Both beginners and more advanced skiers can ride here. Roller skates are here not only during the day, but also in the evening - the park is equipped with high-quality lighting. On the Main Alley of VDNKh you can find paths for roller skaters and skaters with a particularly soft surface. Their only drawback is that they are very crowded on weekends. But if you come here on weekdays, you will enjoy the ride. And on weekends, it’s better to choose side alleys. Rental points for children's and adult roller skates, as well as other sports equipment, are located in the pockets of the Central Alley, at the Southern Entrance, at the entrance to the Botanical Garden, on Industry Square at VDNKh and in Ostankino Park.

Another huge ski area that unites several parks: Gorky Park, Neskuchny Garden, Vorobyovy Gory and Muzeon. You can Accelerate in Muzeon and slow down only on Vorobyovy Gory. And along the entire route, admire the views of the Moscow River. You can even get to Luzhniki. You don’t even need to take skates with you - there are rental points here that unite all of the listed areas (except for Luzhniki). That is, you can rent a bicycle, longboard, scooter or rollerblades in one place and return it in another.

“Gorky Park” is interesting for lovers of skiing not only for its wide paths (which are also freer on weekdays) and embankment, but also for its places for extreme skiing. There is a skate park under the Crimean Bridge where you can jump and practice tricks. The Muzeon Art Park, which is located opposite Gorky Park, has a varied terrain and special slides that will appeal to advanced roller skaters. Here on weekdays professionals gather to practice tricks. It is also easy to find many interesting edges and railings on which you can practice your riding skills.

On Vorobyovy Gory there are slides for lovers thrills– from the Observation Deck and further to Mosfilmovskaya Street. There are also places for beginners, for example, near the Moscow City Palace of Children and Youth Creativity. In Luzhniki you can not only skate along the embankment, but also practice tricks opposite the entrance to the stadium.

Roller skaters have invented many active games. For example, when children are taught to ride, they place chips - “mushrooms” or “berries” - and ask the children to “collect” them. This trains balance, the ability to group while falling. For more skilled skaters, the game “Guess the Word”: one of the participants writes a given word on the floor using rollers, and the others guess it. Another game is “Snake”. Children put their hands on each other's shoulders and ride like a snake, trying to maintain integrity. The classic game is "Limbo", in which the winner is the one who passes the lowest bar without falling.

Sokolniki Park"

If you just want to skate, without jumps or tricks, then in Sokolniki there are tracks specially designated for roller skates. They are marked with special drawings on the asphalt and separated from the pedestrian area by flower pots. For lovers of jumping and extreme skating, there is a skate park, located to the left of the main entrance. Here are collected figures made of plywood under an awning and structures made of concrete. The park has a rental point where you can rent bicycles and velomobiles.

Izmailovsky Park

The area of the skate park here is 624 square meters. It is located in a park near Entuziastov Highway. Entrance to the site is free and available 24 hours a day. The park has a specially equipped skate park with elements such as ollie boxing, rails, euro gaps, kickers, acceleration and quarter pipes. The professional area of approximately 630 square meters consists of a variety of obstacles for both beginners and professionals. You can get to it at any time of the day - it is open to free access. You can rent skates and protection at the rental point. The park offers roller skating classes for adults and children over 5 years old.

Kuzminki Park

The skate park is located next to the workout and volleyball courts. In the evenings the lights are turned on.

Krasnaya Presnya Park

One of the largest skate parks in the capital is located in Krasnaya Presnya Park. It is designed in a skate plaza format that is unique for Russia - the shapes of the park replicate the natural landscape, and some obstacles completely imitate the street. There is a mini-ramp, a quarterpipe, a quarter-hip of three radii, a bank, as many as six springboards and other figures for performing tricks. The equipment is made of a wooden frame covered with plywood with an anti-slip coating.

There are two zones here: for those who are already good at skiing, and for beginners. Riders appreciate the skate park in Perovo for its spacious territory and developed infrastructure. There is an entrance fee, but there are discounts for students.

