We arrived at the hotel around 07-30 in the morning. We asked for early check-in and were ready to pay, but it was provided for $90. at 09-00. I consider this a minus, since this service can be turned on at the time of booking and paid for at the departure point.

Good afternoon We stayed at the hotel from 27.10 to 03.11.2019. We returned to this hotel after seven years.. Flight via Emirates, we need to write a separate review about the flight. The hotel has changed, both for the better and for the worse. The food was very bad, especially lunch. Breakfast is standard, like everywhere else, but the cook doesn't finish cooking the omelet. It’s clear that he’s in a hurry, but the omelette is completely raw. Previously, red fish, rolls, etc. were served for lunch. Now the range of dishes has decreased significantly. We were on vacation with our son, so we booked half board, knowing that there wasn’t much to dine nearby. I knew that the hotel had very good food. But the expectations were not met☹️ My son ate only French fries for lunch all 7 days, because... There was nothing else to choose from among the side dishes. And there are still very few vegetables!!! I also didn’t really like that the rooms became very empty after the renovation. It was more comfortable before. And there is practically no storage space for things, few drawers. All bedside tables and tables are without drawers. There is only one drawer in the closet, very small☹️. Well, now about the good stuff 🙂. We arrived very early. We were preparing for check-in no earlier than 14.00, but we checked in at 11.00, for which many thanks to Olga, the receptionist. This hotel is in the top of our hotels in the UAE. Excellent location, food (we only take breakfast), quality service (applies to all hotel services). We booked a room with a city view.
Upon arrival at the hotel / 18.30 pm /, we filled out the form and immediately received a key to the room on the 3rd floor, information about transfer to the shopping center, and a password for WI-FI. They helped me carry my suitcase. Very prompt placement.
The room itself consists of 2 single beds, kettle + 2 cups + 2 glasses + 1.5 liter bottle of water. welcome /no longer replenished/, and the plug does not reach the socket, in order to boil it, I had to move it to the bedside table.. No tea/coffee/sugar, strange for a 4 star hotel. Advice - bring a “tea set” with you. We didn’t buy water this time, it’s hard for the ladies to carry it from the store, we boiled it in a kettle, the three of us were fine with the LCD tract. Next in the room: TV - LCD /2 Russian. channel - 1st and carousel/, lounge with drinks /paid/, table, chair and 2 armchairs, carpet on the floor.
The balcony is large, with a table and 2 chairs, but... we had a view of the road, they used it only as a drying place for clothes, and besides, it was terribly dirty, the floors were not washed there at all. The double glazed windows are good, you can't hear the road. 1 socket for “our” phone/photo. In the bathroom - shampoo and shower gel in mini versions, a good hairdryer, 2 towels for the body and hands and 1 for the feet, take only hair conditioner.

The cleaner came after lunch and left 2 dirhams, then - d. Once in the morning I forgot to put it in, and he came while we were having breakfast, left strictly 2 towels of each type, did not put shampoo and shower gel... for this - 1 point.
Compared to the Beach, the room is newer and nicer, but at the Beach they immediately brought a third towel...

Nutrition. Room without meals. Breakfast at the hotel is 110 d./person/child. 65 d./, very expensive, fresh drinks for 22 d., when they bring it, the amount will be 26.40 d. with taxes, I don’t understand why they set such prices, make the prices at 12 etc. and everyone will be happy to replenish the bar’s cash register. We went to have breakfast at Beach for 70 d., i.e. 35 d./person// I remember in December last year it cost 30 d.//, child is free. The breakfasts are normal, one day the cooks just arrived and didn’t wait for the scrambled eggs and the baked goods were taken away very quickly. Just like last year, we ate at the eatery - AL KHAN, in front of the fish restaurant Sanabar, 3-4 dishes and 2 drinks cost about 70-80 d. I advise, everything was fine with the LCD tract for three of them, don’t forget to take antibacterial wipes for hands

We went to the supermarket, the same "No. 1" let's call it - Co-operative // 548, Al KHalidia street // I remind you there is an exchanger right there 3.65 minus 2 d. per exchange, at the hotel 3.50 // Download before the trip Dubai-Sharjah map 2GIS - OFF-line works! And a new supermarket “No. 2” opened - from the hotel to the left, you can immediately cross the road at the traffic light or further in front of the store. It takes longer to walk, the landmark is right after the "American School". Shopping - mango juice and guava 30%, dairy products, in particular try - LABAN, muffins /made in the city/, cheese, olive oil on sale, etc..., don’t just take donuts.

