many tourists believe that this somewhat spoils the feeling of vacation.

Also building D does not have sun loungers for the pool. Therefore, residents have to look for them literally throughout the entire territory. In the mornings, tourists who rent rooms in building D may also be disturbed by the singing of birds from the garden. They start their “concert” at 5 o’clock. Their voices are very clear. On top of that, the cleaners in this building also often carry rattling carts along the corridor.

Some tourists consider the fact that a large number of children live in the hotel to be a drawback of the hotel. The little guests, of course, do not behave too quietly.

Among the disadvantages of this hotel, tourists also include the fact that they can present guests with a bar bill upon check-out. Moreover, this sometimes happens even in cases where the residents did not use it. Therefore, experienced vacationers advise newcomers to specifically hand over the contents of the bar to the checking employee upon departure. This will help protect against misunderstandings.

    Services for children

Many tourists come to the Kata Sea Breeze Resort 3* hotel (Phuket), as already mentioned, with entire families. This hotel also offers many facilities for children. For example, parents can take their child to a mini-club. The hotel also has a children's room and playground. Of course, this hotel also has a paddling pool where little guests can splash around. The complex's restaurant provides special chairs for children. If parents want to have fun in the evening, they can leave their child with an experienced nanny. This service at the hotel is not particularly expensive - about 300 baht per hour. After 22:00, guests who decide to hire a nanny will be charged an additional 500 baht one-time.

Popular hotel combining good location, comfortable rooms, quality of services - for all categories of tourists

It was our first time in Thailand. I liked the hotel, to be honest, I didn’t even expect this from a 3+ category. The hotel area is quite spacious, very green and well-groomed. There are 4-5 swimming pools on the hotel premises, I don’t know the exact number, because... We did not swim in them; there are umbrellas and sun loungers for relaxation. There is a jacuzzi and a children's pool. For children: playroom, sandbox, swimming pool, my son liked to study in gym . The hotel provides beach towels; you can change them every day. There are also several bars where you can have a snack: drinks, fruits, burgers, pasta. The hotel has 5 buildings, we lived in the 4th building. The room is large and spacious, there is a minibar (for a fee), a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle plus tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar for free). In the bathroom there are 2 0.5 liter glass bottles with clean drinking water, which are changed every day. There is no need to throw away bottles after drinking water from them. There is a hairdryer, TV, large double bed, air conditioning. The closet has hangers, umbrellas, slates and a safe is also located there. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton pads, shower cap are provided every day. The rooms were cleaned to 5+ standards. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to leave a deposit of $100. When you leave the hotel, they will be returned to you, provided that you do not use their minibar and do not break or lose anything))). If you suddenly leave a towel somewhere, then they have gold ones, a fine of $100. But it’s very good that our travel agent Dmitry Kukin, from whom we bought the tour, warned us in advance about all the little things. This was our first time contacting him, but we were very pleased with the service. You can find him very simply by first and last name in the search for friends on the social network VKontakte. It took about twenty minutes to choose a hotel. He gave a lot of recommendations due to which we saved a lot. The food is good, everything is fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the taste of tea and coffee. For breakfast you can choose eggs (hard-boiled, fried 2 types, omelette with ham, onions and tomatoes). Yogurt 2 types, cereal 4 types, nuts, seeds, banana chips. Plain rice with vegetables, potatoes, baked vegetables. Noodles with vegetables, soups. Chicken sausages, ham, bacon, cheese. Fruits: bananas, watermelon, pineapple, papaya. Toast bread, loaf, gray bread with raisins and seeds. Baked goods included pancakes, croissants, small buns with raisins or cream. Butter, jam, honey. I would like to immediately draw your attention to the fact that if you arrive early in the morning, breakfast is not included on that day. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, and not always with good speed; we bought internet for 89 baht for a week. It's a 7-10 minute walk to Kata Beach, from the hotel to the left and to the large intersection with elephants and to the right. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Karon Beach, from the hotel to the right and straight ahead. It's a 25-minute walk to Kata Noi beach, but the road is not convenient, it's better to take a taxi. This is the cleanest and least crowded beach, the entry into the sea is more gentle. Near the hotel there are several exchange offices, cafes, and shops. I did the massage 3 times in different places, including in the hotel itself, I didn’t like it, it was pure stroking. I can definitely recommend the hotel, you won’t regret it, we were all happy with our stay and service.