Other parks with skate areas

You can have a fun and interesting time at the skate area of Lianozovsky Park. Also in the north of the capital, in the summer, a multifunctional BMX complex operates for everyone in the Altufyevo Estate park. If you want spacious skiing and plenty of free space, then go to the park " Losiny Island“- there is not only good coverage, but also a low concentration of people. But if, on the contrary, you need spectators, then Alexander Park is suitable for you, which has a small but not boring landscape with numerous steps and ledges for performing small jumps and tricks. A good place for leisurely family outings on rollerblades - Park of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow. There is a good asphalt path 3 kilometers long. There are also specially designated places in the park for extreme roller skaters, where there are ramps and accelerations of varying heights.

Indoor roller skating rinks

The AllProAcademy center near the Kaluzhskaya metro station is recognized as one of the best indoor areas for roller skating, where you can jump into pits with foam rubber. And the most popular - and perhaps the most well-deserved - roller skating rink in Moscow is the Roll Hall on the Tulskaya metro station: there is a huge area of 1,500 square meters, skating schools, areas for relaxation and snacks. Visitors can roller skate on their own.

Another indoor park is located near the Ilyich Square metro station - it was called “Red Deck”. It is suitable for lovers of ramp skating and has a street area, exercise equipment, chill-out, changing rooms, toilet and shower. The indoor area at the Semenovskaya metro station is suitable for both skaters and rollers. There is a funbox, a ramp, pipes, a foam pit, and grindboxes. There is another large roller skating rink in entertainment center"Fantasy Park" on Lyublinskaya street. It is designed for 700 people and is interesting because it has a dance floor where you can roller skate.

With the onset of spring, when the snow has melted and completely opened up access to the asphalt, roller skaters are faced with the question of where to go roller skating. The bike paths in the park are not suitable for all fans of this sport. Athletes need large areas where they can ride freely and safely without disturbing passers-by. Therefore, roller skaters prefer to gather in special places where they can meet other young athletes and have fun.

The most popular non-specialized sites

Suitable places where you can go roller skating would be areas where there is no transport and practically no pedestrians. Moscow has a sufficient number of different parks where athletes spend time.

Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy (VDNH). This location has been serving as a roller skating platform for decades. There is everything for comfortable skiing: a smooth asphalt surface, a suitable area, shady places and beautiful views. There are also free classes where beginners are taught the basics of this sport. Equipment is available for rent or you can bring your own. Athletes have 8 km of scenic route at their disposal.

Sokolniki. Here you can always meet both groups of roller skaters and people who go out for roller skates with their entire families. There are always a lot of people in this place, because the park provides all the conditions for comfortable skiing, and entry is free.

Sparrow Hills. The embankment is well equipped for both sports skating and hiking. It is always crowded there, especially in the warm season. But this does not stop skaters, since the park is conveniently located and there is high-quality asphalt.

Indoor roller rinks for general skating

The parks reviewed operate only in summer time. And for athletes who prefer to do what they love all year round, they work covered areas for roller skating.

Exist different rooms for roller skaters. Some of them also provide skate rentals and 2 tracks: for leisurely movement and extreme activities. And for beginners, there are trainers and instructors who will help not only “get on their feet,” but also teach the basic types of tricks.

Such areas have high-quality coverage and are not as crowded as in public places. However, there is an entrance fee.

"Happylon." It is located on one of the floors shopping center, so in addition to skaters who come there specifically to practice tricks, you can see whole families there having fun with their children after shopping. 50-60 people can ride there at the same time, and the pleasant design and energetic music will lift your spirits. Entrance cost 200-400 rubles.

Roll Hall can accommodate about 700 people. There are places for relaxing skating and performing tricks. There are specialists who will tell you how to move correctly in order to ride safely.

"Fantasy Park" It has its own roller skating school. You can study in a group or individually with an instructor. The price of 1 hour is about 300 rubles. The price does not include rental and assistance from a trainer.

Covered area on Bagrationovsky Proezd. The area of the hall is about 600 sq. m, and for professionals there are slides, elevations and jumps.

And the roller rink on Tulskaya is 2 times larger and, in addition to high-quality coverage and a fully equipped hall, it has a climate control system.

Open and closed areas

In closed areas you will find a smooth surface, high-quality slides and jumps. On such roller rinks you can skate safely and have a good time.

