We will have lunch in the parks, and dinner in the cozy family cafe “Blinnitsa” or in a restaurant of national Khakass cuisine, at your request! In the morning we will take a comfortable bus to the Shirinsky district, to the hospitable base "Tomichka", located in unique place - Khakassian Switzerland, I would say. There are canyons, caves,, stunningly beautiful mixed forests, in which a lot of animals live, and we, I hope, will have the opportunity to see chipmunks, snakes, squirrels. At the same time, a sacred ceremony takes place here. Our ancestors climbed into caves along this path to communicate with spirits there. The place is just wow!
At the Tomichka base, you will find simple but comfortable eco-houses, delicious food (village aunties prepare their own milk, butter, sour cream, straight from cows).
The drive from Abakan to Tomichka is 230 kilometers.
If possible, we’ll stop by the lake for a swim on the way!

We will arrive in Tomichka at lunchtime. We will have lunch and go for a walk in the evening on the path of our ancestors). The view that opens on the Trail at the very beginning amazes even the most travellers! In addition, we will examine the cave in which the site of an ancient man was discovered.

August 8-10. Free life in Tomsk

We live in Tomsk. We enjoy walks along the Path of the Ancestors, rafting (rafting is very calm, so even very young children can participate in them in their mother’s arms), speleology in nearby caves, horseback riding through the forest, feeding rabbits and cows, picking mushrooms and berries, as well as healthy herbs, swimming in the icy, but very clean, mountain river Bely Iyus, a bathhouse and evening gatherings by the fire (firewood is included in the price of accommodation at the Tomichka camp). And also – exclusive! – seminar of herbalist Nadezhda Elanova. Nadezhda is a midwife, perinatal psychologist, and has been accompanying women during childbirth for 2 years. Hereditary herbalist and healer. Vegetarian for over 15 years. Author of the childbirth preparation program: "Waiting for a Miracle." Happy wife, conscious mother. For two days, Nastya will reveal medicinal Siberian herbs to you, tell you for what diseases and what to use them for, how to properly collect and dry them.

11th August. We are going to the legendary Lake Belyo.

In the morning we have breakfast at the Tomichka base, say goodbye to the hostess and aunties, rabbits, dogs and horses, and by bus we go to Bel - the biggest and interesting lake Khakassia. The lake consists of two parts with salt and fresh water, connected by an isthmus. We arrive at the lake an hour after leaving Tomsk. Upon arrival, we check into the yurts and happily run to swim and sunbathe!) I can’t think of a better place to relax with children in Khakassia!
In the evening we set out with flashlights to track down hares and gophers!

In the morning we swim, have breakfast and leave for the whole day on an excursion to Chests.
This is very interesting place. Archaeologists believe that there used to be either an Observatory or Temples here. From the top of the Sunduki Mountains, smooth irrigation canals open up, created by ancient people. The place's energy may be stronger than the Pyramids of Cheops in Egypt or Teutiacan in Mexico. Amazing place. You and I will examine the petroglyphs, the Shaman’s chair, climb the peaks, look at the gophers, and collect thyme.
In the evening, swimming in Bel, bathhouse, dinner, sitting around the fire and discussing impressions!

August 13. Trip to Lake Tus. In the evening – communication with a hereditary shaman.
Lake Tus is called “an analogue Dead Sea" The concentration of salt in the lake is so high that it can no longer dissolve and precipitates to the bottom, forming a thick crust up to 30 cm thick. The water in the lake is so salty and dense that you can lie on the water and read a magazine. Hence the name of the lake - “Tus” - “salt” in Turkic. The silt on Lake Tus has high medicinal properties, it is used in the form of mud baths.
After returning from this unique lake at the base camp on Belyo a very rich program will await us: a story about Khakass customs and traditions, dancing and throat singing, a tea ceremony. And all this while tasting traditional Khakassian dishes! For those who wish, there will be an opportunity to learn how to felt felt and make amazing things from it! And as a culmination - a shamanic ritual with fire (performed individually for each person): those secrets about yourself that are hidden from you in the subconscious will be revealed to you. The rituals are conducted by Maria Efimovna Sagalakova, a hereditary Khakass shaman. He is the chairman of the regional branch of the Organization of Traditional Religion of the Khakass People “Khan Tigir”

August 14. Return to Abakan. Salbyk mound.
In the morning we pack up and head back to Abakan. But on the way we are waiting for another adventure - a visit to the Valley of the Kings and its pearl - the Salbyk mound. The Great Salbyk Kurgan is one of the most majestic and mysterious monuments of ancient Southern Siberia. The mound is located in the Valley of the Kings, which received this name due to the large number of mounds located in this area. The Salbyk burial mound is a grandiose burial structure of a certain ancient king. This grave, excavated in the Khakass steppe, belonged to a man more powerful than whom for 25 centuries there was no one. One hypothesis says that this is the grave of Genghis Khan himself!

