In the evening, the illumination of sculptures and music corresponding to the theme of the festival creates an indescribable atmosphere.

Attraction "Upside Down House"

All Standard rooms overlook the sea, all Family rooms face the road - there is NO other option!!! It is advisable to take a room as high as possible and with a sea view. 1 main building, 8 residential floors, 6 elevators. The rooms look good for the age of the hotel, but the carpeting is stained. The bathroom is shared, there is a bathtub, a toilet combined with a bidet. Accessories in the form of cotton pads, cotton swabs, caps, shampoo and shower gel were replenished regularly. The towels were torn and rather shabby. They provide two pairs of disposable slippers regardless of the number of guests. The TV is flat, shows channels in both Russian, German and English, and local ones. The room was not cleaned well, used towels, not beach towels, were changed only if they were left on the floor. They left a tip, but I don’t see the point in leaving them - there was no zeal. There was a free safe in the room, there were no instructions for it in the room, we figured it out ourselves, it worked properly. Central air conditioning. The temperature is regulated, the speed too, it cooled well. Tea and coffee supplies - there is a kettle, paper cups, tea different types, coffee, cream, sugar, stirring sticks. Replenished in a timely manner. Free mini bar - 1 bottle of regular water 0.5 liters, 2 mineral waters 0.25, 1 cola 0.33 and 1 juice with a straw.

The territory is large, green and well-groomed, 3 outdoor swimming pools from the hotel to the beach, one of them is for children with a smooth entrance and waves from 16.00 to 16.30, there is another 1 closed one with a hammam and a sauna.
There are 2 tennis courts with well-worn surfaces. Basketball court. Volleyball Court on the beach. Also on the territory there are high (4-5 floors) water slides, 3 combined and 3 more separate, 2 of which are screw, and one of them was always not working. Open from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm. There is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi between the hotel building and the children's club. We found a parrot cage next to the playground with one carella and two budgies. Regarding vacationers, approximately 50% are Turks, no more than 5% are Europeans, the rest are Russians and CIS countries. The Ukrainians all preferred to stay apart, they spoke to us exclusively in Russian - they did not understand why Donetsk did not want to live with them in Ukraine and was striving to move to Russia.

The food is varied, there is always a place to eat. In the main restaurant you can choose from rice, French fries, pasta, meat, usually fried and boiled - chicken, beef, signature Turkish cutlets, fish with a mountain of small bones, several types of salads, ham and sausage. There is always the first thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They bake very tasty pancakes. Not all dishes are signed. Fruits include watermelons and melons, apples, plums, peaches, nectarines, apricots, oranges. We ate cherry plum several times. Lots of desserts. There is a separate distribution for baby food, there is a diet table. Ice cream next to the beach from 12.30 to 15.30 without restrictions. Local wine, choice of red, rose and white semi-dry, plus beer. Drinks Sprite, Cola, Fanta, iced tea and Schweppes in bars and restaurants, in free access diluted “juices” (pineapple, orange, apple and cherry) from coolers. There are coffee machines with several types of coffee, hot milk, and chocolate. There are also kettles with Turkish tea, fruit bags and boilers with hot water. Along with porcelain and glass glasses, there are also paper cups in restaurants and bars. Cold water is available in refrigerators throughout the hotel. But there are bars by the pool, on the beach and in the lobby. In the bars only locally produced wines, vodka, raki, whiskey, Baileys, tequila - quality as always. For children, cola, sprite, fanta. Airan is everywhere. During the day you can have a snack at the pool bar - burgers, chicken in breadcrumbs, pasta, French fries, greens and salads. Also next to this bar they bake flatbreads with cheese and potatoes). Ala carte restaurants on the ground floor, two types of fish and Turkish free of charge to choose from, only once free for the entire stay. They work on different days. Make an appointment strictly the day before your visit at 9 am at the guest relations department (next to the reception). We visited Turkey on my wife's birthday with a cake and takeaway. A very uncomfortable, run-down lobby bar. There are always queues, not enough seats, terrible furniture, empty aquarium.

Mostly the weather was wonderful, the sea was comfortably cool. The water in the pools was clean, warm and, as always, with the smell of chlorine. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles (a strip of about 2 meters along the water), quite noticeable for the feet without special slippers. The depth increases quickly, literally 5 meters from the shore and already more than 1 meter. The water is cloudy, there was some debris, but no algae. At the transition between the pebbles and the sandy bottom, many small fish scurry and crabs chase right between the tourists’ legs. The bottom is monotonous, without anything interesting. The beach and bottom are sand, and in the sun the sand on the beach becomes so hot that it was impossible to walk on it without shoes. Dirty sunbeds on the beach and by the pools. We came to the sea at around 8 am, and only then did the staff come and sweep away the stuck sand from the mattresses. The tables were not washed at all; old stains from juices and cigarettes were ingrained into the plastic. Garbage pots. There are always 2 security guards on the beach, 1-2 at the entrance to the hotel. There are CCTV cameras everywhere. 1 lifeguard on the beach, 2 near the slides at the top and bottom. In the pools, everything is under the control of the vacationers themselves, but when the waves turn on in the children's pool, the lifeguard from the slides moves there. The beach and pools are equipped with sun loungers with mattresses and umbrellas. There was a shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas in the first week by the pool, and after 8 o’clock you can no longer find a place on the beach under the awnings. There are free open areas, but after 10 am the sun begins to be unbearably hot. Finding a place on a pontoon at 6 am is already problematic; even before sunrise, enterprising tourists occupy all the places.

During the day, animation takes place at the main pool (gymnastics, water polo, competitions), there are not many participants, but there are some, we were just passive observers.
In the evening there is a children's disco from 21.15 to 21.45, then performances. The hotel does not have its own artists; invited groups perform. The performances were at a good level, various programs were mainly in English, there were several shows with acrobats, bingo, Turkish night, etc., in 4 weeks there were repetitions three times, the last week they did not go After the performance live music with invited musicians in a beach bar. We didn’t visit the disco; there doesn’t seem to be a nightclub on site. The kids at the beach bar enjoyed catching marbled beetles in the evenings.
Hotel staff have problems with knowledge of Russian. It is difficult to communicate with the maids, at the bar and even at the reception. I’m generally silent about Russian. The Turks are especially different, they don’t care at all about children and others, they smoke in open restaurant, by the pools, on the beach, in the amphitheater during the show.