One of these places for skiing is “Adrenaline” in Medvedkovo. There is a separate extreme zone. On weekdays there are few visitors, and the price of entry per person is approximately 120 rubles.

Sports club "Kant". Skateboarders also practice there. The place is suitable for professional and extreme skiing.

Any parks where there is an asphalt surface, for example, All-Russian Exhibition Center, Poklonnaya Gora, Central Park of Culture and Culture, etc., can serve as open areas.

The warm season has arrived. And now, more than ever, information about rollerblades, skateboards and extreme sports outdoor sports.

Riding roller skates on city streets is not always convenient (and sometimes even unsafe). However, there are many places in Moscow where fans of this sport can feel comfortable.

In this review article we will tell you about the main places where you can meet roller skaters and skaters.

One of the most famous places among roller skaters who prefer “soft” skating is Poklonnaya Gora. It is spacious, there are many alleys and slopes, excellent coverage, and in the evening there is beautiful lighting.

There is enough space in Victory Park for everyone: beginners, slalom lovers, fans of stair jumping, and those who want to ride long slopes.

One more popular place skiing is VDNKh. Roller skaters have access to almost the entire territory of the country's Main Exhibition, where a new asphalt surface was recently laid and special paths were made for roller skating, as well as the nearby Ostankino park and the alleys of the Botanical Garden.

You can also go to Vorobyovy Gory, where there are slides for thrill-seekers (from the Observation Deck to Mosfilmovskaya Street) and places for “dummies”. For example, near the Moscow City Palace of Children and Youth Creativity.

An excellent path for roller skaters is laid along Vorobyovskaya embankment. Starting from there, you can get to Andreevskaya embankment, and then to Pushkinskaya. And from there it’s a stone’s throw to the Crimean embankment. Very beautiful and long route along the Moscow River.

Also in the north of the capital, in the summer, a multifunctional BMX complex operates for everyone in the Altufyevo Estate park (Altufevskoye Highway, 147).

Another legendary skate park under open air pleases extreme sports enthusiasts in the southwest of the capital, in Novo-Peredelkino (Novoorlovskaya St.), next to the famous Novoperedelkinsky slope. This is another skate park that includes a "pool". Paid entrance.

This article does not list all Moscow skate parks, but only the most basic ones. And they are suitable only for those who are already confident on roller skates.

But if your child has just started learning to roller skate, then most likely the nearest park or square will be suitable for him to skate.

The main thing is that the asphalt surface is in relatively good condition and without steep slopes. We wish you a pleasant ride!

Each route is accompanied by a map, detailed description with a mention of every pothole in the asphalt and a list of attractions.

The material was prepared with the support of Roller.ru.

Typically, a confident roller skater takes about two hours to cover a 20-kilometer route at a walking pace - not counting stops. Our routes are connected: each next one begins in the same place where the previous one ended. Combine them, combine them if a couple of hours of riding are not enough for you.

When planning to ride around the city, be sure to wear protection. Few experienced skaters would risk driving around Moscow without it - the capital's asphalt is harsher than paths in parks. Tiles and manhole covers, drain grates and zebra crossings with a thick layer of paint on which the wheels cling, overhead and underground passages, tactile slabs, slopes and rises - all this requires concentration. Even in the city, it is extremely important to be able to stop quickly: at a traffic light, in front of a door that suddenly opens, by people leaving public transport, a car that decided to turn without warning.

In short, to walk around Moscow you must confidently stand on your 8 wheels.

We drive along the rightmost path, sticking to the “red” line at turns and forks: the road will reach the Nikolsky dead end, where it will turn sharply left, then it will lead to a fork, where again you will need to choose the left one, “ red", path. And finally, the circle will close where it began.

23. So, we get out of the park. We go left, towards the exit to Ivankovskoye Highway (there should be signs in the park).

14. Before the first turn, the climb is quite gentle, but some sections further are very steep, so much so that a bicycle, for example, has difficulty overcoming them. Take your time, climb slowly, save your energy - and the journey will not take more than 5 minutes. Along the rise there is a low side, which is beautifully illuminated in the evenings: you can sit on it and relax.

15. Having risen, we drive along a short tiled path and cross a pedestrian crossing, also paved with tiles. Then we go onto the asphalt bike path, where we turn right.

