Cool! 10

Perhaps summer is the most favorite time of the year for schoolchildren, because it’s time for the holidays. We study for nine months to enjoy the summer beautiful weather and rest from classes. This summer has become special for me.

In June I went to my grandmother’s dacha. My grandmother is at the dacha almost all year round. It’s easy to get there even in winter, and she doesn’t miss this chance. Probably, like most grandmothers, she loves to plant a variety of plants and grow flowers. I went to see my grandmother with my brother, so I wasn’t bored. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and not rainy at all throughout June. In the morning we rode our bikes to the grocery store. Granny delighted us with various delicious breakfasts: she would bake pancakes or pancakes, then buns or croissants with ham and cheese, sometimes just scrambled eggs, but incredibly tasty, with tomatoes and fresh herbs. In general, in one month at the dacha, my brother and I gained two kilograms each. During the day we went to the river to sunbathe and swim, and in the evening we sat down with grandma to watch the news and some movie on TV. I loved sitting on the porch with my brother at sunset with a cup of strawberry tea and talking. These moments of unity with family and nature mean a lot to me.

In July, our parents decided to surprise us and told us that we were going on a trip to Italy! We couldn't believe our ears! The vacation was planned for two weeks; mom and dad rented a house on the seashore. We went on many excursions and swam in the sea. To be honest, everything that the guide said was difficult for my brother and me to understand, so our parents simply briefly explained to us what was in front of us and why it was a landmark. We were told about the Arch of Constantine, the Borghese Gallery, museum complex Vatican and many others historical places. We took a lot of photographs, and when we arrived home, my mother arranged them in a separate beautiful album. Before leaving home, the whole family wandered around the shops looking for gifts for family and friends. This trip was very memorable for me, because it was my first vacation abroad!

I spent the whole of August in the city. Since most of my friends and classmates, even if they went somewhere on vacation, returned home in August, so we spent time together. Many films premiered this summer, so I managed to go to the cinema four times in a month. Every weekend the park held all sorts of events for children and adults, my parents and I enjoyed it. There are many interactive platforms and various master classes are held for both adults and children. My friend Dima and I also went to an amusement park on August 12th. I will never forget this day! It was very fun and scary at the same time. At the end of August I was preparing for school: I bought textbooks, clothes and school supplies.

This summer has been very busy for me. I hardly sat at home and barely found time for the works that we were assigned to read over the holidays. I am grateful to my parents and friends, because without them my holidays would not have been so wonderful.

Finally, the difficult school year has ended, and the long-awaited summer holidays. The hot, long summer days have arrived. We spent time in the courtyards until late in the evening. We played football with the guys from neighboring yards, I was a goalkeeper, and I was very good at it.

My parents and I went on picnics to the shore in an extraordinary way beautiful lake. It was a very pleasant time there. They swam in clear water, fried meat and vegetables, and played badminton. This summer I learned to swim. I decided to sign up for the pool.

My father and I went fishing early in the morning. I really enjoyed spending time near the river. The beauty and silence of nature is mesmerizing. We cooked delicious fish soup from the caught fish.

For a month I went to Kid `s camp to the shore of the Black Sea. There I met many boys and girls, we exchanged addresses and phone numbers, we will keep in touch and be friends.
In the morning, after breakfast, we went to the beach, sunbathed, swam in the water and collected beautiful shells on the shore. I brought them home and arranged them beautifully on a shelf as a memory of the camp.

After lunch I went to clubs. We burned various drawings onto the board. Wonderful crafts were made from cardboard and paper. They painted with paints on glass. They made toys and clay plates. I brought these crafts as souvenirs to my family and friends. They were very pleased.
In the evening we spent time around the fire, sang, danced, and played a variety of exciting games. It was a pity to part with new friends.

At the end of summer I had a birthday, my parents gave me and my friends a wonderful holiday. In the cafe on the summer terrace, tables were set for us with very tasty dishes. Everything was decorated balloons, various interesting competitions were held. It was a lot of fun.
It was a good holiday, I'm looking forward to the next one.

My summer holidays this year turned out to be interesting and memorable. Every day was filled with events. Which one should I start with?

At the beginning of summer, my classmates and I went to a summer labor camp. I had to work a lot: weed the field from weeds, plant seedlings, remove dead wood from the forest. But the main thing for me was time free from work. We played a lot of sports games, competed in various sports, and held various competitions. I liked coming up with and organizing competitive programs - I was good at it, and the guys began to ask me to do it. The evenings usually ended with discos, which everyone also liked. We became friends with each other, got to know each other better than at school.

