There are enough detergents, there are shampoos, soap, and shower gel on the dressing table, but their quality leaves much to be desired.

The floor is covered with tiles, but there is not a single rug in the rooms, and slippers are not provided. Experienced travelers advise taking them from home, especially when it comes to children.

Open around the clock, at any time of the day or night it is ready to serve you a hearty meal with a variety of pizzas; the menu also includes more “serious” food, for example, grilled ribs.

Alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails are available in the lobby and evening bar. In the latter, a pleasant atmosphere is created by the proximity to an artificial pond. They serve sambuca, rum, whiskey, tequila, and there is a place in the wine list for branded alcohol, which also won’t require payment - within the framework of the “all inclusive” concept.

The hotel has several themed à la carte restaurants. Each can be visited for free once during the entire vacation.

Staff

The staff is a worthy face of Catalunya Bavaro. The employees are always friendly, give sincere smiles, are polite and attentive. For this, guests forgive them for the excessive slowness characteristic of all Dominicans. For example, you can wait a couple of hours for luggage to be delivered to your room.

Most speak Spanish; English here is at a very weak level. But in different parts of the resort there are Russian-speaking staff - a couple work in the restaurant, and there are such people in some shifts at the reception.