Territory. Exit to the beach - 1st floor, towels are provided before exiting. It’s good that they didn’t search before going to the beach :))) The pool is large from 1.40 m to 2.85 m with 1 slide / enough for a child, ours enjoyed the ride /. There is a children's pool nearby without a canopy. All pools are heated, it seemed to me that the Beach pools were warmer.
But this hotel has a jacuzzi, which is very nice to “warm up” in the afternoon when the wind picks up. The beach seems to me to be the widest and best, I swam in this water area when we were at the Beach, but you need to take sunbeds early, we arrived at 9 am, almost everything was occupied... with towels. After lunch the beach was almost empty. We were based near the pool, there were still places there in the morning.

Weather. Very comfortable during the day, about 30 degrees, in the evening 24-26 degrees, one evening there was a strong and cold wind, put on blouses.
2 days until 12 o'clock the sea was more or less calm, we managed to swim near the buoys. The rest of the time they jumped on the waves, if they weren’t allowed into the sea, they went to Carlton, they weren’t driven out of the sea like that :))), but I didn’t really like the strip of sand and silt when entering the sea.. The sea is 24-25 degrees, for I'm not warm..

Trips. From the hotel you can get free access only to the trail. Shopping center:
- Deira City Center /Dubai/ We left in 15 minutes. to the exit and the entire bus was full, only the “side” seats remained, cards were distributed and the bus left earlier, we left back according to schedule at 20.30, the driver collected cards from everyone. Only those staying at the Grand Hotel were on the bus. In V. I remember everyone just sat down, without cards. Near this station. m. "Day to Day" store, on the other side.

This time Anex set us up with visas to the UAE - there was a glitch at the visa center / I don’t believe it, because... Except for us, no one had any problems/, at first they said they would be at DMD airport before arrival, they said upon arrival at Sharjah airport.
This is where there was an “ambush”, no one was waiting for us and met us with visas; there were about 50 of us without visas. We called the representative, they didn’t even know, they said they would solve the problem within 30 minutes, an hour later people started calling their TAs, where they bought the tour, so that their visas would be sent to the counter at the airport and for 40 days they would have their visas printed out and they would leave .
There is no free WIFI at Sharjah airport, paid - in a cafe for 25 d. You just need to buy goods for this amount. After 2 hours I called the Anex representative at the airport, no one answered the phone, the money ran out, there was no connection, information was dialed through the desk 3 times, the Anex employees did not answer the phone... people paid their own correspondents 1,000 rubles each to call to your travel agency. We vacationed in March with our 14-year-old daughter. We got from the airport by transfer from Anex. Beautiful weather and there was a warm sea during our two-week vacation.. I liked the hotel, it lives up to its stars one hundred percent. Its own beach, fully equipped with everything you need, plus an on-site swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.. The rooms are of an average level, but everything was in order and the furniture was intact. There was enough for two of us, the beds were separate, the air conditioning was working. The staff is friendly. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, all the necessary products were added to the bathroom, water was left, and the tea set was replenished. We liked the food at the hotel; we enjoyed the full, hearty breakfasts every day. Sharjah is a beautiful, green emirate. We walked a lot. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops around. I want to warn you about one thing. Sanobar, a fish restaurant near the city's Al Khan beach and not far from the Sharjah Aquarium, is highly not recommended. not bad at all. I liked the rooms, service, beach, interior and exterior decoration. The presence of Russian-speaking managers pleased me. Food is average. We had breakfast, but it was rather sparse. As a result, we ate at the Kazan restaurant across the street at the Al Seef hotel, the children were delighted with the home-cooked food, and we felt good. From the hotel, transfer to the center to the MALL, the second bus takes you to Dubai. Have a nice holiday everyone!

We chose the hotel on the recommendation of a travel agent and did not regret it. Cool place, the service is what you need! On my birthday I received congratulations from the hotel, it was very pleasant.) We celebrated at the Russian-Tatar restaurant Kazan in the Al Seef hotel, not far from ours, it was recommended to us at the reception.) It was good that we had a lot of money, the table they prepared for us was simply excellent, it’s only a pity that Prohibition . But in the morning I didn’t have a headache)) The price was quite adequate, and there was plenty of food. Afterwards we had dinner there a couple more times. The rest of the time we traveled, lay on the beach and just got a buzz from the sun and sea in the middle of autumn.) I sincerely recommend a holiday in the Emirates, the level of service is a hundred times better than what we have in the southern regions!