When I returned home after the camp, my parents began their vacation, and we went on vacation to Crimea, to Feodosia. Rocky beaches, wonderfully gentle sea, numerous excursions - I really liked all this. Mom and Dad allowed me to scuba dive. And I got the opportunity to study life on the seabed. We also visited a water park, rode a catamaran, took boat trips, and rode horses. A holiday at sea brought an unforgettable experience!

Upon returning from Crimea, I went to visit my grandparents. This is not the first time I come to them in the summer, and I have many friends in the village. We swam and fished all day long and gathered in large, cheerful groups in the evenings. Now that everyone has gone home, friends call, write messages and arrange new meetings.

Summer holidays, although the longest in duration, fly by surprisingly quickly. Now the school year has just begun, but I’m already looking forward to new holidays, new experiences, new friends, travel, classes.

The last bell of this school year rang. The grades were posted in the diaries, and summer greeted me with the onset of the holidays. I spent the first month of summer in the city with friends. We played in the yard from morning to evening, and only in bad weather did we gather at someone’s house to play on the computer or any other games available at home.

Then I went on vacation to a children's camp. I very quickly made friends with the guys from my squad. We also quickly became friends with the counselors; they came up with different tasks and entertainment for us. Every day in the camp there was interesting events: war game "Zarnitsa", manager's day, Neptune's day, as well as many, many concerts and competitions. I arrived from the camp feeling rested and even slightly fatter.

After resting in the camp, I went to the village to visit my grandmother, where my cousin was already waiting for me. How long have I dreamed of this meeting! My brother and I best friends, but since we live in different cities, then we can see each other only during the holidays.

Of all the summer activities, I liked staying with my grandmother the most. Every day we came up with new games and entertainment. We played baseball according to our own rules, using homemade bats and a tennis ball, built huts, played war, in the forest, and even managed to make a real raft that could float on the local lake, calmly supporting the weight of me and my brother.

After all the summer adventures, it was nice to be home again. A few days were just enough to transition to a quiet city life. And then the first of September crept up unnoticed, as always, and here I am again at school.

Summer holidays always bring pleasant experiences. Lessons, school bells and breaks are left behind, and ahead is the expectation of something good.

My sister and I take care of our vegetables. Dill, parsley, sorrel and radishes grow in our green bed. We are happy to water and weed our green bed. And it’s very pleasant to hear the following words from my mother at dinner: “What an amazingly delicious salad your vegetables turned out to be!” How smart you are, my girls!”

In the summer there is enough time: you can go for a walk with your girlfriends, go on a visit, and play different games. But most of all I was looking forward to a trip to the sea with my parents. I finally learned to swim this summer and I'm very happy about it.

I really like the sea. It is so deep and wide, and so mysterious that sometimes it even frightens with its unpredictability. The sea can be both close and distant, warm and cool. How nice it is to plunge into fresh, cool water on a hot summer day! And swim, dive, splash!

Upon arriving home, I laid out sea shells on the table and, putting them to my ear, I could hear the sound of the surf. You can even feel the power of the sea wave that flies and, hitting the stone, throws a lot of bright salty splashes into my face.

The summer flew by quickly, but that’s not bad, because I saw my classmates and shared my summer impressions with all my friends and girlfriends.

I think that next summer I will say with complete confidence: “Hello! Come and we will relax and have fun together! After all, we deserve it!”

Summer is a fabulous time when not only plants, but also people bloom. In June I played a lot in the fresh air, it was warm and fun. I tried roller skating and riding a two-wheeler. I also learned a new dance and learned to play the Crocodile game, where you have to guess the words. I also served breakfast to my parents and helped them get ready for work. In July we went to my grandmother, I stayed there for a long time. Granny lives in the village. Her neighbors have a lot of funny animals. I made friends with cows and goats, but the rooster and geese scared me. They ran after us and gave us no rest. It was especially fun to tease the rooster and run away from him, but grandma interrupted such games in time. She says that the rooster is also offended by such jokes. Towards mid-August, I returned home and began preparing for classes. I repeated numbers and letters, learned to get up early.

(274 words) Summer is the most beautiful and exciting time! So many plans and hopes, so many emotions! And this time I was also lucky with the summer: my parents gave me a ticket to a camp at the sea. There were many adventures, beautiful places and warm clear water.