This gigantic structure looks something like this: a small hill surrounded by huge stone slabs dug into the ground. The weight of some slabs exceeds 50 tons. It is still not known where people found such slabs and how they were able to install them in the 3rd century BC, when there were no cranes or special machines. The mystery of the Salbyk mound resembles the mystery of the English Stonehenge.

Strong anomalies have long been observed around the disposal area. Scientists say that menhirs (as the Khakass call these slabs) were placed on the border with the “Holy Land”. The mystery of the menhirs has not been completely solved. The power of their impact has already been proven, but so far these are only the impressions and feelings of tourists. One and a half kilometers from this place there is a bipolar anomalous zone, marked by two slabs called the Salbyk Gate. People come to this place who believe in their healing power. You can even see that in some places the stones were polished by their hands.

In Abakan, we check into a familiar hotel again. And we live there for two days.

Everyone who wants to visit one of the largest and most powerful hydroelectric power stations on the planet sets out in the morning on a comfortable bus towards the city of Sayanogorsk.
We arrive at the observation deck in front of the hydroelectric dam, get acquainted with the history of this unique structure, have lunch, and on the way we stop at the beautiful marble Temple of St. Eudoxia in the village of Sizaya and a trout farm.
By evening we are already back in Abakan. You can stroll along the evening streets of our quiet town.

In the morning we leave for the last point of our great trip in Khakassia - Kazanovka. On the way, we stop for an excursion to the open-air museum – Ulug-Khurtuyakh-Tas.
is a three-meter stone stele that was dug into the ground about 6 thousand years ago at the site of a geological fault, where powerful radiation of special energy was noted. Researchers have never been able to unravel the mystery of this mysterious phenomenon. Today, the Khurtuyakh-tas stele is a place of pilgrimage and is considered one of the most revered stone sculptures. In translation, the Khurtuyakh-tas stele is a “stone old woman”, with a roughly carved face, a bulging belly and breasts. Childless women pray to this idol in a female form for the appearance of children.

History of the city of Abakan

In comparison with other cities of Russia, Abakan is still very young; the year of birth of this city is considered to be 1931. But the history of its formation dates back to 1675 with the formation of the Abakan fort by Russian pioneers.

In 1822, the village of Ust-Abakanskoye was built, which became the center of the Kachin Duma. From that moment on, the village began to develop noticeably - a church, a school were opened, merchants were actively trading. In the early 1900s, industrial enterprises appeared in Ust-Abakansky. A noticeable impetus in development was the October Revolution of 1917. In the post-revolutionary years, the Ust-Abakan village became the capital from the district to the republic.

In 1931, this village was documented to be renamed the city of Abakan and given the status of the capital of Khakassia. Over the next 10 years, the city gained momentum in development and its population quadrupled. Even the Patriotic War could not greatly influence the life of the city. Since 1972 Its largest combines and factories are being built incredibly quickly in Abakan, thus the city deserves the honorary title of one of the most developing cities in Russia.

With high rates of productivity, Abakan is becoming one of the promising centers of Siberia. In addition to the large number of enterprises in the city, almost a third is occupied by park area. The most popular is the Topiary Art Park. The park's exhibits are figures made or cut from handicraft plants. For example, a human-sized figure of a cat was made from wild barley stalks.

Also in Abakan is one of the largest zoos in Siberia. It was opened in 1972 as a living corner in one of the factories. Now the zoo has grown to more than 190 species of animals, a quarter of which are listed in the Red Book.

There are several theaters in the city, the main ones are the Skazka Puppet Theater - it was founded in 1979 and is the only one of its kind in Khakassia, and the Drama Theater - opened in 1939 in honor of Lermontov.

On Cathedral Square there is the most beautiful Orthodox church in the city - the Transfiguration Cathedral. Its main difference is considered to be large bells and a large number of rare shrines. Not far from the cathedral, a monument to Peter and Fevronia was erected, near which, according to tradition, the newlyweds ask the saints for a happy life. Abakan is also popular for its unusual and beautiful statues located throughout the city. In front of the furniture factory there is a monument to a chair, and in front of the entrance to the traffic police building there is a traffic police car made as a monument.

The city has its own Eiffel Tower, erected in 2004. It is 14 meters high and has the status of the most romantic place in the city. However, the most popular statue is the Laura Stela. It is located at the entrance to the city and depicts a Khakass woman, and the inscription “Abakan” is depicted on top.