We are two adults and a child 2.8 years old, delighted!!! We liked everything. When we checked in, someone gave us $100, but we gave us 3,000 rubles. When we checked out, we were given all our money back. Everything in the room worked! refrigerator, safe, faucet, light. There will be drinks in the refrigerator (Beer, water, juices, something sweet) and they are paid. The price is 3 times more expensive than in the store... There will be 2 glass bottles of water in the room and this is the only thing you can drink for free, but don’t throw away the bottles (otherwise you will pay 10 times more) they will take them away and exchange them for full ones with water. The breakfasts are good and there is always enough for everyone. Mango fruits, pineapples, watermelon, bananas, rice porridges, various boiled pasta and pasta with seafood, 2 types of soups, croutons, toasters, butter, 3 types of sauces, salads, red, white, lettuce cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, yogurts , maybe I forgot... In general, there are no problems with food, but these are only breakfasts. They cleaned the room every day and even without a tip. Towels and bed linen were changed. The hotel itself is not new but it is being looked after. The pools were cleaned every day. I advise you to take it with you on vacation to protect yourself from mosquitoes; in the evening there are a lot of them near the pools. We went on excursions and really enjoyed them
    1. Elephant ride Phuket
    2. Excursion "James Bond Island" Phuket
    3. Excursion to Khao Lak 1 day from Phuket
    4. Siam Niramit Phuket Show
    5. Lookout there is a show with crocodiles, temples (I don’t remember the names)
    6. Big Buda (we rode a tuktuk ourselves for only 800 baht round trip.)
We took excursions from the guide Yulia, she is a very unpleasant woman, she wanted to deceive us, she took money from the child for the excursion, and in general she returned it. Be careful!
The first time we ate in restaurants, we didn’t like the food in the shops. There are a lot of shops and restaurants outside the territory, I would recommend eating at the Sunflower restaurant, it’s about 300 meters from the hotel to the left, it has a Russian menu and it’s very tasty and the prices are reasonable. During 15 days it rained only 2 times. The exchange rate is baht 1 - 2 rubles. I can say that it was not a cheap trip; we spent $1 thousand. and + Russian rubles. We went by tuktuk for 400-500 baht. We went to Karon, Kata Noi, Patong,
I really enjoyed my vacation! It won’t be enough for me to write everything and describe everything in a day. I took laundry detergent with me and it came in very handy!!

Although we had vacationed in Thailand before, this was our first time in such an excellent hotel. The hotel is listed as 3, 4, depending on the tour operator and websites, but in my opinion it’s a solid 4. We arrived in the morning around 9, and got to the hotel in an hour. Check-in in most cases is at 14, but our room was free, and we received the key to it as soon as we filled out all the paperwork. Deposit is $100, but it can also be in baht. I’ll get ahead of myself and say that there were no problems with the return of the deposit upon eviction. We booked an aqua pura room with direct access to the pool; we often choose this type of room. They are in buildings B and E. Building E was built later, and we were placed in it. Although the building is located farthest from the lobby, it is quieter and our pool seemed cleaner to us. The room is spacious enough for three people, there was enough space for things to be placed. Sometimes there is a possibility that there will be dampness in such rooms, but in this hotel it was not felt. An excellent bathroom with a shower and a bathtub itself, making it convenient to bathe a child. By the way, there is no need to bring shampoos and other things with you, the rooms have everything, at least ours always had it. There are flip flops and umbrellas in the closet, a free safe, and free internet only in the lobby, but the speed is good. They bring two bottles of water and a coffee and tea set every day, beach towels need to be thrown on the floor in the room, then they will be replaced with clean ones. The room is cleaned daily, without much zeal, but moist. The territory is generally super, it is not often that you come across a hotel of this category with such a large and beautiful territory. Several swimming pools for adults and children, even including a jacuzzi. When our travel agent offered us this hotel, we agreed immediately. Thanks to him for such a good choice and for the speed, because the hotel itself was booked almost before departure. And the main thing is that the service is excellent, in addition to the fact that the price turned out to be low, taking into account the latest incidents, lower even than the cost of the tour operator, and even you could contact him with any question during your vacation, when contacting and asking something from a tour operator is always a challenge difficulties. You can find him very simply by name in the search for friends in social network VKontakte, this is not the first time we have used his services, and we recommend him to friends. If we talk about hotel service, it is also excellent. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the beach from 10.30 to 14.00, we went only a couple of times, we mostly walked, it was nice to take a walk. Walk for a maximum of 15 minutes slowly with your child. This is before Kata. You can walk or drive to Katana, I highly recommend it. The beach is gorgeous, not big, the sand is white, and there are almost no people. Sam Kata for children's recreation that's it. The entrance to the water is gentle, perfect for a child to swim. The hotel also has entertainment for children. A good children's club, and even movies with cartoons open air in the evenings it was not boring. I advise you to take only breakfast at the hotel, because all establishments open around 11, you can’t eat earlier, but it’s more expensive to have dinner and lunch in the hotel itself, it’s better to go to a cafe. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice of dishes is good and everything is always fresh, it’s not difficult to have breakfast with a child. Fruits, yoghurts and pastries are simply superb, the rest is standard and even delicious. I can safely recommend the hotel for any holiday, the location and location of the hotel is excellent, we were very pleased.