At first I was very nervous and didn’t know what was waiting for me there. But then I looked at photographs of southern cities and was inspired beautiful views. Expectations coincided with reality: my camp was in picturesque place, the room was clean and bright, and the people were friendly and helpful. The counselors were kind and funny, and the roommates quickly became friends. We spent whole days under the hot southern sun. We were taken on a boat ride, taken to a dolphinarium and to the beach. We swam and sunbathed, collected shells and built sand castles. There were many master classes and clubs at the camp itself. We were artists, needlewomen, and athletes. It was very exciting and useful, I learned a lot. The counselors taught us singing and dancing, and at the end of the shift we organized a big concert together. I was very happy because my parents saw me on stage. They were very proud of me and gave me moral support. When I returned home, they and I continued to spend time in the place: we walked in beautiful places, took pictures, rode a boat, went to visit grandma and visit friends.

Of course, in the summer we talked a lot with our friends: we did funny hairstyles for each other, went rollerblading, ate ice cream in the parks and walked with our new dog. She was given to my best friend, and we trained the dog together. She became part of our company. Now I will also ask for an animal as a gift, but I like cats better. I am sure that after a successful quarter, parents will think about my proposal.

(292 words) The summer turned out to be warm, but very short. I didn't have enough time to rest, because I had grandiose plans for the holidays, and I would be glad to give myself at least a month in addition to the three. But September 1 is just around the corner, it’s time to take stock, and this is what I managed to do.

My dad and I celebrated the onset of summer by going karting. I learned to drive a car within the confines of a go-kart and I wanted even more to have my own. This is still a long way off, but now I began to visit my father in the garage more often and understand the structure of the car. I decided to understand how it works from the inside, and my father helped me a lot with this. I brought him tools, helped him paint over scuffs, and began to navigate the garage as well as the car. This knowledge was useful to me in repairing bicycles. I helped a lot of guys get them back to normal after the winter. But days passed by days, and it was time to break away from the garage and get down to business at the dacha. I tied up raspberry and tomato bushes, carried water to water the garden and fed the animals. Grandma has goats, chickens and even turkeys. She also went to look at rabbits for breeding, and I also participated in the selection. In the evenings, the neighbor children and I climbed trees and made bows and arrows. We also played ball. After returning from my grandmother’s, I started sitting at the computer more. There I played computer games and watched videos about cars. This is how I rested after my dacha activities. When my father arrived, I told him what I had learned. He also plays video games sometimes, so he lets me play a little too.

But most of all I liked driving with him in the car and attending barbecues with a group of people who could tell a lot about technology. I've learned a lot and now I'm getting ready to take part in a big mushroom picking and fishing trip.

How I spent my summer: essay for junior grades

Summer is my favorite time of year, because it’s warm outside, you can walk all day, and most importantly, because it’s the holidays!

Every day in summer is long and fun. Even if you sleep long in the morning, you still have time to do a lot of interesting things: play with friends, and if there is a river or forest nearby, then also swim or wander in search of berries, interesting branches or leaves, flowers. Then you can collect a herbarium, as we were assigned for the summer at school. And I always listen to birds singing in the forest, they are so different! And I have already learned to identify some of them on Twitter.

In the rain, when you don’t want to leave the house, you can watch TV, play on the computer, or read. You can also help your mom and clean up your room, she always asks me for this. I love summer very much and I want it, as the song says, to never end.

rare classes

I really love my school, teachers and classmates, but I still look forward to the summer holidays every year.

This summer, during the first days of the holidays, I just relaxed. We spent the whole day walking with our friends, going to the cinema, and then discussed the film for a long time, comparing our impressions. We went to the city beach several times, where we swam and sunbathed, which is very beneficial for the body. In the evenings I read the books we were assigned for the summer, drew and knitted. By the way, over the summer I managed to knit myself a beautiful long scarf for the winter, and the same one, only in a different color, for my little sister.

Later, my sister and I went to the village where my grandparents live. It was also a lot of fun here, and every day was different. I met village girls and boys, with whom we went to the river to swim, and in the evening we went out into the field, picked flowers, making beautiful bouquets. From them I learned many names of wildflowers that do not grow in our city.

Of course, we helped our grandparents. They have chickens and ducks, and my sister and I fed them every day. They also weeded the beds and collected cucumbers, which they then helped grandma roll into jars.

When my parents started their vacation, they also came to the village. We lived here for a week with our entire large family, together we harvested everything that had managed to ripen by this time and filled the cellar with preparations. Our dad is an avid fisherman, and one day I went with him to the river early in the morning. True, dad grumbled if I talked loudly, because he says that fish like silence. And yet, my loud joy at every fish I caught did not hurt - we returned to dinner with an excellent catch and in the evening we all ate with appetite the fried fish that my grandmother had prepared according to her secret recipe.