16. We drive without turning anywhere until we leave the park on the street. Bolshaya Filevskaya. We don’t leave the park, but turn left and go until the first turn to the right (the beacon is a bike rental point), to the crossing across the street. Bolshaya Filevskaya. Let's move on.

17. The street will begin on the right. Minsk; We drive along it towards Kutuzovsky Prospekt, past the Filyovsky Park metro station and further, to the “round” intersection with the street. Kastanaevskaya.

18. We cross the zebra crossing, take a right, and drive forward along three houses.

19. Attention! Opposite house No. 8k1, where on the right on the street. Minskaya street goes out. Vasilisa Kozhina, we take it further to the right, towards the traffic light. Now we are driving straight along the sidewalk, along the street. Minskaya.

20. We pass under the railway bridge. We turn left along the road, go up to the apple orchard, and enter it.

21. We cross the underground passage under Kutuzovsky Prospekt. We turn left, enter Victory Park, turn left again.

22. We drive to the end of the long, straight alley of Peace. Then the asphalt will be replaced by a small section of paving stones with tile paths. We go down the stairs 2-3 steps and 20 meters from us we see the entrance to the Victory Park metro station. Finish!

Route No. 5. 19 km from Victory Park to Leninsky Prospekt metro station.

Route map:

Features: Fili Park, Moscow City, beautiful view to the Ukraine Hotel, Krasnaya Presnya Park, Frunzenskaya Embankment, Neskuchny Garden.

1. We start from the underground passage at the end of the Alley of Peace. We cross Kutuzovsky Prospekt along it, leave the apple orchard onto Minskaya Street, follow it to the right (past the Filyovsky Park metro station) and further, to Bolshaya Filevskaya Street, which we cross at the traffic light.

2. We find ourselves in the Fili park itself, turn left along the path, and at the end of it turn right. We ride along the bike path through the park, without turning anywhere. At first there will be a slight, even ascent along the path, which will then give way to a descent. Control your speed: ahead there will be an intersection with the central alley (wide, paved with tiles). This alley goes downhill, plus cyclists can ride down it: it’s better to slow down in advance.

3. We cross this intersection and continue to ride along the bike path. In this section the slope continues, and ahead there will be a sharp turn to the right, so you will have to slow down some more. After the turn, we ride along the bike path without turning off until it ends at the main entrance to the park. The straight central alley made of tiles, in front of which we slowed down at the intersection, also ends here.

4. We leave the park, turn right along the street. Barclay. We reach the traffic light at the intersection with Bolshaya Filevskaya Street. We turn left and enter the park, which we drive through until the street. Novozavodskaya. We cross the street and find ourselves at the monument to M.V. Khrunichev.

6. At the intersection - turn left. We stop at the Shelepikhinsky Bridge. We cross the river and continue moving straight along Shmitovsky Proezd.

7. We drive under bridges, interchanges, and the overpass of the Third Transport Ring (be careful on the zebra crossing immediately after it!) until the intersection with the street. Antonova-Ovseenko.

8. At the traffic light, go straight and to the right. On the street Antonov-Ovseenko we leave for Moscow City, on 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd. We cross the passage, turn left and drive further along the passage, past the Expocentre, to Krasnopresnensky Park, before which we turn right.

9. We drive 150 meters, see the entrance to the park on the left, and enter. From the entrance there will be an asphalt path to the left, we drive along it until the 1st, 2nd or 3rd (whatever) turn to the right, turn.

10. We reach the end of the alley, take a left and leave the park on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment. We turn left along it, go to the underground passage in front of the Center International Trade, we go along the “subway” to the river. We stop for a while: from here there is a beautiful view of the other bank with the brick buildings of the former Badaevsky brewery and the Ukraine Hotel.

11. Turn left and drive to the “glass” pedestrian bridge on Rostovskaya embankment. Be careful: for some reason there are paving stones under the bridge instead of asphalt.

13. You will have to cut this section along Luzhnetskaya Street/Novoluzhnetsky Proezd (this street has a double name on the map). So after the Luzhnetsky Bridge we turn left and drive straight along the remains of the bike path, and in some places along the roadway, going around fenced excavations and entrances to Luzhniki. It sounds a little scary, but in fact the road there is good.

