Where to go in Crimea on March 8th. Multi-day tours. Evening walk around Yalta

SIMFEROPOL, March 6 - RIA Novosti Crimea. This year, for International Women's Day, all working Russian citizens received a wonderful gift - four whole days off. The holiday weekend will last from March 8 to March 11, and workers in Crimea will also rest on Monday, March 12. Many Russians have already planned travel for this mini-vacation. According to Rostourism, the list of the most popular destinations travel for Russians March holidays Crimea also entered, along with Moscow, Karelia, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories.

As Deputy Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lyudmila Babiy reported on Sputnik in Crimea radio, the March weekend on the peninsula this year is in demand more than ever.

“Already, hoteliers note that hotels are occupied at 60%. We are talking about accommodation facilities that operate year-round, about our hotel, sanatorium-resort complexes, which have the proper infrastructure for recreation in the off-season. The workload here is very high,” the deputy minister noted.

According to Babii, this year the owners of accommodation facilities heeded the call of the Ministry of Resorts: they developed and implemented additional promotions and loyalty programs for clients who arrive for the March holidays.

As for prices, the deputy minister assured that many hoteliers have reduced them by 25-40% compared to the March holidays of last year and the year before.

Most affordable holiday mini-hotels and inns are offered for the March holidays Eastern Crimea. In mini-hotels in Feodosia, you can rent a room for two for five days, from March 7 to 11, for 3-7 thousand rubles. For a room with improved conditions (breakfast for guests) you will have to pay 8-12 thousand rubles. Holidays in 3-star hotels and recreation centers for these days will cost 19-20 thousand rubles.

In Sudak, the cost of accommodation in mini-hotels in holidays start from 4 thousand rubles for a double room with amenities, but without breakfast. But the price range is very wide, and the cost of double rooms on holidays here can reach up to 20-35 thousand rubles, and this price does not always include breakfast. And some accommodation facilities offering to shell out such sums do not even have free Wi-Fi.

On the Western coast of Crimea, prices can also vary significantly. On average, a double standard room with all amenities for the holidays in a hotel in Evpatoria will cost 13-22 thousand rubles. There are quite attractive offers from some Evpatoria sanatoriums offering rooms for five days with full board for 13-18 thousand rubles.

In Saki, holidays during the March holidays will cost a little less. Here, in a 3-star mini-hotel, a room with a TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and other amenities (but without breakfast) for five days can be rented for 6-10 thousand rubles.

The southern coast traditionally remains the most popular Crimean vacation spot for Russians. Some hotels and mini-hotels in Yalta and Alushta have almost no available rooms for holidays, and the price range is also very wide.

In Alushta cost double room starts from 3 thousand rubles. For this money you can rent a room for four nights with a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi. You can also rent rooms with almost similar conditions in two- and three-star mini-hotels and guest houses for an amount from 6 to 12 thousand rubles.

In Yalta you can also find rooms for 6-8 thousand rubles for the whole weekend, with basic amenities, but without breakfast. At the same time, the average cost of rooms in Yalta guest houses and 3-star mini-hotels is 11-14 thousand rubles for four nights, often with breakfast included and a picturesque view from the balcony of the sea or mountains.

In a more prestigious and popular four-star hotel in Yalta, located on the seashore, for four nights in standard room for two with one double bed, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and breakfast you will have to pay 38 thousand rubles.

In general, the Ministry of Resorts is counting on a large influx of tourists to Crimea during the March holidays.

“There are all the prerequisites for this: active bookings, reduced prices. Hoteliers note that the reduction in prices has led to a surge in booking activity and an increase in occupancy. We are confident that these promotions will continue May holidays and at the very high season"- emphasized Lyudmila Babiy.