So two weeks flew by, and it was time to return home. My parents soon went back to work, and I still had a little time left to finish reading those books that I didn’t have time to read at the beginning of the summer, and, of course, take a walk. Summer has just ended, and I’m already looking forward to the school year flying by and once again enjoying the warm sun.

How I spent my summer: an essay for s senior classes

What a wonderful summer! It is so different, and each month is different from the previous one: the freshness of green foliage in June, the richness and depth of colors in July, the first treacherous inclusions of yellow and red shades in this greenery in August. In summer, the sun is very special, it can be scorching, and it can be gentle, caressing the skin with its warm rays. And even the rain in summer is wonderful, be it a summer warm mushroom rain through the sun shining in the sky, or a powerful thunderstorm shower, with thunder, lightning, darkened sky and gusty wind, ending with silence and the quiet splashing of the last drops on the puddles.

This summer was my last school life, the next one will be a time of exams, worries, graduation from school and admission to university. Therefore, I tried to spend it intensively in order to fully enjoy the last carefree school holidays.

My summer program included all the entertainment of my childhood: amusement parks and carousels, a Ferris wheel from which I saw my house and waved to it, rejoicing like a child. The park has small lake, in which swans swim, and I often fed them, throwing pieces of bread and watching how importantly and leisurely they swam to the treat. It was so nice to just wander through the quiet alleys, in the light of the lanterns, quietly talking with your best friend about your most intimate things, about your likes and plans for the future.

There were cultural entertainments in my summer: cinema, theaters, concerts. For the first time I independently chose for myself Opera theatre, because this is an art that is very important to understand and be able to listen to. And I did not regret my choice, because I realized that music can be very different, and classical music, which we practically do not listen to in today’s modern rhythms, is also beautiful and amazing.

Every day opened up something new for me, because I looked at it with completely different eyes, the eyes of an almost adult person. And even the traditional annual trip to visit relatives in nearby town, was not quite ordinary. For the first time I realized that family members remain the same no matter where they live. This happened because I felt that I really missed my uncle and aunt, my cousin, although before we often quarreled, and sometimes even fought. I was very glad to see them, and prepared a separate surprise for each, depending on their tastes and hobbies.

And this summer, my parents and I spent part of their vacation together (how good it was that mom and dad had the same vacation!). Early in the morning we got into the car and went on a trip to the sea. But the sea was the final goal of our voyage; before getting there, we stopped in different cities, visited local sights, and went to museums. It was so interesting and exciting to see with my own eyes much of what we studied in the school curriculum, in history and geography courses. This is very useful, because once learned information spontaneously popped up in memory.

The sea... How I would like to live here forever, listen to the sound of the surf, say hello every morning to the waves rushing onto the shore, expose my face and shoulders to the sun, watch the seagulls, not particularly afraid of us people, walking along the shore and secretly looking into bags in search of delicious. Before my eyes, a seagull snatched his catch right out of the hands of one guy who was catching some small fish from the shore. She immediately took off into the sky, apparently in a hurry to get away from the crime scene and not share it with her friends.

And how different the sea air is from our city air! There is no dust at all, it is clean and saturated with salt, it is so easy to breathe here. Yes, it’s a pity that you can’t live here all your life. However, local residents they say that in winter the sea is not at all attractive, it is dark and cold. So, perhaps it’s good that my dream remains just a dream for now.

And, of course, in the summer I read a lot. They helped me out on the road e-books, and the houses are real. They say that young people today read little, but this is not true. We are different, and among us there are many who want to learn new things, plunge into the past, think and cry. This, of course, is possible with the help of films, but I still prefer books, because only with them you can give free rein to your imagination, imagine images of characters, and not look at them like in a movie. You can put the book down at the most intriguing page and give yourself the pleasure of anticipation and anticipation. Therefore, over the summer I read two dozen new books, receiving great pleasure from what I read.

I spent the last days of my summer at home, helping my mother, learning new recipes from cookbooks. After all, adult life awaits me very soon, and I need to enter it prepared. Cooking is our family hobby; my grandmothers and mother cook very tasty food, and I also want to keep up with them.

This is what the last summer of my childhood was like. Bright, rich, leaving behind warm, good memories.

Video: How did I spend my summer?

Summer holidays this year turned out to be interesting and memorable.
Every day was filled with events.