14. We find ourselves at the river again. We turn left and go to the nearest (Novoandreevsky) bridge: cross the road in front of it (to the left) and go up to the bridge.

15. Branch from the route: in fact, you don’t have to climb the bridge, but drive straight along the excellent asphalt Frunzenskaya embankment before Crimean bridge and metro station "Park Kultury". This route option is highlighted in purple on the map.

16. If you decide to stick to the original plan, we cross the river across the bridge and climb the stairs to the top, to the platform above the Gagarin tunnel

17. From the site we move to the right, towards the RAS buildings, onto the road. At the exit, be careful: there are metal drainage grates below, you need to step over them.

18. The nearest metro entrance is currently under reconstruction, so we’re going to another one. We drive along the sidewalks on the left side and turn right along the road three times in a row. The sidewalk is paved with tiles, but it won't take long to drive along it. After you turn right a second time, the park begins on your left.

19. We go to the car tunnel. We drive along the sidewalk a little more, turn left and see the entrance to Neskuchny Garden.

20. An asphalt path begins from the entrance. We follow it to the right, and after the path turns left and passes by the house standing on the right, we turn right from it.

21. We leave for Leninsky Prospekt, to the underground passage. We cross to the other side of the avenue, exit the passage to the left.

22. Turn right, around the corner of the house. We go straight along the road to the Leninsky Prospekt metro station. Finish!

3. We pass by the second exit from the metro and go further, to the monument to Gagarin, at which, continuing to move straight, we go down into the underground passage.

4. Exit left on the other side of Leninsky Prospekt. We go from the crossing straight to the street. Kosygina. We drive past the first crossing with a traffic light.

5. At the next zebra crossing, go left into the park running in the center of the street. Kosygina. There is an asphalt pedestrian path in the middle of the square: turn right and drive along this path.

6. Be careful: the square is crossed from time to time by passages for cars, and the crossings are not marked in any way. These places are marked on the route map.

7. Before observation deck on Vorobyovy Gory the road rises, so you might want to stop and rest at the site.

8. We continue moving. We drive into the park again: now the road will go down, and the slope will gradually increase.

9. The section of the route after the intersection with Michurinsky Prospekt is highlighted in purple on the map: in this place on the alley there are 3-4 strips of removed asphalt, covered with sand and gravel. Slow down, don't speed up, be careful.

10. The square will end at the intersection of Kosygina and Mosfilmovskaya streets. We cross the road to the left, go right, cross the street. Mosfilmovskaya.

11. We see a bike path, along which we continue to navigate. Turn right, cross the street. Pudovkin and we go straight to the pedestrian crossing with a traffic light, at which you need to cross to the other side of Vorobyovskoye Highway (Kosygina Street “flowed” into it)

13. We go to the exit leading to the right and turn there. We continue driving and get to Vorobyovskaya embankment. Next we have to drive about 8 kilometers along Vorobyovy Gory, Neskuchny Garden, Central Park of Culture and Culture named after. Gorky, through the Muzeon park, without turning anywhere, without any difficulties or obstacles on the way. A sign that part of the path along the embankment ends will be Tsereteliv’s Peter I.

14. Having passed the statue, we leave the Muzeon park to Yakimanskaya embankment. We drive along it to the pedestrian Patriarchal Bridge.

15. We pass under the bridge and immediately turn the corner to the right onto the street. Big Yakimanka. We drive along it for 20 meters and see on the right, in the wall of the house, a large opening with steps. This is the ascent to the Patriarchal Bridge.

16. We climb the bridge, drive forward, cross the drainage canal. We see another climb up the stairs and a ramp on the left. We go up it and drive further along the bridge, crossing the river.

17. We approach the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, go around it and go to the street. Volkhonka. We turn right, go past the Kropotkinskaya metro station to the first traffic light (Lenivka St.).

18. At the traffic light, turn right, drive again to the traffic light (Prechistenskaya/Kremlyovskaya embankment).

19. Turn left and drive along the Kremlin embankment to the nearest bridge (Bolshoi Kamenny).

20. After the bridge, immediately turn left and go up along the bridge to the traffic light. At the traffic light, we turn right to Borovitskaya Street, and then cross the street itself, ending up at the entrance to the Alexander Garden.