I went with my beloved to the Sharjah Grand Hotel at the end of August. I chose for a long time, I wanted everything to be good and the price to be reasonable. The tour operator's manager recommended this hotel, I agreed and have no regrets at all. Really a good place for relax. The room was for two, very spacious with everything you need inside. The air conditioning is working, this is the most important thing) TV, hairdryer, kettle. I was very pleased with the presence of a safe, it’s somehow calmer when money and documents are locked up. The food at the hotel is not bad, we had breakfast and lunch. For dinner we went to the neighboring Al Seef hotel, where the restaurant of my favorite Russian-Tatar cuisine is located, called Kazan. The food there is very tasty. For those who are not a big fan of dramatically changing their diet and want delicious homemade food, I highly recommend this restaurant. True, there are a lot of people there in the evening, but everyone is their own, as they say.) We were also on an excursion in Dubai, I had long dreamed of seeing this city in person. Expectations were justified, it’s simply fabulous there in the evening! We also visited the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi, and also experienced the real thrill and extreme of the Desert Safari. I sincerely recommend a holiday in the Emirates to everyone, in particular at the Sharjah Grand Hotel.

I would like to note that this hotel with a huge beach and outdoor pool. It is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are always enough for everyone. The food is delicious, buffet, European and Arabic dishes, everything is on the level. The cleaning is good, I change towels and linen often, they don’t steal money. Entertainment is nearby, about ten minutes walk to the superb Sharjah Aquarium. There is also a fish restaurant nearby, the food tastes so-so and we didn’t get off the toilet that night (sorry for the details, apparently we were poisoned). We went on a tour of the desert, really enjoyed it, rode jeeps, camels, watched the sunrise and had dinner in the desert.

Saved up for a trip to the United United Arab Emirates, chose a holiday in Sharjah. The Carlton Hotel impressed me right from the door. For its 4 stars it is simply gorgeous. Very beautiful rooms, they gave me a choice. Convenient location, the pools are clean and easy to access. I had a great rest and decided to go shopping. While still on the plane I was thinking: I’ll buy a mink coat or some small clothes. The fur coat took over - I imagined it and could no longer stop thinking about it. Since I work as an assistant manager, my appearance should be on point and my fur coat too, a short one is just right to wear with a skirt and business style. Outside the hotel I liked the fur shop, but I don’t remember the name. I decided to look for something new. The seller turned out to be a Russian girl, Evgenia, although she was terribly playful. But that’s all right, I know what I need. They tried it on and didn’t try it on - they didn’t have my size. They offered a transfer at the expense of the store through their network to another address, I went. The driver is surprisingly rude - he probably forgot who feeds him. Came to new shop– I found a couple of options, tried it on – it fit. The purchase was a success, I thought already in the room, seeing that this is not Greece at all, but Chinese China itself. I went to return it with the police, with the war, but returned the money. Luckily I caught it in time. Very bad impression from this office, I do not recommend them under any circumstances. And especially don’t be fooled by the persuasion of this Evgenia!!! The Emirate of Sharjah is beautiful, I liked absolutely everything about the hotel!

The plane arrived at 2 am, at the airport we were handed a package with the name of the guide and a list of excursions and taken to a hotel, where they simply refused to accept us, offering to spend the night, pay money in the amount of 120 dollars to a neighboring (not very attractive) hotel, and saying that they will come for us in the morning. But alas... no one needed us and we dragged our suitcases to the hotel ourselves in the heat. But when we were checked in, the appearance of the room and the view from the window immediately changed the mood - from disgusting to wonderful. The hotel is of course not in the city center and there is nowhere to walk in the evening. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. Free buses to two large stores in Dubai every day from the hotel, there are always a lot of people. You need to be careful, sometimes cornet jellyfish come to the shore and cause a painful burn. General impression rest is good. At the hotel reception, the Russian-speaking girl Karina is responsive and tries to solve problems that arise. I would like to go back there again......

We rested with the whole family, on a voucher, and I’ll immediately note that we really liked the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, with beautiful view on Persian Gulf, everything was necessary, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, minibar. Room cleaning is done daily.
Breakfast was standard, buffet style. We usually ate at nearby restaurants; in the Al Seef Hotel, 5 minutes from our hotel, there is a Kazan restaurant on the ground floor. We took set lunches, large portions, affordable prices, and there is also a children's menu. Okroshka is just what you need in this heat, my son liked the cranberry juice, it’s refreshing, the food is very tasty, homemade. The service staff is friendly and food is served quickly.
At the hotel private beach It only takes about a minute to walk, there is a tennis court here, you can have fun. Large pool with water slide, lots of sun loungers. Went to the hot tubs and spa. While we were at the procedures, the children had fun playground. (I recommend this hotel to vacationers with children).
We went on excursions, the Dolphin Show was fun and exciting. The singing fountains were magical, immersed in the luxurious Middle East of Abu Dhabi. And visited different universes in theme park Img worlds of adventure. My son was delighted with Marvela. All excursions were bought opposite our hotel across the road at the Summer land hotel, Shan Tours company, we were recommended by a family vacationing with us. Nice price and a good program.
We had an unforgettable vacation.

