The hotel is poorly located. Not nearby good beaches, it’s a bit far on foot, you have to drive. I liked st. raphael beach If you don’t have all inclusive, then at dinner even water for money (3 euros) is nonsense.

the hotel is not very conveniently located in relation to the beaches. The sea is nearby, but you can't swim there. Otherwise, a decent hotel. Service, responsiveness, food - everything is good. We were first accommodated in a family room - very nice, but there was a bar under the window; at our request, we were moved to a standard room, it became quieter, but there was less space, of course.

The hotel is perfect for families with children, almost everything is child-friendly and made for children. But there is one 18+ pool behind a wall with a separate entrance, where children are not allowed! The food is delicious, the entertainment is good. In the evening there is a show or a movie.

LIDIA

The hotel is ideal for children. There are entertainment and two mini clubs in Russian and English, where they have master classes and games and cartoons and lessons in making cookies and swimming lessons, all for free. The food is very tasty and quite varied, lunch is modest and there is no point in overpaying for it on an all-inclusive basis. There are several pubs and cafes around, you can eat there taking one dish per family as the portions are huge. Mini-disco is not very good because for 20 minutes of it the animators played a dull, quiet game with the children and all the children were unhappy. Then half an hour of bingo for the English and then a show. Movies are shown on the -1st floor every night, and for children during the day. Not far from the hotel there is a small amusement park, the children really like it. There is almost no sea, there are oil rigs nearby and Monet is a bit dark, and the sand (if you manage to find it) will be black. The sea is very cold and this is in August! If you go to Protaras, you will be boiled in the sea at this time! One bus goes to the old town, where in general there is nothing to see, but it will do as a free excursion. Also, there are two British department stores, Debenhams, with good clothes; in August, with discounts, the prices were absolutely ridiculous. As a hotel, it’s very good, but if you want to walk around the city and see something, you will be disappointed, and the sea will also disappoint)

DARIA

vacation 2019. About the bad: 20+ minutes walk from good beaches or 2 bus stops 1.5 euros one way. Seats at the pools are available from 7-8 am. If sunbeds break, they don't fix them. There were some biting bugs in the bed in the room, the cleaning lady just brushed them off and didn’t poison them! There is only soap and shower gel in the room. About the good: Large and nice area. There is a pool for adults that is quiet and has seating. The food is delicious, there is enough for everyone, even shrimp and mussels at any time. There is a wide range of entertainment on site that in 10 days you won’t be able to see everything and find out everything. In the evening there is always a game of BINGO and some kind of entertainment. The room is clean, good hairdryer, everything works. I advise you to take an oasis and not a garden, because the dining room, swimming pools and entertainment are all here!! Next time I'll choose 1 coastline, there from the sunbed it’s the same to the sea and to the pool - 5 steps and a bar right there!

I highly recommend this hotel! Cuisine: very varied, fresh and tasty. There are 5 types of milk alone. Lots of sweets, fruits, smoothies. I especially liked the hummus, fish, and sun-dried tomatoes. Territory: very large clean swimming pool, extremely comfortable lobby in Ikea style Bar: this is perhaps the only thing I don’t recommend (but there are plenty of alternatives in the area). Here you can only buy wine or beer. Cocktails are not very good Rooms: good mattresses, very clean, cleaned every day, towels are large and thick, plenty of pillows, air conditioning works great, never felt stuffy Staff: there is a large number of Russian-speaking staff if this may be a problem for you. Responsive and pleasant staff! And at the reception you can buy the same excursion from a local Cypriot or even more interesting at several times cheaper))) They earn extra money: D I was so pleasantly surprised by the price/quality ratio. One of my best choices in the last 4 years.

Some rooms have wi-fi, some rooms have free hotel wi-fi. At the reception they told me that Wi-Fi is not in all rooms. Therefore, ask for rooms on the lower floors with a view of the pool - so that Wi-Fi is available. I was lucky with the room - Wi-Fi was available in the room. Therefore 5 points. The food was great (there were 3 types of ice cream). There was decent grain coffee at breakfast. The room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed every day. There is a gym - dead and old, poor exercise equipment, but you can still work out there. Next to the McDonald's hotel. I went at the end of October - 25 degrees Celsius during the day, if it rains, it’s light. The water in the sea is warm - very warm - 22-25 degrees!!! I think you can swim in the sea until mid-November and it will be warm. If you sunbathe, you won’t get sunburned at all , the tan goes on lightly, without cream, and if you sunbathe at 12 noon. The sun is not very strong - we can say the ideal time for a holiday in Cyprus is October-November!!!

I really liked the hotel! Wonderful staff, speaks both Russian and English. Cleaning the room for 5! Excellent food, half board. Large selection of dishes. We were vacationing with a one-year-old baby and there was food for breakfast for him (porridge, yogurt, omelet). This made me very happy, as I planned to buy him food separately. And we ourselves ate bacon with eggs and muesli and fruits; in general, the choice is rich and for every taste. It’s the same with dinner, lots of different dishes and desserts! Wsp is great. The only thing with the half-board system is that drinks with cabbage are paid separately, we sometimes ordered, sometimes we brought our own. The sea is close, a couple of minutes walk. 3 swimming pools in the hotel. There is a lot of things for children, and separate pools and a playground in the shape of a pirate ship with a water slide, and a children's room with many toys. We were very pleased.

For the new concept of the animation program, a stage has been installed on the hotel premises where evening performances and Cypriot evenings are held.