21. We go into the garden. On the route map there is an option with driving through the garden, along the path along Kremlin wall- there are usually fewer pedestrians there. We drive through the garden to the arch of the Trinity Bridge and pass under it. Further - straight ahead, until you leave the garden.

22. After the garden gate, the asphalt will be replaced by paving stones, but there are strips of granite tiles laid on it, which are convenient to drive on. We continue to move in the same direction, passing the Zhukov monument and the zero kilometer sign.

23. The asphalt will begin again under your feet. We go to Revolution Square, take a left and drive into a park with a fountain and a monument to Karl Marx. Finish!

Route No. 7. 19 km from Revolution Square to Kolomenskaya metro station.

Features: If you go on a hot day, stock up on water in advance - there will be little shade and shops along the way. Starting in the very center of Moscow, we will travel along many embankments - Raushskaya, Kosmodamianskaya, Shlyuzovaya, Derbenevskaya, Paveletskaya, Danilovskaya, Novodanilovskaya and Nagatinskaya - to the final point - the Kolomenskaya metro station.

1. We start from Revolution Square. We stand with our back to Karl Marx, and our face to the Bolshoi Theater, turn left.

2. We drive along the road (Teatralny Proezd, then Okhotny Ryad Street), we get to Manezhnaya Square.

3. We drive straight a little more, ahead we see a round area with steps, around which, on the right, there is a ramp. We drive onto it, go up, turn right.

4. We see a dome ahead with the figure of St. George the Victorious at the top. We go to it, go around on the right, from the side of the street. Mokhovaya. We see even further to the right, closer to the street, a straight ramp, we move off it.

5. There will be a Manege building ahead; We pass the square diagonally to the left, so that the Manege is on our right hand, and the Alexander Garden is on our left.

6. We drive along the garden along the street. Manezhnaya to its intersection with the street. Borovitskaya. We cross two traffic light crossings on the street. Borovitskaya.

7. After the second crossing we stop at the Bolshoy Kamenny Bridge, along which we cross the river.

8. Pay attention! At the time of running the route, the sidewalk on the opposite bank of the embankment was not yet ready. When driving across the bridge, look down: if the sidewalk is completed, then we follow the route, and if not, we go around this section, following the purple line on the map.

9. If the sidewalk is ready: slow down, drive off the bridge, turn left, cross the road, turn left again, drive down to Sofia Embankment.

10. Turn right along the sidewalk and drive to the first pedestrian crossing, along which we cross the road to the river.

11. Then - right, to the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge, after which there will be a pedestrian crossing. This is where our route and the detour option, highlighted in purple on the map, converge.

12. We continue driving along the river. We pass Raushskaya, Kosmodamianskaya, Shlyuzovaya, Derbenevskaya, Paveletskaya, and Danilovskaya embankments.

13. After the Avtozavodsky Bridge, there will be a building on the way that you need to go around to the left, along the parapet. Be careful at the exit: there is a barrier.

14. Then Novodanilovskaya embankment begins, at the end of which there will be railroad bridge of three spans. Next we move along Nagatinskaya embankment. Here, unfortunately, the quality of asphalt will deteriorate. We pass a pier fenced with a concrete fence.

15. We drive forward to the first pedestrian crossing and cross the road along it. We drive further - the sidewalk has become smooth and even again, except for two places at the exits from construction sites, which are lined with uneven concrete slabs (these places are marked on the map).

16. We drive along the sidewalk to the Nagatinsky Bridge, cross the passage back to the river. There will be no more problems with asphalt.

18. We see a gas station. We turn right in front of it, onto Sudostroitelnaya Street, and drive further along its even (left) side.

19. In the area of the Spiridonievskaya Church (house no. 48), the sidewalk will end up at a certain asphalt area - most likely a parking lot - with ramps for entry; We go around the construction sheds standing there on the left.

21. We drive straight along Sudostroitelnaya, without turning anywhere, to Andropov Avenue and Kolomenskaya metro station. Finish!