We just returned from a trip and decided to write a review, as they say, while the memories are still alive. We arrived at the Sharjah hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning and we were immediately checked in. Angela met us. She told and showed everything. We got a room with a view of the city. All is clear. There was a bottle of water and a full minibar. Cleaning is carried out every day, but we put up a sign so that they wouldn’t come to us again. When asked to clean, they came quickly and cleaned efficiently. A tablet and phone were left in the room, nothing was missing. Wifi is paid, 5 dirhams per hour, or 10 dirhams for 3 hours. The neighbor's internet was available from the balcony, so we used it. We were pleased with the reception and accommodation. The hotel is excellently located. There are places to take a walk. It's very beautiful all around. We went shopping by taxi. We went to the Sharjah Zoo, the Dreamland water park, and a safari. The beach is very good, big and clean. The sea is also clean and warm. Large swimming pool with warm water. Children's beach under the shade, with the same warm water. The beach and pool are the highest rating. Food is expensive. To dine at the hotel you need to pay 35 dollars per person. The children ate fast food with pleasure. From breakfast we took away buns and sausages to take away. We weren't the only ones who did this. There is no alcohol anywhere at all. You can only drink alcohol in your room. So, when you eat, think through everything in advance in duty free. We went for 7 days, I’ll say this is not enough for Dubai. We didn't have time to see much. Therefore, we will definitely return to the same hotel, as we were delighted with the beach. We took home a full baggage of impressions.

I vacationed in this hotel with my husband and 15-year-old son. I really liked everything. After reading the reviews, we came to the conclusion that we should take meals at the hotel, since eating in restaurants is expensive. That's what we did. They checked us in right away. The room was spacious with a balcony. The view from the balcony was simply stunning. There was a new safe, they kept all their valuables in it. There are a lot of vacationers at the hotel, but this does not affect the service in any way. The hotel area is small, you could walk along the beach along three hotels, this slightly compensated for the cramped space. Everyone liked the food, everyone found something for themselves. There was always chicken, meat, fish, pasta, and potatoes cooked in in different forms. Everything was always very tasty, from vegetables to meat. We also tried soups and liked them. Breakfast is basically the same as everywhere else. The hotel has a large heated swimming pool, the water temperature is just slightly below body temperature. Swim comfortably in any weather. There was a bit of difficulty with English, since none of us are fluent in English. The girls Zhenya and Angela (organizers of excursions at the hotel) helped us, for which special thanks to them. We went on excursions to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and also to Indian Ocean. Amazing interesting excursions, I advise you to take it. We learned a lot of interesting things about the UAE. We're glad we didn't go to a city hotel. There is enough dust, city pressure, and enough at home. Sharjah Hotel, very quiet place, nearby great beach and a clean, warm sea.

We went on vacation in August. They took Standart room on the 4th floor, with beautiful view on the sea. The room is ordinary, modest in size; it certainly could use some updating. I would say that the entire hotel could use some cosmetic renovations. The rooms were cleaned daily. Everything was in good order. Towels were changed every day, and bath accessories were also replenished. The pressure in the tap was rather weak - this is perhaps a minus. The food is very good. Milk porridge was served for breakfast every day. The beach at the hotel is decent, wide and clean. The hotel has a nice perk. Free transportation to shopping centers Sharjah and Dubai. We had a very good rest.

We vacationed in Sharjah in May 2015; we came to the Emirates for the first time. The hotel is located 5 km from the center and 15 km from the airport. Hotel Sharjah is one of the most popular and most visited. Here clean beach, there are museums and shops nearby. The hotel fully justifies its 4-star status. Beautiful building, in Arabic style. It can be seen that it is updated in a timely manner. I booked a standard room. The room had comfortable furniture, a safe, air conditioning, a balcony, a TV, a minibar and dishes. Cleaning was done every day. Linen was changed every three days or upon request. The hotel area is beautiful, a lot of greenery and its own beach. The beach is clean, with white sand, there are umbrellas and sunbeds in sufficient quantities. I had breakfast included. Meal method - buffet. The food is delicious and varied. Mostly I ate at the Kazan restaurant. because I prefer regular food. I went to Dubai on my own for shopping and bought a lot of things. I saw the magnificent Parus Hotel and the singing fountains, I recommend it, as it is really very beautiful.

Convenient location, clean, spacious rooms. For an additional fee you can take a room with a sea view.There is a nearby maritime museum and an aquarium.There are lifeguards on duty at the hotel pool and there is a children's playground.The food is varied.Transfers to three shopping centers are offered.

Minuses: The hotel area is small, there is nowhere to walk.The pool is very deep, it is dangerous to swim with children.The food may be stale, tea and coffee are not offered in the room.The reception staff does not always respond to requests from vacationers; they only offer to carry bags upon check-in and check-out.There is a bag search at the entrance to the beach.