And we haven't seen anything better in this price category. We will definitely come back here next year. That's why I decided to write this review and support the hotel. We always vacationed either on Kata or Karon, of course we visited other beaches, but we consider these two the best. Well, there’s no point in writing more about the beach, it’s full of information) As usual, we took breakfast, I don’t see any point in taking a different type of food in hotels on these beaches, everything is in walking distance. The choice of various cafes and restaurants is very large. Some are more expensive, some are cheaper, but the prices are not very different. Again, depending on what you eat and of course the price will also differ greatly between a restaurant and a cafe. Sometimes we buy food from makashniks and there have never been any consequences. Yes, we have never heard of such a thing. The food at the hotel is adapted for Europeans, with less spicy dishes than in some cafes on the street. Enough big variety Yes, and the food options change, although not much. This is certainly not breakfast at the Turkish Four, but still not bad. Another plus is that there are two swimming pools and a lot of greenery on the territory. One of the pools even has a jacuzzi. And the pools are clean, you can’t hear the chlorine, maybe some other cleaning agent is used. The hotel even has a small gym, everything is in working order but far from new. In the evenings, a movie is shown on a projector for guests; in general, excellent conditions for the money. For the first time, we bought a tour from a travel agent and not from the operator directly and it turned out cheaper. Another distinctive advantage of this hotel is that you can rent a bike right at the hotel and parking is free. And right next to the hotel there are tuk tuks. The only drawback is a deposit of one hundred dollars is taken upon arrival, every penny is returned or can be spent at the hotel. Well, another plus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and even so, some employees understand our language. In general, I highly recommend it and rate it 5 points!

We read reviews of other hotels in the same price range and this one was the best. Main advantages. There is a nice well-kept area, there are four swimming pools, one where there are mostly families with children, there is noise all day long, and there are two more quiet ones and one is very small. So with children and couples, everyone will be comfortable in their own corner) Immediately when we were resting, the lack of staff was a little celebrated. For example, drinks at the pool from the bar took about five minutes. Although there were no delays at the restaurant. Internet is only available in the lobby on site and in the rooms, but it is free in the lobby. It’s nice that in the evenings they play cartoons for children and films for adults. You get some variety in your vacation. It is also not prohibited to swim in the pool even at night. The area is very clean, all the greenery is well maintained. And the location of the entire hotel infrastructure is quite thoughtful. In addition, the hotel is well located. If you walk to the sea, it will take about ten minutes. If you don’t want to take a walk, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach. They start driving after nine in the morning. On the road to the sea there are plenty of places to eat, buy fruit, etc. We liked two cafes - Veranda and I still don’t remember the name in the nook. At the hotel we had breakfast included, but the choice was quite modest and nothing much changed during the week. In general, we don’t normally do such breakfasts at home) But for a hotel we expected more choice. But when buying a tour at the price, they came out for free. Because for some reason, if you take it without them it would be more expensive. We also thank all the hotel staff. Very nice people. The cleaning is good, they always give advice and help, and no one is chasing tips. We had a very good rest, swam and went on several excursions. We had a wonderful vacation!
